This is the second time i'm ordering from Jeffree Star Cosmetics. The first order wasn't terrible, but the shipping situation was not great and not very trackable, it's kind of like when you get it you get it be grateful. I think the products are good, the quality. But I do think Jeffree is a little full of himself thinking anyone cares about his logo tape, nope. It's just his ego. Maybe put something kind and and a thank you note in the box instead. Because if people were not buying the product he would still be broke. I guess money does get to people's head and changes them. The conspiracy launch was a huge disaster and yes it was party the merchant but it was also the company as well. I got my order, of course, had to pay for shipping twice because they didn't have enough time to add the item which should have been added before. So here I am waiting for an order with zero shipping confirmation. The customer service is email only, you'd think with a company this big he would have operators to call and resolve this. Nope. At this point I don't even want my pallette's i'm going to either give them away or sell them. I don't want to be affiliated with and over-rated over-hyped product that just boosts Jeffree's ego and for what so he can go buy some purses that poor animals for killed for so he a closet full of dead animals. Sorry I got a little person there, but whatever it's his company and it's a reflection of who he is. I no longer support Jeffree Star or Jeffree Star Cosmetics.

People need to calm down. The site crashing is NOT on JSC. It happens when millions of people are clicking refresh. It took awhile to get my confirmation email, but I did receive it. It takes patience and common sense to realize that it's going to take awhile for the website to function. It's not the company's fault and shouldn't have a reflection of their products. Goodness.

The order placing is horrible. Worst customer service ever! Buyer beware!! They are good to take your money, but won't entertain customer questions or concerns.

This was supposed to be a gift for my daughter. It took more than 40 minutes to place my order. At the end I received a notice that I would receive an email confirmation. Nothing. Now it is just a wait and see. Very disappointing!!! I would expect more.

I love Jeffree Star Cosmetics it has unique merchandise and everything is great quality. Packaging is perfect super unique and cute and the lippies are soft not over drying. The grinders are really useful and it has a little scooper which is so nice and unique. I love the setting powder and it smells like cotton candy which is a plus.

I got online to get the Supreme Mystery Box for october!! I paid for it and everything!! I was one of the first ones to grab it!! It was gone in 10 minutes. Even though I paid for it and everything. I never got my confirmation email saying I got it!!!!!! I am so mad!!!

Excellent experience. Products are fab, delivery is quick and I could not be more pleased. The products are extremely well packaged when shipped. I've never had any breakage. The make up formulas are on spots. I have ordered some of the accessories, and have been extremely pleased with all. I have recommended this company to my family and friends.

I ordered the mystery box for my daughter who is a huge fan and it was her birthday.... after she made me watch countless videos of him and was so excited that she would be getting the mystery shade lip stick i agreed and bought it knowing you get what you get but per his video he promised everyone who ordered would be getting the mystery shade not a shade that could be bought.... her box comes she opens it and didn't get the mystery shade.... she re watched the video and shes like mom he clearly says it will be in all the boxes. I agree with her and write his customer service thinking will mistakes happen she will get it and they will fix the error. Nope instead i get a generic email that looks like it was copy and pasted from a template and not actually looked into..... please next time make sure it isnt said that every mystery box will get a mystery color and not one that i can go and buy online...

I ordered a kit of lipstick minis hoping that at least most of them would be the right colors for me, I was wrong. Out of 8 I only liked 1. I couldn't justify the over $65 for just one mini. I decided to return it, upon reading the FAQ I realized I had to pay to ship it back and I wouldn't be reimbursed for them to ship it to me. Overall I was out $22 to find out I liked the quality but the colors are very misleading on the website so I ended up with nothing. Never again!

Absolutely the best customer service and I love the products

I bought 2 jogger suits a black one and a pink one .. the black one immediately had white fibers showing through.. I washed it hoping washing would help remove the very visible white fibers.. I was heart broken to see it worse than ever and balls of fabric in the crotch and pocket areas both jacket and pants sadly I think his joggers are expensive and are WISH quality should be a lot cheaper more like 5$ not 100 $ for the set I emailed the customer service and they said it was due to natural wear (I only washed it once) fibers were showing right out of the box

Okay I think all the people complaining about shipping need to sit down please. He isn't Sephora, he isn't Fenty launching through Sephora, he's an indie brand. Other indie brands like Huda also have slower shipping times and that is compounded by the fact that Jeffree keeps dropping more and more amazing makeup and people are all dying to get it! Hmmm... I wonder why. Because it's great effing makeup! I swear to god Amazon and their 2 day prime shipping is turning everyone into monsters. If it's not at your door in two days people lose their minds! What all of the sudden JSC is stealing your money? You get your products, calm down. If you were ordering for a special occasion and didn't allow for enough time, a lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on Jeffree & his staff's part. They're all still working hard and doing their best to bring you the makeup you want. Let them live. I've ordered during launches and I've had to wait a while, but you know what? I survived, my products arrived, the packaging was cute, and the products were lit.

