I wanted to give this company NO stars but that's not available. WORST company & customer service I have ever dealt with. It started when I bought 2day shipping and received my package almost 2 weeks later! The tracking number didn't work for a week before they finally fixed it, and the whole time while emailing about this issue never addressed my issues! Just kept saying sorry, here is your tracking number. Then when I called to just return the item, ANITA, hung the phone up on me twice! Talk about the rudest customer service experience ever. I have given them every chance to make me a satisfied customer and they never tried. So here is my chance to warn other people, STAY AWAY, there is a reason they offer cheap products. And when you have low prices you don't make enough revenue to keep good people for customer service. HATE this company!

Tour Master Synergy 2.0 heated vest is outstanding, quality and cost and wiring harness is easy and fast to install. The vest did the trick used it on a ride on Thanksgiving Day with temps at 34F. was warm comfortable and the vest was not bulky. Great buy!

I ordered several items from this company, mostly due to the "rave" reviews they have on their site. After following their guide for sizing, I needed to return almost everything, because they didn't fit. It takes weeks to receive refunds to your credit card, although they charge right away. The kicker was a set of frog togg rain gear. I received it on a Thurs., tried it on and it was way to large. Sent it back for a smaller size on Fri. I received a package 2+ weeks later containing a pair of Joe Rocket, repaired, rain pants and a lovely letter which stated that their Quality Control department determined that the jacket was full of hair and stained and therefor "used". I guess it was to difficult for them to check the date it was delivered and the date it was shipped back. And the weather was sunny and clear the day I had it. Why would I wear a rain suit on a sunny day. As far as I'm concerned, this company is a pure scam

Stay away from this site..they lie..everythung was fine when I made my order. Recieved fed ex tracking number and my order showed shipped and delivery was showing for tuesday. When tuesday rolled around with me waiting all day and nothing showed up I waited until wed and called them...their customer service girl was very rude and you can tell she hates her job. First she told me it was going to be shipped (even though it was supposed to be shipped last week) then after pinning her down she again lied and said the order was shipped last friday and I would recieve it in a couple of days...still waiting!
There are to many good companys out there to ever deal with jafrum.com ever again!

Horrible customer service - offer a warranty but will only replace if unused still with tags - I bought my husband a helmet (vega) and it basically fell apart in first month while riding on highway - vents blew off and then the visor on one side where it rotates cracked - now visor won't stay on - worthless and jafrum was no help! Manufacturer would not take back because we didn't keep original box - waste of money - will never buy from them again.

They don't always have what they tell you is in stock, I waited 10 days for something that was supposed to ship next morning, even though I paid the extra shipping.
The 60day guarantee is nothing but a joke. I sent an item back, 4 weeks later they still don't show it as received. I confirmed 2 weeks earlier with a rep that they had in fact received , oh and that was only because I PROVED it over and over.
They told me, "it takes 2-3 weeks to process defective materials, well it's been 5 weeks and not a single update despite being told that 2-3 weeks is the max.
Unfortunately I had to get my credit card involved, I cannot in good faith recommend this place to buy anything from. you want quality service, go to motorcycle superstore.com instead.

Jafrum International Inc. sells motorcycle accessories. We purchased 2 HJC helmets and 3 Bluetooth intercom units that were made for the helmets. The cost a little over $1000. They confirmed the order but would not confirm a shipping date. After several days we finally were able to get a real person on the phone only to be informed orders over $800 could not be made on a credit card. No one even tried to send an e-mail to inform us of this and they charged the credit card. They wanted a cashier check or money order. We canceled the order and the credit card charge and ordered from another on-line seller. Our helmets and Bluetooth units were received in 4 days. This was less time then it took us to get an answer why we hadn't received our order from Jafrum. I will never return to their web site again.

Worst company ever, This is actually a scam in my opnion. They overcharged me for Saddlebags and a jacket that they claim is leather but looks like trash bag material. The images on there website and reviews are deceiving.

I have lots of worst experience when it comes to dealing with on line stores. However, I find Jafrum a different shop. The items are really good and it really look as the same as the picture in the website. The item arrive at the exact date also and the item was really good. I'm planning to buy another item to them. Maybe next month.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with in my life. I placed my order Friday morning at 0900 when there was ZERO activity on my order for almost 5 days finally on Tuesday I called to inquire. I was lied to as they told me the jackets were on back order, magically I had one of them the next morning. Then low and behold the other one showed up the next day Thursday.
They sent the wrong size and I called immediately and was told I have to wait 24-48 BUSINESS HOURS for a return label WTF??? That was Thursday morning. I called Thursday afternoon and Friday morning and afternoon, Guess what? It was next Tuesday afternoon when i received the label for their screw up, unbelievable...
I had ordered my motorcycle jacket in plenty of time for my trip but I had no idea they would be such a bunch of bumbling idiots. I bought from some where else as this put me in a bind. Then I am told it is a 14 day process to process the return and return my money. Which incidentally it has been over two weeks with no return yet. This is the biggest load of bull$#*! I have ever heard. You can bet your ass I will never order from these $#*!s again. They truly suck ass.

I recently bought my Shoei motorcycle helmet in Jafrum and it really looks like it was in their pictures. So I was really happy about it. They are really great helmets, very comfortable and tough at the same time. I am grateful to jafrum.

I purchase a helmet and the helmet arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The helmet didnt fit properly and I promptly returned the item and paid the return shipping. I requested a refund. I heard nothing from Jafrum so I called to find out when I would be credited with the refund. The girl I spoke to did some checking and they had recieved the helmet three days ago and she said my account would be credited after 14 business days. I asked why so long and she said It was company policy. Jafrum has the returned product I ordered and my money and they refuse to refund my money for 14 business days. In this day and age refunding a customer their money is a matter of hitting a couple of keys on a computer. This is unacceptable customer service and I will never do business with Jafrum again. If you do ,make your choices wisely because they are quick to take your money but if there is a problem its not easy to get it back in a timely manner.

Received merchandise on 8/05/10. Absolute garbage! First of all the picture of the saddlebags on the website is different from what I actually got. I was expecting what I saw. The texture in the picture is smooth, while what I received was more of a cottage cheese pattern and handles on the top were not shown in the photo. There extra rivets (also not seen in picture). The PVC material is cheap and feels very weak. The rear of the bag has two metal snaps, one of which (left bag) already broke away only after two opening and closings. Jafrum's customer service line is not very friendly and they would rather dictate to the customer rather than listen and correct the problem. After getting disconnected 5 min on hold and then calling back (about 7 min on hold) the customer service rep (probably outsourced), was rude and I had to hang up on her. It is not worth it to pay return shipping in order to solve this problem. What I saw is not what I got and I am extremely displeased. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from Jafrum again!!! I do not expect that they will post this negative review on their website so I will copy, paste it and place it on consumer complaint websites and biker websites. I will also show all of my biker friends my broken saddlebag and recommend NEVER to purchase anything from Jafrum. The saddlebag product number I ordered was SD4068 Plain.

Jafrum provides the worst customer service. They are eager to take your money and make promisses to get your business, but if you have a
problem and need to return a product they will find any excuse why its not the products fault but the customers and try to get more money out of you. There response time in handling complaints is horrible, instead of the promissed 5 days expect 3 weeks. They will delay your return hoping
you will forget or go away then make up a story which isnt true and deny your warranty on the item. I paid $5 to ship my item back to them for
warranty for an item that went bad in 6 months, after rejecting my warranty they said I have to pay the $15 If I want them to ship my item back.
Stay away this company should be closed down for their horrifficcstomer service!
