So its ben almost a week and I haven't got a shipping number and there is someone who works for Jade Black with the phone number +1(909)-787-1961 who has helped me but when I asked about my glasses he just directed me to E-mail do not recommend this company I rather buy RayBan or other company and currently debating if I should contact my Bank to retract the funds I like Jose but I hate Jade Black

First of all, sun glasses are nice and good quality but the service is horrible, support takes so long for them to respond so I ordered 4 sun glasses 2 Starks blue , 1 Starks gold and 1 Generals eclectic so my order is over 145$ Usd. So i can get a free ship after i still have to pay 45$Cad more extra just for package customer . Well this company shipped through Fedex and it’s completely disaster it’s taking forever because the shipper of Fedex can’t use phone to call customer in 2020 also finally i have to pick up at FedEx central and when i got the package it’s kinda not sealed well it’s like somebody already opened my package and went through everything well my package missing one item it’s my Starks blue sun glasses and the other Starks blue it wasn’t covered with plastic at all but the others are nicely covered with plastic. So JadeBlack you guys need a better company for shipment probably not FedEx though.

Bought glasses and they sold out the next day. Glad I got them in time but of course I got a refund as well before it shipped assuming something went wrong with their stock count, I guess it was too good to be true. Jose if you are reading this, I’ve had HORRIBLE customer service and experience with both Jade Black and ESNTLS by the way.

Atrocious customer service. Waited two and a half weeks just to receive an email saying they were refunding my order. To top it all off, they keep making ads to bring in new customers when they couldn’t even handle the last launch. Don’t waste your time and money.

Absolutely terrible company and experience. Ordered once, glasses broke. Ordered another time and they didn’t ship after a month and then got refunded. Don’t waste your money on this terrible company with false promises. The reviews prove this as a fact. When a company has almost 50% bad reviews dont waste your time.

I still have yet to receive my order, i got the shipping information and the invoice number but my order is still not here!, i orderd a pair of glasses on june 23 and we are now on july 9th and i still have not received my order, I tried emailing customer service but I haven’t received a email, i am very disappointed, ive been waiting for multiple weeks now😔

Ordered a pair of shades on the 25th of june, and the order is not yet in the possession of FedEx. When i hit up their costumer service the first time, it was because i had not recieved the tracking information and the respond time was quick and the service was good. But now that i have e-mailed them again about the situation of them not arriving, they are as of this moment, yet to give me a respond. Really shady company tbf and this is the last time i will ever order something from that website.

Where is my order? I ordered sunglasses on 22-06 and haven’t received any shipping information. When queried I was told it will be sent as fedex priority and was given 15% off my next purchase.but still no news on shipping. I have emailed them again but no answer to my email . Never experienced this before with any other companies. Very disappointing!!!!!

CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Like this is my first time buying your product and i can say it won't be happening AGAIN and won't be encouraging anyone i know to shop with your brand. Your customer service is nonexistent, so that is my review and please get someone to get back to me with either a refund or i may have to call my bank to do a rollback transaction.

Completely disappointed in Jade Black, on June 22 I made an order and my invoice came to the email but I never received a shipping confirmation, I have tried to contact your email a thousand times but I don't get any answer yet, the last time they answered me they told me that they would send me more information about my order on Monday and we are already Friday and I don't receive an answer about what happened.

Was really looking forward to trying out the prescription glasses since there was so much hype online. I ordered 2 pair for a very special occasion that was coming up but instead I get my order cancelled for something that went wrong on their end. They told me that I’ll just have to wait for their next drop. I am very disappointed at their customer service and overall how they have for the whole situation. I will not be ordering again and do not recommend them to anyone.

The undeniable quality of these sunglasses is completely nullified and overshadowed by willfully neglectful and seriously poor customer service. Company basics are missing. Things that aren't hard (even in a pandemic) like operational structure are missing.I am experiencing SO MUCH frustration right now due to neglect from Jade Black. I ordered the Starks sunglasses which were too big for me, but I was like "WOW! The quality and craftsmanship is unreal!" so I set up a return for in store credit (I was in love with the way these things are made) and encountered my first issue: the return email was a company template that hadn't been filled out- hence their return address looked like this:

So I received return instructions and no return address. Most companies don't want you to use the address that it shipped from because returns for most online retailers are taken in a different place than where they ship from. So no returns address to send my return in my return instruction email. To make things worse, I was so confident that Jade Black were my new favorite sunglasses, I ordered ANOTHER pair because I have a trip coming up. To make sure that I received them before my trip, I paid for expedited shipping. The next day I received tracking which stated it would be updated within 24 hours to see movement. After 48 hours and no update, I was a little concerned and sent an email but only received an automated response providing me with basic order information that I already had and 100% did not address my initial concern. I replied back to that email 2 days ago with my plea for assistance and here we are 2 days later, nobody got back to me to see what could be done, still NO movement on tracking (it looks like it could have been issued 10 minutes ago) and my glasses were supposed to have arrived today because of the expedited shipping I paid for and nothing. No assistance, no glasses from my trip and now, if they ever actually send me the glasses that I ordered, I won't be here to receive them and packages have been taken from off of my doorstep before. And to top it all off, I can't even submit a new request for help because all of a sudden, Jade Black wants to completely shut down their website in anticipation of a new product line drop that's happening in 6 days. You can keep that new product line Jade Black, I JUST WASTED $100.00 and have zero to show for it. SMH.

Pretty ridiculous. I understand complications due to covid, but it takes them 2 days to respond to emails. It was 10 days and I had not received my order which is fine... only if when I emailed they responded. At that point, I asked if I could cancel my order. Then they ask" would you like 30% off" then when I say no I want my money back, they start to ship. Waste of money. They still haven't come. 100 Canadian dollars down the drain

I returned the sunglasses because they didn't fit me, There was nothing wrong with them. Sent an email asking about the return and refund process, they reply to my email 5 days later telling me to ship the glasses first, then they will refund the money. I shipped back the glasses on 01/23, USPS delivered the package on 01/24 its been 3 weeks and no refund, I have sent multiple emails asking for a status, no answers, nobody replies my emails, so now I have no sunglasses, my credit card charged and NO answers from Jade Black.

Glasses are too tight, which I believe are giving me headaches. Do you guys have an eye doctor on your team verifying the fit before sending them out? Very tight in the nose area too. I compared to ray band in store and their fit is wider.
