I ordered Age 7-8 items for my eldest son from TU at Sainsbury's. When they arrived I opened the items to find that the clothes were in fact the same size as Age 2-3 items I measured them up against that I had bought for my youngest son. They aren’t even just small fitting the sizes are way off .

The sizing is completely inaccurate. Im a 33 inch waist so I naturally buy size 34 as it's more easily available. I bought a pair of size 34 trousers online and when they arrived I could not even get them shut. Which is saying something because I can squeeze into a 32 and still be able to breath quite comfortably.
Anyway, i felt a bit sorry for myself thinking i had put on weight during lockdown, so I tried some of my other trousers of the same size and they fit fine.
I just took this as jack Jones having underquoted the sizes so I returned the 34 and out of curiousity I ordered a 36. They arrived and I kid you not they are probably half an inch bigger than the 34. I kid you not this brand only caters for people with a 30 inch waist.
To make matters even more confusing the EU sizes provided on the labels are even higher still! How do you get your sizes?

I returned 2 items on the 11th July yet still haven’t received a refund, today is the 3rd of August. This is poor service from an on line retailer in the market place today, doesn’t even let you exchange for another size but insists you buy another then wait weeks for a refund whilst in the meantime you’ve paid twice !!! A poor business model for the consumer

I've been a J&J customer for a number of years( 18 or 19 ) In the beginning it was a great brand which unfortunately turned into a cheap crap. I am highly disappointed of their underwear. Pure waste of money! Please do not buy that, it is very , very bad! I am done with this brand. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCTS !!!! I am not that rich to waste money on garbage

Inaccurate shoe sizing, Jack Jones trainers come up way too small. Bought different pairs from Debenhams and M&M Direct and all the Jack Jones trainers have the same problem with sizing. The size UK12/EU47 feels like UK9/EU43.

I believe it's a very sneaky tactic one of your shop's (merry hill) is deploying.
I recently purchased some goods from the merry hill outlet, 4 items to be precise and was given 5 individual receipts, the fith receipt was the total amount payed and was stapled over the others, unknowingly to myself the other four item receipts had the words exchange label printed on the front. So when I came to return one of items I was told I would only be able to exchange and not receive a cash refund. To anyone purchasing items from the merry hill jack Jones store, check receipts carefully, given how financially challenged shop's are at the moment, looks like they'll try anything to avoid refunds!!

Wish I could rate it a 0! Late delivery and sent the wrong item.
I messaged them and asked where my delivery was as they stated 5 days, which had passed. The reply was basically its only a day late if that dont worry.
The delivery comes and it turns out one item is completely different to what I ordered.
Messaged again and just told me to return it and gave me 10% off my next order.
Completely unprofessional. First and last time I order from this company.

They use DHL for their packages so I would not recommend ordering from them, package will probably arrive far later than communicated, does not even communicate when your package will arrive if it is delayed even if you paid for express shipping.

Regarding the 2 pair of jeans size W36 in my order 9213644301: I have several jeans from Jack & Jones bought in your shop in CPH, and from other companies as well and they are all size W36, and they fit perfectly. BUT the 2 pair of jeans marked "size W36" I got in this order is totally off the grid compared to them in size. They are VERY VERY small. Although the mark on them says W36, they are NOT, not even CLOSE. It does not make any sense. The size on these new Jack & Jones jeans are not at all within an acceptable margin to be marked W36 (W32 would be more correct). So, this is a complain!. Where can I go and get then replaced or my money back? I must say, this has NOT been a good shopping experience until now.

Leaving one star is generous. Ordered goods last Saturday and 3 attempts to contact customer services and still no goods. Genuinely awful experience. Would not recommend or buy from them again. Worse still the goods are being delivered by Hermes

We wouldnt even give 1 star.
Placed an order online, a little slow to deliver but we didn't mind that too much. Unfortunately everything apart from 1 item had to be returned as came up too small. I returned these items FOUR WEEKS AGO and we still haven't received a refund.
My husband emailed over a week ago as website says refund in 14 days and we were told it had only been 12 working days. Well it's been more than 14 working days now and they ignored his last email!
Absolutely disgusting. A superb way to ensure people don't use rubbish your service ever again.
GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK!!!!!