If you actually want to talk about the makeup though, then pull through. It's amazing. I'm a junkie so I have a TON of his products so I'm going to break it down for ya.

Liquid Lipsticks: JSC liquid lips dry down better and outlast any other liquid lips I've tried including Anastasia Beverly Hills, Kylie, Tarte, etc. plus drug store brands like NYX (duh). JSC's formula is SO much less drying and I never have to ruin my look by putting on lip balm during the day to hydrate my lips. If I'm feeling a non-matte look, I just pop on some of The Gloss and I'm Gucci. Just make sure the liquid lip is dry first or you'll stain the gloss wand. I love that he does bundles so you can sample tons of shades. I got the Mini Red & Pink Bundle which contains Doll Parts, Calabasas, Wifey, Watermelon Soda, Anna Nicole, Prom Night (hello Jeffree shouting out his own music lol), Redrum, and Unicorn Blood. I never leave my house without a bold lip, so I reach for these a lot. I also bought the full-sized versions of Fully Nude and Strawberry Crush (which I'm wearing rn, work!). When they're dried down I forget I'm wearing them. I don't usually go for nudes but I had to get one because when I wear Jeffree's eye shadows the colors are so extra that I want a more muted look on my lips. Fully Nude is one of those colors that almost every skin tone could rock and it's part of his summer collection, so snag it in case it doesn't get made a regular. A few of the shades have a scent, which I really enjoy and doesn't linger once the product is set. If you're curious which ones out of the ones I own have a scent, Watermelon Soda has a watermelon scent and Unicorn Blood has a rootbeer scent. Also a feature I think is super cool is that all JSC liquid lips can be used on the eyes too! I am definitely going to have to buy his matte black shade Weirdo for my goth moods and to double as a liquid eyeliner.

Lip Ammo: I am usually a liquid lip girl and I prefer spending my money on products that are going to last the longest, but I do sometimes want a more low maintenance look that I can apply on the go with no mirror or careful application so I did end up getting one of his lip ammos. By the way the packaging on these is beyond cute. They look like little bullets and I live for the juxtaposition of makeup & guns. I got the shade Yummy from his Jawbreaker collection and it's a sparkly purple. It goes on more sheer than a full saturated color but the glitter payout is legit. I have worn it alone (cute), on top of his liquid lips (cute!), but my fav is putting it on and then a liquid lip on top. It still gives me a little of the glitter shining through but lets the liquid lip dry down more (unlike when I layer the lip ammo on top). Also, the shade Yummy has a gorgeous creme brulee/vanilla scent. I can't really identify what it is exactly but it's delicious.

Lip Scrub: I have the Pineapple Juice lip scrub and I love using it before applying his liquid lips. It's delicious and entirely edible so I can do it without getting up from my vanity. I don't like having to go wash them off when they're not all edible. Also at $12 you get a LOT of product since a little goes a long way, so this is a great deal.

The Gloss: I have Ice Cold (sheer with blue & purple shift) and Wet Peach (peach tint with gold & pink shift). The packaging is sickening. I LOVE the cap and they're very solid. These also smell amazing! They have that same vanilla/creme brulee smell as the lip ammo I have and I can't get enough. I've worn them alone and as toppers and I like them both ways, but I prefer Wet Peach alone over Ice Cold. They're definitely not sticky and they stay wet and shiny for a seriously long time. I usually only reapply after eating.

Skin Frost: I haven't tried the Liquid Frost or the Supreme Frost since I'm not as much of a highlight wh*re as Jeffree himself, but I LOVE my Skin Frost in the shade Peach Goddess. The component is HUGE (I may never hit pan) and it has a mirror too! I apply with a brush but every time I open it I'm tempted to just rub my fingers in it cus it's so silky.

