All seem to be legitimate contacted the website. Got quick response that puppy pixie was available. Received contract. Seem legitimate. Signed off with with delivery airport information my phone number and address and a zelle money transfer. They never did answer the phone and no further responses to my emails. I eventually found pixie on puppy spot website along with several other puppies that were advertised on Jay dachshund. I contacted puppyspot and advise them of what happened, that some of their puppy posts we're being ripped off and used on Jay dachshund scam website. I proposed to puppyspot they should secure the Breeders posts to avoid future scammers from stealing those posts

Puppy selling scam Money lost heartbroken
On Wednesday April 29, I reached out to Jay Mini Dachshund. I’m an extremely trusting person, they were quick to respond and went to great lengths and detail, I REALLY believed it was legit, my husband was weary of it and not so trusting. I paid via PayPal over $750 including a “delivery” fee to our home, they had our personal info and home address. All seemed legit and I couldn’t let myself believe it was a scam, after I paid I ordered everything we needed for the puppy, I asked the person about food they said don’t worry about food we will send a weeks worth and a Schedule with your puppy, I was told Wednesday evening that Thursday (the next day) should work to fly him to us, they are in NC we are in FL, I heard nothing so at 1 p.m Thursday I messaged when can we expect the puppy today , that was a text and heard nothing back until 5 p.m. through email that it would be Friday the following day. In the contract it says they when send you flight number , tracking number and times etc. I never received any of that info still by 11 a.m the next day, I texted again, nothing for an hour, then another number still NC number but different phone number, a Spanish man called to say they have my puppy they are from the shipping company, they are having “trouble” shipping my puppy, I assumed he was about to ask for more money which I had heard was a scam, instantly called him out and he had no excuses, he threatened he has all my information and that If he didn’t hear from me in 24 hrs they will take the puppy to a shelter and and I will be charged for it! I told him I’m calling the police and hung up! My children and I fell in love with this puppy that we will never receive and my family is out over $700, I’m disgusted at how real it all seemed and the lengths they went through! I plan on calling the police and I have reached out to our local news for investigation, it’s not so much about the money but people doing this and taking advantage it’s disgusting and I’m so sick by it! Please avoid them at all cost! I’m doing everything I can to get justice for everyone! After my concerts on the 3rd day I found 8 others had reported them on a scam sight the same week I did!

On 04/18/2020, my husband purchased a puppy for me as i had lost my roxy 2 weeks prior. Picked "mia" and started the process. Sent funds per sellers request to send via pay pal friends and family. After the payment was taken from my account, no contract, no one would answer phones. We then informed pay pal, what a joke they are turning out to be as they closed stating remittance $ were correct. Say what???? i din't receive a dog. We told seller we were turning them in as fraudsters and then we receive phone call from express state transport stating due to weather conditions, she needs a upgraded crate and it is $972.00 and will be refunded after dog is released. I told the guy who could barely speak english we were not paying another dime and the seller and transport company cannot be trusted. no refund form pay pal, but im not done with any of them. They picked the wrong person to screw over.

Ordered a puppy online. Was told to zelle the payment and the shipping was free. Another 75.00 for courier to ship from airport to home. The individual who calls himself David Kim took the money lied saying vet was checking puppy etc. then someone calls saying the puppy needs a special crate to fly and asks for another 900.00. At this point we found online it was all a scam. Will not answer calls or emails. Don’t even think we have the actual name and there’s no address. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS LIKE WE DID!!

Reach out about available puppies and received a response that the puppy we wanted was available. They sent a contract and stated shipping was free. We sent the contract back and payment and then radio silence. After calling the number given on the email and contract they would on email back, never a phone conversation. They stated they would ship on Saturday 4/25/2020 and nothing. I called again and again a email response stating they will ship on monday. Monday gets here and we receive no shipping information but a shipping company calls and states due to weather the puppy needs a special crate that is an additional $700 but it was refundable after delivery. Still no response from the seller or anything and it 4/28/2020...please beware these people are scams. Also the puppy I chose I found the exact same picture on another breeders site