Ordering through Best Seller or Jack and Jones online, be prepared to wait long times for your order to arrive.

I ordered from England.
I got the sweat zip hoodie in beige. It took roughly 2 weeks to deliver and once it arrived the hoodie looked like a darker shade than what it was in the photo. Like between beige and brown. However, the feel of it is really nice and it is quite warm.
ADVICE for people who want to order online here - look at and try clothes on in store so when you order you can use your size which you know fits perfectly and is the right shade, then order online. There are alot of reviews on here which are about the bad customer service when trying to return.

Sorry but IMO your online shop is now a total DISASTER and MISTAKE …
What a hell is going on down there with you ppl??? It’s a HUGE MESS!
YOU CAN’T HANDLE simple things.
I made 2 orders in March this year on jackjones.com online.
2 orders – 2 pairs of jeans - twice.
My second return that was show of your incompetence.
Return parcel arrived next day to your warehouse in Poland – Świebodzin.
But I was waiting 10 days for refund …and nothing happened.
So I was e-mailing you few times about that. No answer.
Finally some guy form CSOS Bestseller Shop answered me that you need EAN no. of returning product because package was lost???, return has not been booked as it should be
and you opened an INVESTIGATION with your warehouse to know what happened with the parcel.. ???
I waited 18 WORKING DAYS till I get my money back!
Next …I asked You for help with new free return label.
I wanted to return 1 of 2 items from second order ,but I didn’t have your return labels anymore, because I used them earlier during the first return.
I asked about that your supporters.
Finally they sent me labels ,but it was my first ,same old DHL label - useless, I couldn’t use it because it was disposable.
So they sent me another - It was free return abroad… I was going to send parcel somewhere to Germany by Polish Post Office.
I even don’t know what was this german address on label , is it correct or what?
But the real problem was that Polish Post Office still didn’t accept parcels abroad during the epidemic state. I wrote about that to your support – BUT THEY DON’T CARE – THEY COULDN’T FIND ANY SOLUTION…
Finally I decided to send it AT MY COST to your warehouse in POLAND
And I've sent You this last return parcel by DHL on May 5 AT MY COST, because I didn’t have label from you for free shipping.
It arrived to your warehouse in Poland – Świebodzin on May 7.
I sent you an email with tracking screen ,label confirmation and other stuff in attachment.
I just tried to avoid earlier situation.
Today is 10th working day after shipping.
Again – no one answered me. I don’t have refund confirmation. And I've still got no money on my account. Nothing.
What are you waiting for???? Is it a joke?
It never happened to me before during shopping online. I'm starting to get worried. Should I seek help from other institutions to enforce my consumer rights, protection and guarantees because it looks strange and UNPROFESSIONAL.
And please don’t talk to me about situation with COVID 19 here.

Now – second pair from this order – size 29/34 – I returned You by DHL on May 5 AT MY COST. DHL parcel no. 22053036523. I know I can send it at my cost, if I don’t have free shipping label, because You wrote about that in your Terms & conditions – return of proofs. And this is what I’m talking about now. You pick it up on May 7th – in Świebodzin.
I’ve sent you all proofs of that operation by email.
Do I make myself clear about that now? It’s simple.
Today is 11th working day after day you pick it up.

I bought a pair of jean 4 months ago and everything was great. My girlfriend noticed a tear beside the back right Pocket. I remove the jean and I found it was not a ripped cause by an accident. The Jean treadS were coming apart. For the price I paid ($150) I’m not planning to shop there again.

Wow, I never wore the product but was about to buy a few skinny jeans so decided to research, came across this review and it's terrible. Worst part is that the response are all automated. It seems like Jack & Jones don't care about its customers concerns.
