Do NOT buy from this store. If there is anything wrong with the furniture they will not replace it or even let you return it. One of the armchairs we ordered arrived in an unacceptable condition. Fabric on the arm is worn and the rocker is broken. Called right away to ask for a replacement and was told they had to try to repair it first, which is ridiculous. When I purchase something, I don't expect it to need repairing, I want a brand new item. Anyway, they said someone would call in 72 hours to schedule service. Waited three days but no one called. Went back into the store and was told the same thing. Asked if we could just return it, but was told they charge a fee for that. It arrived damaged! This is an unacceptable way to do business. They again said they would call, but no one ever did. Hundreds of dollars down the drain. Never shopping here again.

*The owner contacted us and made it right by delivering a replacement chair within a couple days. It was frustrating, but I very much appreciated their efforts in rectifying the situation. I am hopeful that in the future, Jarons will be able to make it a smoother process to replace defective furniture. The other furniture we purchased from Jarons is very nice.*

I BROUGHT A NEW HOME THIS YEAR AND SHOP AT SEVERAL FURNITURE STORES. JARON'S WAS A CHOICE. WHEN ENTERING THE STORE THERE WAS NO PLEASANT GREETING FROM ANY SALE ASSOCIATE. IT SEEN AS IF THEY WERE OUT OF TORCH WITH CUSTOMER'S "OLD PEOPLE SPIRIT". YOU CAN'T SALE FURNITURE IN THAT MANNER. NOT ONLY THAT THEY SEEN A LITTLE PREJUDICE. THEY SOME OK CHOICES BUT CHEAP. I DID PURCHASE A COUPLE OF ITEMS AND WISH PURCHASE SOME WERE ELSE. .
WHEN MY ITEMS WERE DELIVER THE DELIVERY GUYS WERE WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NASTY. I FELT VOILATE IN MY OWN HOME WITH THEIR RUDENESS MANNER.
I WILL NEVER SHOP AT JARONS AGAIN. THERE WERE NO APOLOGY TO ME AND I WAS NOT OFFER ANY DISCOUNT FOR THEY RUDENESS. I WILL NOT REFER MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO JARONS. THEY ARE OUT OF TORCH WITH CUSTOMERS

I bought bed room furniture from your Lumberton Store and when the furniture was delivered to my house the delivery men never brought the dresser into my home they stated that it was broken and that they were going to take it back and order us an new one as soon as possible. The new dresser was delivered to my house and my husband was looking at the dresser and noticed that it was also broken so I called the Lumberton Store and talked to the lady at the desk and told her what was wrong she asked me to take a picture of the dresser and email it to her so we did that and a week went by and we did not hear any thing from them so I called the store and I was told that is was sent to the repair men on July 13 and that I would get a call from them I have then called and went to the store because we have not heard any thing from them. My daughter is not able to use the dresser for her stuff. I am not happy about this because we are paying on this furniture that can not be used. I would like for this issue to be taken care of or I will no longer buy any furniture from your store again.

I purchased a dining room table hutch buffet set. The set was damage, and the nails we're coming through the chairs. They never did repair it nor did they refund my money. They did have take all the furniture back sold it in their defective product section sold the set for all but $50 I paid which was $3500. I still have never received a payment nor have I received store credit. When I call nobody is aware of Greg or his family. But Greg Jaron is always on tv advertising he is the owner he is on the website as owner, and when I call they say he is on vacation. Do not by anything from this site they get your money and run. We ordered an L shaped sofa from Jarons. We saw a fabric we liked. It was affordable. We were told by the salesperson that it was "top of the line" for that manufacturer (England Furniture--a division of La-Z Boy).
The sofa arrived this morning with a tear in the fabric and with the hooks necessary to link the two pieces together misaligned. I refused delivery.
I went to Jaron's in Bordentown. I spoke with Gary. I requested either a refund or a store credit. He claimed it wasn't possible because our sofa was a "special order." Then he said he would have to "see" the damage and the defect in order to give me an answer about how they would "fix" it and call me Monday.
So, at the end of the day they are telling me that I must accept a sofa I paid to be "new" the same as if I were buying from the "damaged goods" section and had someone "fix" it. We haven't even SAT on it.
If you have any other option, avoid shopping here. I wish to God I had. The affordability is attractive, especially with a kid in college. But at the end of the day, you really do get what you pay for at Jarons. You won't pay much and you won't get much. In the long run you will lose money. And they will just say, "Things happen." (Gary, the manager actually said that to me and wanted to know "why" I was upset. I have over 2000 reason$ to be upset.)
So, if you can find another way and another place, do. I will never make this mistake again and am just mortified that I made it this time.

I was told I was going to receive my furniture within 3 days. On delivery day, I was told by the deliver guys that the furniture was bad and had mold on it. When I called Jarons I was told to wait 2 more weeks for my furniture. I had already thrown away my old mattress and was force to sleep on the floor with my wife and my 1 year old daughter on the floor. I planned and organized according to what I was told. When I called Jarons I was not shown any compassion or sincerity from anyone. All the people I spoke with were rude and nasty. The second delivery, I had THE SAME PROBLEM!!?? I don't know how, but when I called Jarons again, I was rudely hung up on. I called once again and they put me on a long hold and the lady on the phone was very rude. They rescheduled my delivery for later that day. I am highly dissatisfied with them and I am never shopping here again. Did not receive some type of discount for what happened to me or compassion/sincerity!! I was told there was nothing they can do for me.

First, the furniture picked wasn't available. I have to say that the salesman was sort of dismissive about my priorities.
Second, after waiting for a month, the furniture arrived with a cracked corner. We had to call Jarons three times to get someone to just take a look at the cracked corner.
Another wait of 3 weeks to be replaced, after placing two additional phone calls. Ridiculous!

We received outstanding service with Jaron's. Our salesman, Lyle, made everything so easy! We were THRILLED to get our furniture delivered 2 days after it was ordered! The leather sectional is just beautiful and is very well-made. Would definitely recommend Jaron's to others!!

I've been a customer of Jaron's for about 5 years. This time I've ordered a couple of tables and wanted it by Thanksgiving. I was assured that that l'll have it. A week after Thanksgiving I called about my furniture and was told that someone called me and but actually never did. I asked for free delivery to makeup for their miscommunication and that was denied.

Everything was great but one suggestion comes to mind for management to review. Only in-store payment options is available. They should provide options to customer to pay any remaining balance online or over phone.

The whole experience was a pleasure. The delivery guys were PERFECTO! THEY BOTH WERE PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. They didn't even leave a mess like another furniture company did. The only issue I had were there were no screws for the headboard, how was it supposed to attach to bed frame ? I had to send my son out to go get 8 of them from the hardware store?
