The worst meal I have eaten in a very long time. Dry burger, dry chips, 1 thin slice of tomatoe and a soggy bit of lettuce does not count as salad. Absolutely dreadful. Will not eat here again. EVER!

Absolute shambles, at lunchtime they decided to close all of upstairs (again) because of shortage of staff, so downstairs had no free tables, staff seemed unsure on whether food could be taken upstairs. not sure why this place is regularly so bad compared to other Weatherspoons.

Worst bacon I've ever been served. Couldn't even eat it. Bacon was under cooked, Looked like it had been microwaved and slapped on the griddle.
Wouldn't even feed it to my dogs.

Very rude people serving breakfast he didnt even acknowledge me when I said thank you! Result

Shocking food at The Mardi Gras in the Trafford centre. When we complained, they refused refund.

Garlic bread with cheese, basically had no cheese on it. Even after l asked to get this issue rectified the garlic bread came out with next to no grated cheese on it

Just ordered food from mytle grove weather spoons bingley was over charged for my food that I wouldn't have feed to my dog took me over twenty minutes to get over charged money back I won't be using this place again

Wetherspoons Grey Friar, Preston. Waited just over an hour for a peperoni pizza. Got a bollocking at the bar when i asked where it was.

The Plimsoll Line is an excellent example of the Wetherspoons brand! Friendly and Efficient staff and excellent drink and food choice and the quality is superb! I come here with my friends, my brother and my parents. Can't say one bad word about it. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Watch out for NAZ.... absolutely should not hold a position of contact with the public. Complete meltdown and extremely rude to customer who asked her to stop slamming metal door to frame due to the noise she was making. She started shouting abuse at me and when I replied it’s not designed to be slammed shut. She started slamming even more, to the pleasure of the crowd who had gathered and were now laughing at her crazy behaviour. When I returned the next evening for dinner with my wife, 9year old daughter and granny, she refused to serve me and started shouting ‘RIGHT WE’RE GONNA SORT THIS OUT NOW’. Sadly seeing the glee she was getting from the attention her shouting was receiving, I just left. Some of the other staff I encountered there were extremely helpful and pleasantly mannered. But it only takes one.....

Ordered 2 12oz steaks and it was absolutely disgusting. Over cooked and Luke warm. Wasn't expecting it to be brilliant but the food is crap.

I ordered a meal with an alcoholic drink and the boy who brought it up looked way younger than me sat it down and asked for I.D I went into my wallet to take it out and realised I had forgotten it I offered to show a picture of it but that wasn’t good enough so I offered to show my credit card along side my photographic work badge but that was also not good enough so the boy walked away with my pint and never came back I then asked him if he would refund the money for the drink or replace it with a soft drink so I had something to wash my meal down with to which he said I will go get the manager. The manager came over and I explained what had happened and she said tough luck you should have ID and I then went back through the same thing offering my credit card and work ID as proof and she said not a chance full off attitude I then walked away from the bar as I was fed up then she marches over to the table and continued to go on and threatened to put my meal in the bin I told her not to be so ridiculous as I’ve already paid for it and I asked about either a refund or a replacement soft drink she then walked away and never came back so I then I went back up to the bar to order a soft drink which I had to pay extra for. Not a good experience at all when all I wanted to do was finish work and go for a meal with a friend and have a pint with my meal.

Childwall fiveways is absolutely disgusting. Dirty place, staff are terrible at their job and food is always cold and under cooked.

Food took ages to come then food came and was cold then no toilet roll in ladies. Maybe weatherspoons should get more staff to man their pubs.
Think you need to retrain staff on food temperatures as this happens regular in weatherspoons pubs.

On the evening of Tuesday 13th August 2019 my wife had an awful experience at the Six Templars, Hertford.

She was at the pub along with six other members of her book club for their regular monthly meeting. As usual they all ordered a meal (she ordered Vegetable Lasagne with Chips), they started their meal at approximately 6:45 pm.

A couple of hours later (having consumed only soft drinks and a few mouthfuls of a half pint of bitter) she started to feel unwell and went to the toilets. While there she experienced a violent and simultaneous bought of projectile vomiting and severe diarrhea, following the episode she did her best to clean up herself and the cubicle and then reported what had happened to the staff (she also made attempts to restrict access to the area by placing one of the yellow 'wet floor' stands in front of the cubicle).

Shortly after returning to her party she was told, not asked but told, to leave... no enquiry about how she was feeling, no offer of help... she was to ill to query the instruction, the rest of the party were utterly aghast at what was said and her treatment at the hands of your staff.

My wife is still far from well and Wetherspoons have not responded in any way, shape or form.

