Ordered online several weeks ago and they still can't even provide a tracking number. Hire more people if you can't keep up. Horrible! Will never ever shop with them again.

I ordered 2 pallets for my grand daughter for Christmas. I ordered them on 11/28. I hadn’t heard anything yet the money was taken out of my account immediately. I’ve tried contacting their customer service and all I got back was automated responses. I was told in one of the automated responses that “my case would be assigned to a customer service rep and they would get back yo mr within 72 hours”. Nothing.
It’s a shame. My grand daughter really wanted that and $78 is not insignificant. I guess I’m going to have to go to my bank to get satisfaction.
It’s now 12/19 and still nothing. The “in process” still remains. My credit card company refunded my money within 24 hours. I ordered from Morphe on 12/15. It came today. It’s a shame that my grand daughter likes this make up line. Based on the way they treat their customers I would love to boycott their brand and stop bragging about the 15 million dollar house. Done done and done.
So...today, 12/26 I got notification that the palettes have shipped. Too little too late. I already got my money back from the credit card so....I’m refusing the delivery. Geez! I never saw a more disorganized and and unreliable company in my life.

Iam very dispointed. Waited since the 7th on a response but you have taken £144 pound out my account. But not received a email to say what's happening and still waiting. These products are xmas presents and I feel like you have totally ignored my email. For a big company this is shocking

My daughter bought all 3 Halloween Boxes. The mini jaw breaker is faulty. A few of colours are uneven and poke out of the palette a bit
She contacted 3 weeks ago to customer service but no reply
She didn’t want to complain again but I’m cross as she saves hard, works in hospital full time and has a 16 year old daughter whom she wants to buy make up for and it isn’t right they haven’t replied. She has photos too

I have only made one order in the past, which showed up but one of the lipsticks had crystals at the top and both of them smelled terrible. Now, I ordered the mini-controversy pallete on launch day (nov 1st) and as of 29th of Nov it hasn’t even shipped! I contacted customer service 12 days ago and no response. Really disappointing and I’m concerned it will never show up.

I placed an order on Nov 8th, after the Conspiracy launch. I ordered only 2 items that had nothing to do with that launch. It has now been several wks and nothing! No response from customer service! I really thought that since my order was small and easy items they had in stock, no new items, that they would get shipped but nope. It doesn't matter what you ordered, looks like nothing is getting shipped. Somebody needs to tell us whats going on! Very disappointed! Will I even get these items before Christmas or should I buy the gift from somewhere else? Will I get a refund?

If you have troubles/and are worried, be patient it might take a while but JS cosmetics totally got back to me with tracking number 3 weeks later because conspiracy palette was so huge. They did complete it and all is well :) love jeffree !

Bought just two items from JSC, and paid for (5-7day shipping). It’s been 18 DAYS and not a single shipping confirmation has been sent. I also tried emailing customer service 5 days ago and I was told to wait 72 hours for a response. Again, not a peep from them either. I would give zero stars if possible. I feel terribly sorry for those who’ve waited even longer than I have.

Terrible brand with terrible customer service. Never got a response from customer service about separated liquid lipsticks received, that were probably expired. All my comments on their instagram page about the expired products i received were deleted. Horrible!

Here is my problem. I placed my order during the Shane Dawson collab on launch day. Yes we all know by now that that everyone got confirmation emails afterwards saying to be patient and allow them 10 business days for shipping. That is perfectly fine however what is not fine Mr. Star is you charged your customers a 12.95 shipping charge that was for 5-7 business day shipping and here we are 14 business days later (I excluded veterans day) and no one is getting shipping updates and you have a lot of irate customers including me. You should be refunding everyone their 12.95 shipping because upon placing the orders it's stated that the 12.95 was for shipping that had a 5-7 day shipping time and that is not what your customers are getting. Not only that but your customer service is horrible. I emailed customer service on Monday 11/18 and here it is 11/22 and I haven't heard a work back even though it said it would take up to 72 hours to respond. There are issues at hand that needs to be addressed and they are not being addressed but Mr. Star can go on twitter and announce another release when this one went to hell in a hand basket so quick. Not enough pallets, site crash and not enough help to ship out all of the products that were literally hyped up for a whole year! Come on you knew you were going to sell more than a million pallets, you sell out of every pallet every time you do a launch and everyone has to wait on a restock and by the time they have to wait on a restock no one wants it anymore because there are 50 million reviews and tutorials posted on youtube that makes us burnt out on it already. How about have enough pallets on hand for all of the customers, have enough staff on hand to handle the shipping and hire more people for your customer service department because all of your negative reviews on the BBB site is hurting you. Also make a statement about the broken pallets people are receiving from Beautybay instead of posting snap chats of you living it up in Bora Bora without a concern at all that thousands of your fans are having issues with broken pallets and no shipping update. Let's also mention the customers that are getting their collection shipment without the main pallet. So let's go bro handle your business refund all of your customers their insanely overpriced shipping charge of 12.95 and start fixing this mess.

