Extremely disappointed. My right bud died about a month ago and during the process it's taken Jabra about 5 working days to reply on emails. I was finally told to send them back on warranty one week ago and Jabra received them last Friday morning. Still haven't heard a word about my replacement. Still haven't got a reply of my email 4 days ago asking about my replacement. Horrible service!

I bought a Move Headphone that got the headband broken during a holiday. After some e-mails exchanges and sending the product to Jabra they sent me a new one. Good customer service.
