I purchased 10000 yen JPY iTune Card,
When I tried to redeem, the code was already redeemed.
I tried contacting support, they told me they will resolve this, Yet I did not receive any response from them for over 18 Hours.
It is alot of money, I hope Japan-Codes Do not scam people like us,
When I first messaged them, Their response was super prompt and I would even say almost immediate(30-1hour) But after hearing of my issue, They "Forwarded" to the relevant department and have not heard from them since.
I would like Japan-Codes to stand up for their mistake, and I hope I do not need to call my bank/PayPal to assist me in solving this insignificant issue.

Japan codes is basically the only site that sells the Japan iTunes cards at a fair price. There are times where the cards sell out and you have to wait a day or two for them to restock, but it's worth it--better than shelling out an extra $5 to $10 at other sites. Also they deliver the code as soon as you checkout, which is great.

I've used Japan Codes for a couple of years now for purchasing iTunes cards for apps and in-app purchases and I have never had any problems. After receiving payment, they have always sent out the codes promptly for me to use straight away.

I am having problems with this company now. I placed an order and paid through PayPal which has alredy cleared with my bank, but their website shows the order was rejected. I have had emails with support for 3 days now and all they will say is they are looking into it and will get right back with me. I will give it another couple days before I file a complaint with PayPal. All the reviews I read seem to indicate that not just this company but all are making this too difficult to do business with outside of Japan.
I just received my order. This took longer than expected but they did make it right so I am raising this rating to a 3. I do intend to use them again sometime and hope it goes better.