Love the products I have played with, but I ordered on November 2nd. My order still says processing. I emailed because it was supposed to be sent out within 10 days, got an email saying someone would contact me within 72 hours, still nothing. I also apparently can’t email them again without my ticket going to the end of the line? I ordered a whole month in advance for a birthday present so I really hope it’s going to be here before December 7th. If not I will not order again.

Over a $500.00 order is sitting somewhere in limbo and Jeffree Star cosmetics hasn’t a care in the world! I placed our order on November 1st and was able to get myself and my sister the Conspiracy bundle and the pig mirrors as soon as they went up. It wasn’t easy, but we were ecstatic! I finally got checked out after sitting in the waiting queue for over 45 minutes. It was an hour and five minutes after the launch went live! Since that day I have only received a confirmation email and the money has been taken, but other than that NOTHING! I emailed customer service wondering why we have not received our order or to see if we could receive an update only to get a generic email in return. So it’s either play the waiting game or cancel, but I want my $500.00 in products!!! I will NEVER order from JSC during a launch ever again! They want you to be patient and say they have hired all this help but ours should have been some of the first orders processed and to not be able to speak with someone or even get an actual person to write back to address the customers concerns is not a very good business practice! So it’s 18 days since the release and we feel like we have been screwed out of $500 and have no clue whether we will receive our order in full/half of it/or a cancellation! Seems that everyone getting their orders are getting doubles or nothing at all so we are bracing ourselves for when we do get our order it being wrong or incomplete! If we do not receive an update soon for our order I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company! We were so excited to support Shane and Jeffree during this amazing launch that was so highly anticipated, but due to this and their lack of compassion for those sitting here wondering what the hell is going on has made us rethink supporting their future endeavors.

Just like many people on this website, I have had a terrible experience with the conspiracy palette. My first email was last week. I inquired about when my order would be shipped. I was told by November 18th, and it was communicated to me that I could cancel if I wanted to. The next day, I responded and said I wanted to cancel. I got the following message.
"Due to the volume of orders we received during this launch, it looks like a partner facility is carrying out your shipment(s). Unfortunately we are unable to process your cancellation request. Please note that, as stated in your confirmation email, it may take up to 10 business days for your order to leave the shipping facility. Our team cannot provide you with a tracking number at this time, however you will be sent one as soon as it becomes available. If you'd like to return your product, you can send it back to our facility within 14 days of delivery. Thank you for supporting Jeffree Star Cosmetics, please keep us posted here!"
Seriously? I can't cancel even though you told me I can? I responded and told them this was their own internal problem, and this shouldn't be pawned off on the customer. I also said it was unfair to ask me to pay for postage to return a product I was no longer intrerested in. It wasn't until I threatened to reach out to the BBB, that the order was canceled

I ordered the MINI controversy pallet on nov 1st and I still haven't received anything!!! Don't ever buy anything from this man or whoever he is working with because they don't care about your order they just want you to spend money and NEVER see what you get. Such BS I'm waiting until Friday to see if I ACTUALLY get the package if not, I'll just see if I can get my money back which I already know that's not going to happen.

I'd like to of been able to give a better rating but I ordered the medium size Halloween box when it come out I've still not received it I should of had it over a week ago I've emailed customer services 4 times over a week n half and not had one reply I've also tried to contact via facebook,Instagram and tweeted them and still ha nothing I'm at my wits end and at a loss on what to do now they have no other way to contact them and it wasnt cheap I'm now out of pocket ? if by any chance they see this please can you sort it out I'm proper gutted I love this brand

This review is regarding shipping. In my online shopping experience, ALL reputable businesses only charge for items once they have shipped your order. Buyer beware. Jeffree Star Cosmetics will charge you credit card at time of purchase then send an email 13 days later stating if you are LUCKY your item might ship in another 10 days despite the company happily charging your credit card without even shipping the item.

I purchased both Shane Palletts that were re-released on 11/5/19 and received a notice stating that it would be about an hour to receive the confirmation. I purchased them at 12:15 and by 8pm that same night, still no confirmation. I read the FAQ on the website that mentioned to allow 6 hours, but by 8pm and no confirmation, I sent an inquiry email to their customer service department. It says to allow 72 hours and a rep will call you back. Today is 11/8/19 and still no call no confirmation. My daughter has begged and pleaded for this and it was to be a present for Christmas. I dont even know if I am going to get it. I just want answers. Sheesh!

I returned my jogger bottoms due to the company sending me the wrong size. They told me they would send a replacement. Well I returned them on November 25 and never heard anything for a couple days. So I emailed the customer service and they said they would check and see if there was a delay. So almost 2 weeks later still no update. I'm at the point where I just want my money back. I'm just so aggrieved that they dknt keep me updated on nothing. If I knew this was gonna happen I would have kept them and just got them altered to my size :(