We have reported the incident to the local Environmental Team

Only given 1 star because that's the lowest what a dirt hole the worst service I have ever had the girl behind the bar with the green hair should be shot customer service skill zero f ing rubbish what a let down to a great city

Having visited various Weathspoons I have to say the worst is the Henry Bell in Helensburgh. There's never enough staff behind the bar, glasses & plates are rarely cleared until tables are groaning with empties & and the toilets leave a lot to be desired.
Staff should be reminded that they should clear glasses etc whenever they pass a table empty-handed handed instead of walking by.
The Captain John Lang in Dumbarton by comparison is absolutely fabulous!

Food used to be good but not anymore.

Our local is the Watchman in New Malden Surrey. It used to be every Wednesday we went for the chicken club. Now the chicken wings are so small its like the come off a sparrow.
Also there menu changes and you get less on a regular basis for the same item ordered.
There app is brilliant, but the quality of the food is now letting them down.
Also they change staff all the time, there's never the same people working there.
Makes you wonder what they are like to work for?

I have been drinking in this pub since the day it opened every week I can only ask you to please do something to take it back to what it was
It is now a total shxt the management hasn’t got a clue the staff are totally rude it’s dirty tables never cleaned they eventually pick up the glasses but do not wipe/clean the tables
The toilets well if that is what you can call them they are utterly disgusting the gents tonight Friday 27/09/19 were filthy stinks of urine all over the floor which is normal most nights of the weeks staff pop heads around the door and sign the paper CLEANED lol I spent 4 hours in the pub this evening the toilets were never cleaned
Last week same I complained at the bar tell staff how disgusting they were and needed cleaning as I do most weeks all to no avail
To sum up I’m afraid since this pub has lost the plot with untrained managers with no idea how to train/ manage staff over the last 5/7 years since we had a proper Manager Trevor this once fine pub is awful now
The ladies toilet is no better my wife refuses to go into the pub with me anymore as the toilet doors don’t have any locks /toilet paper or any level of cleanliness.
Ok I never have a problem with the food. Great
Some of the staff are fab. Great.
But some are useless and rude if you question them the answer is I’ll ban you and refuse to serve you if you ask them to collect glasses from a table you want to sit at some of them will just ignore you and walk away almost every time I go in I have to clear the table and go to bar get a cloth and spray to clean the table
I am a huge supporter of Wetherspoons pubs and I just feel this one in Collier row has been ignored for many years as it take so much money each week you are just not bothered to upgrade it which is a terrible shame
I speak/ask other drinkers whom I know for many years drinking in the pub they all say the same thing well it’s a spoons pub what else do you expect cheap beer and a shot pub
Enough of my rant as it won’t make a difference and I probably get banned next week for complaining
If you need photos I can pop into pub any day next week and get them for you as it’s the same most days

Waited half hour for drink and food ordered via the app

Went to Clarks Village Street on Sunday decided to to have a meal at Wetherspoons before coming home time was 5 p.m. decided we would eat and enter premises walked round the pub looking for a table to sit at there were many tables available but could not find any that had been cleaned from previous occupants this is not a good way to run a business because if the food as prepared in the same way that the tables are then this is not a good place to eat

Myself and 3 work colleagues went for a meal in the bobbing John in Alloa normally we cannot fault the food but last night was shocking 3 of us had haddock and chips to say the fish was over cooked was being kind and one of the chicken starters was freezing cold obviously uncooked

Went to Port Solent Weatherspoons on 29th August as it was a nice evening and we wanted to go somewhere where we could take the dog and have something to eat outside. We were met by a young lady serving behind the bar called Ellie who when we ask her a question didn’t even answer back but just nodded. Then she proceeded in serving someone else even though she knew i was waiting, when i said to her that i was next she looked at me but no apologies or recognition. If Ellie doesnt like the public then maybe she should change her career. Such a shame it was spoilt by Ellie as first impression last.

Ate breakfast at Wetherspoons in Ruthin,wales it was ok but returned at 6pm for a mixed grill and my partner had wings and rib combo which arrived well below the temperature it should of been chicken and ribs were cold i know it's cheap but is hot food too much to ask for?

Brought my family to the ritz in Wallsend and Otdeted 3 pulled chicken buns as I had the same meal the previous week and it was lovely. The meals came and the chicken was in large lumps with no sauce or trimmings so we complained to the manager and he took them away only to bring back the same meals which were cold with a bit sauce poured over the top! We complained again and his attitude was appalling he said that is what pulled chicken looks like. All the time my husband was eating his meal alone. We were offered a refund after calling over another member of staff, we all ordered a pizza and was charged an additional £4 then asked to leave immediately after our meals as it was 8pm and we had a child with us!! Will never go back!! Also the tables were full of dirty plates
