The items I ordered came in reasonably quick time and given the prices, I'm very happy. The items are common things available elsewhere but not all in one place like here. Pricing low enough that I could order a few extra "repair" items for my spa in case things broke.

Fast shipping and reasonable cost

Great product, matched the description, the quality is equivalent to OEM and the shipping was very fast.

Despite a backorder, order arrived when promised and the price was right. I was kept apprised long the way.

I had a problem with one smoke detector and I contacted Jace and they are sending a replacement. They were very accommodating and I would definitely use them for further purchases.

Great service

Jace always seems to have what I need, when I need it, and they are able to ship it promptly,,,

So disappointed. Placed an order for smoke detectors. Thought I picked a great co when I received an email thanking me for my order and telling me if there was anything they could do to please reach out. Great start. When I received tracking showing me the arrived in my city I figured they would be delivered within a day or 2. When I didn’t receive after another week I decided to take them up on their offer to help. I was pretty amazed at the email I received back essentially telling me to contact the post office and it wasn’t their problem. I made several attempts to contact the usps and was unable to get any response. Since these guys had my $ for a month and I didn’t have my smoke detectors I sent them another email. This time I asked them to either help get me what I paid them for or give me a refund. I received such a rude and unhelpful email back telling me they were issuing me a refund even though it’s not their policy and would no longer do business with with me. They attached pdf’s with their policies and right to refuse service. Why would I even consider doing business with a place that can’t manage to fill an order and then get rude when you ask for help? Just silly.
I ended up ordering them from another supplier that was less expensive and got me the detectors in 3 days. They were delivered today by the usps.
