I love my golden chunky hoop earrings. When I lost the lock customer care was great and sent me a new one straight away. I am very impressed and happy with my experience.

After the response from Jane K - my daughter has sent photos once again to the shop where we bought the ring. Now awating the response from Jane K.
In Christmas 2017 I bought my daughter a golden ring from Jane K. It’s a ring called “shield ring”. Very beautiful and my daughter loved it.
Now 4 months after the gold has vanished and not because my daughter has been wearing it while taking baths or anything. It simply faded on different spots.
My daughter went to the shop where we bought it. They were really helpful and took pictures and talked with the people at Jane K.
Long story short - they refused to fix the ring or compensate in any way.
I phoned Jane K and the conversation I had left me baffled and in loss of words.
They claimed that their hands was tied and they Never interfered in what decisions, a shop that sold their products made. I tried to reason with them stating that the ring was only 4 months old and there would be a 2 year warranty but nothing helped. They kept saying that the shop had the warranty not the company itself.
So I phoned the shop that sold the ring in the first place. They were really sorry cause they had taken photos of the ring and sent them to Jane K who then originally had returned telling that this fading of the gold wasn’t covered in the warranty.
So after talking to both shop and company I have to deduct that the company Jane K is lying when stating that they didn’t have anything to do with deciding whether or not the ring was covered in the warranty. And poor shop that decides to deal with jane K’s products - cause they will be implemented in the company’s lies and deceiving behaviour.
Shame on you Jane K for treating your end customers like this.
And for the behaviour from the information desk on the phone - what a unbelievable “talking down to” behaviour- shame on you as well.
I wouldn’t buy anything from this company ever again even if it was the only shop on the planet.

I spent nearly 5,000 DKK in the shop for my daughter's confirmation and now one pendent chain is broken and Creole earring has been lost because the backs are loose. Can't believe they can not make a chain that does not break after 6 weeks. Really sad, considering buying chains from Pandora so at least she can use the pendent.
