Zero customer service. Poor quality of debit system. No monthly invoices. neither on email nor by post. Rude confusing smses. If overcharged. Takes ages to get refunded. Still waiting refund. Poor customer service and communication over the phone.Poor follow up

When the customer service offered by phone companies is pathetic, it is refreshing to come across a company with ethics and great customer service.
The company even has special deals for pensioners.
Nothing is too.much trouble, and wait for it, they are in Australia.