Magic Star Setting Powder: I got this in the shade Beige before it sold out, but he's often out of the lighter shades. I think Translucent, Rose, and Fair would also work for me, but I'm very happy with Beige. I don't wear foundation a lot but I like to "set" my face anyway to combat shine so I swipe this all over. I also use it under my eyes to set the little bit of color correcting I do to hide my dark circles. (Site note, I'm waiting patiently for the Peach color correcting concealer to be back in stock... I want!). This powder also smells amazing! It's a cotton candy scent and it doesn't linger on the skin, but does end up making my powder brush smell good too!

Eye-shadow Pallets: I have the Jawbreaker bundle (so the Jabreaker and the Mini-Breaker) and the Alien palette. To be fair, these are still new so I'm still obsessed with them, but I reach for these almost every day, even if it's just for one shade instead of the whole look. I LOVE his mattes even in tricky colors like reds & purples and his shimmer shades are so extra. Keep in mind though that some of these super saturated colors are pressed pigment so they can stain your lids, but I haven't had that problem myself. Everyone and their mother can make a shimmer shade, but Jeffree's pop even with a dry brush and without a cut crease. They blend like a dream and until buying his palettes I was too nervous to really go for it with my eye looks, but for as crazy as the colors are I've found that they really are wearable, even for daytime. I've gotten so many more compliments on my makeup at work since I started using JSC. The only complaint I have is that it's really hard to decide what colors to use! I get overwhelmed and want to use them all!

Accessories: So far I only have the White Glitter Hand Mirror, but I am going to jump on a makeup bag the next time he drops a new collection. I loved the Jawbreaker one but I missed it. I like some of the ones from old collections, but I am going to wait and see what he does next since he's been dropping hints lately about more stuff coming in 2019. As for the mirror, it's great. It's very solid and I love the weird combo of straight 2019 culture (hello stanning a youtube icon) with the old fashioned concept of having a hand-held mirror (hello Snow White/ old hollywood vibes on my vanity). I mainly just got it because I love having a mirror to check the back of my hair/check my makeup in natural light without having to use a palette or something that usually ends up getting cloudy with makeup over time.

In case you haven't already guessed, I need to quit spending so much on makeup, but damn it Jeffree, I can't. I have two shades of the Magic Star Concealer on the way along with a Summer Mystery Box that launched today (7/19/19). I wanted a Deluxe box but they literally sold out in 15 minutes. I had one in my cart right at 10am when they dropped and I still missed it, so I went with the Premium Box instead. Disappointing? A little, but it's not Jeffree's fault that his stuff is so good everyone wants it! What, am I going to be mad at his company because I want their products and the demand is just too high? No girl, I'm not. Props to Jeffree for another killer launch. Maybe when his brand is even bigger everyone will be able to get everything they want and the website won't need extra time loading, but maybe not and that's okay too! I can't wait to see what's in the box I was able to get and I'm pumped for the mystery shade that's only being released in these boxes! Jeffree Lynn sure does know how to whip us makeup whores into a frenzy but I don't hate it (even if my bank account does).

Also EVERYTHING from JSC is vegan and cruelty free, so that's just the cherry on top. What's to hate?

After reading many negative reviews can happily say I have had no problem with the shipping from Jeffree Star.

Took 2-3 weeks to arrive, had to pay £15.05 customs but this was all expected.

Was somewhat surprised that the shipping didn't take longer considering that Jeffree had just released his new collection.

Very happy and would order directly again when the products are not in stock on Beauty Bay.

Edit: After shipping, products came in 2 days, with the 4th of July holiday in mind. They are great quality, amazing pigment, and long wearing! Save for one liquid lipstick component which had glue on the outside and was coming apart at the cap. We will see how customer service handles that inquiry.

Had no issues checking out or with the website.

The website states that order processing takes 1-2 days normally and could take an additional 2-4 days during restocks and new releases. So theoretically it could take about a week for your products to process during a new release/restock.

It took my order 9 days to process and I was never given any shipping options so it's just coming whenever it's coming, I guess.

Also don't like that he doesn't offer a rewards program. After all the rigamarole regarding his shipping practices, a loyalty program would be redeeming.

If I like the quality of the products (which I will update this review about later) and decide to purchase more in the future, I will go through Beautylish or to the Morphe store directly.

Placed an order Sunday the 9th and recieved it Wednesday the 12th. Everything was in perfect condition and securely packed. I was worried when I saw all of these reviews (which I saw after placing an order) but everything is perfect and shipped securely. I got the blue blood palette and some glosses. The quality is great and I’m very happy with them.

Absolutely fuxking amazing! The packaging beautiful and wrapped in tissue. It didn’t take long to receive. They constantly updated me and texted me upon delivery. It was definitely surprising to read some of these reviews this is my first time purchase! I am glad I wanted to experience it for myself because I wasn’t disappointed!! so I “can’t relate” to all these negative reviews. I love Jeffree Star cosMetIcS and will continue being a loyal customer. Just ordered a hoodie and I can’t wait to receive it.

This is the worst customer service - takes them weeks to get back to you. I got an item stolen and it says on their website - they will give you your money back but they refuse to help you when you email them after waiting for weeks. I will never buy from them again,

JSC used to be gr8, before he became famous. The packaging was stellar and he even gave freebies and had sales. You always got your order quick for cheap. NOW, 2019 no more nice packaging the tissue is dirty, wrinkled and looks used. The boxes aren't shiny pink anymore their industrial brown, the product sizes have shrunk and he just doesn't care. Complaining does nothing.All his staff is high. And so is he. Remember the movie Scarface? Watch it again.

Shipping is so incredibly slow. I have a small little upstart company I purchase from and they deliver within 2 days. It takes 2 weeks to get shipment and i live one state over. I tried to contact customer service days ago no reply no auto reply...nothing. i give credit for designing exciting products but business needs improvement. I asked about why concealer isnt working well for me. I might just return it. I spent my hard earned money on something I cant use. Dissappointed

I won't deny that the customer service leaves much to be desired. I feel like JSC is doing great as far as putting quality products out there. I just ordered the new concealer and product wise, it was great! The best concealer I've used so far. The only thing I'm disappointed in was the shipping and customer service. The actual time from ordering the product to actually holding it in my hands wasn't bad (two and a half weeks, maybe three tops, but I can't remember what the quoted shipping time was supposed to be). I'll just say that being left in the dark the entire time wasn't the greatest.

It’s been almost two weeks since I ordered the Jeffree Star concealer and powder and it hasn’t been shipped. I have been reading the other reviews and tbh I am quite scared because I live in Europe and I keep reading that people had to pay 40 euros just to collect their packages what the heck? I WILL NOT be ordering from this website again I’ll look on some other website. Terrible service! UPDATE: I got my stuff the following week but there were no messages saying it had been shipped and luckily I didn’t have to pay anything to collect my package but my opinion still stands I will not be ordering from that website again.

I placed an order for the Blood Sugar palette and 2 liquid lips (which are not part of the Blue Blood launch) on April 16th and my items have still not even been shipped. I have emailed customer service twice and got one auto-populated response about how shipping times vary during a launch. Totally understandable, however what isn't is 2.5 weeks with no update. I also received an email a few days ago about how my order had been partially refunded, however I have no idea what part of the order I will not be receiving (if any), nor what I was refunded for. I also haven't seen the refund. There was a generic email saying thank you for your patience and any order that had been placed prior to April 23rd (a week AFTER I ordered) would be guaranteed to ship out by April 30th, however that obviously wasn't the case as my items still haven't moved. I purposely ordered from his site as I respect him and what he has accomplished, and preferred for him to get the entire cut of his profits, however I ordered the new concealer and setting powder from Beautylish and received them 3 days later, with tracking and FREE SHIPPING, in flawless packaging. I don't even want my money back, I just want the items that I was excited about in the first place. Disappointed to say the least.

Never will I order from jeffree star cosmetics again! Appalling service, I spent £120 over a month ago I still have not received my items. Tracking has been the same for 22 days. Dont get me started on their customer service because its non existent, you can send message upon message and will not get a reply, there's no contact number. I feel as though I have been robbed. There seems to be many people going through the same problem, yet jeffree star doesn't seem to be addressing the problem. This is not how a professional cosmetics company should be operating it is completely unacceptable.

It has been a month since I ordered the blue blood pallett. I understand the break in halting shipping but I've seen people who ordered items last week have their orders already arrive. I just want the pallet or my money back. I've reached out 3 times now trying to hear back and have received nothing. I'm a patient person and if I would have heard something I would have been understanding but no contact and no items I paid for with money I work hard for is ridiculous.

Applied directly to the under eye skin, with no moisturizer on and I am 51! Went on so nicely and did not get cakey in my fine lines. The color "peach" did a great job correcting the darkness under my eye area. I can't wait to use this on a day I'm wearing normal make-up!
