Ross on Wye "Mailrooms" used to be ok, but nothing special. Could do with a refurbishment or a bloody good clean and a little paint. Staff are ok, but service and food is shocking, especially when compared to the Wetherspoons in Monmouth which is only a few miles away!!

THE THREE JOHN SCOTTS HULL.
Went for a meal and a few drinks with family Saturday Lunch. Food was excellent but the man delivering the drinks was shocking. Was clearly still suffering from the night before. Bought 3 rounds of drinks to the table and spilled them every time. Never said a word or smiled and when the drinks were spilled he just walked away. Never got a cloth or said sorry or anything. 2nd time i have been here and have to say may be the last. Real shame as i use the Bridlington one and have never had bad service there. Just think twice before heading there guys.

Ordered breakfast at their Wood Green pub Spouters..... they forgot the hash browns and when they came out there was some “mucus” type substance on one, my wife is adamant it wasn’t egg as she ran a cafe and also ran a kitchen for social services. The poor excuse for a manager was rude, argumentative and in complete denial, when I requested she be civil and use please and thank you as we had she started to cry!!! So we didn’t even get our refund and left, what a rip off,I have contacted them on this matter and they have BLANKED us

A really nice pub, excellent staff, super beer extremely well kept - the food is very good quality, well cooked, but never warm enough. Apart from that the place can not be faulted.

Waited in queue for the guy just to walk off and stop serving leaving us all waiting. When mentioning it to the other bar ladies they shrugged it off. I then have feedback when I finally got served and the girl said he is a team leader he doesn’t have to serve. Yeah but you don’t just walk off leaving a queue horrendous service. They are not trained to deal with complaints what so ever. The team leader needs some customer service training!

My wife went to the Palladium Electric, with two friends, this morning for breakfast and was very pleased. The premises were warm and clean, the staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfasts, they each had a different choice, were served quickly and were at the right temperature.

Anti British company. Accepts euros but refused to accept my genuine £50 note was told it was company policy. Take your pub to Europe if you won't accept UK legal tender.

Generally great venues, excellent real beer in tip top condition. Avoid the Brighton helm. It really let's the side down. Uncharacteristically grubby and tired looking. Needs a makeover, but must make a fortune. Can understand it being rammed all day long with the high price of booze just about everywhere else.

Usually the food is really good, except the staffs attitudes stink. This one occasion, we went for a meal at 20 past 7. We did not get our food until quarter to 9! Our drinks order wasn't even taken until after 8! When the food finally arrived we got no sorry for the wait or anything and it was cold. the chips were literally freezing. So wolfed it down and left within ten minutes. Absolute pants! Since it's refurbishment, I figured they may take more pride in their business but it now actually seems so much worse.

Ordered large mixed grill, really disappointed as all food was so cold how can that be look at your reviews and make improvements on your customers comments. And the meat steak, pork & gammon was so tiny like seriously small.
Try elsewhere next time this place shouldn't be doing food Coors Light was nice tho 👍 maybe just sell alcohol and no food

At The Joseph Branagh in Barnsley. Busy, footie match on yet staff are pleasant, efficient, friendly and whole pub is calm. James and Jesse were particularly hard working. Well done Barnsley, we were visitors as Derby is our current home city.

Visited Wetherspoons on Saturday 28th September at approx 11:30am, we waited 40 minutes for our food. We ordered:
-Pancakes with strawberries
Our food eventually came out, muffin was burnt black and try to be hidden by the eggs, veggie breakfast had no hash browns and my pancakes had at most 2 tiny strawberries chopped up, so I asked where the rest were because I paid for them to be added. The waitress then said that's fine she'll go grab some. About 5 minutes later the manager came over with our receipt printed off, saying you paid for extra strawberries and you get 3 as that's the portion size, which I clearly didn't even have to start with. Which she then proceeded to say well if I give you more now you'll expect it every time, which wouldn't be the case as I wont be returning. After a few minutes of being spoken to like crap in the middle of the restaurant by 'A Manager' whilst all of our breakfast was getting cold, she decided to walk off as I was talking to her all over some strawberries!! Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers, especially by a manager who was arguing whether I had 3 strawberries on my pancakes or not, which I clearly didn't. Not what you expect to happen when visiting Wetherspoons, Absolute disgrace.

Had breakfast with a group of friends. No customer service and a rude obnoxious manageress. We asked for a door to be closed because weather condition are blowing a gale and she refused saying head office has sent an email saying the doors have to be opened. Ridiculous situation all the tables around the door, not only ours, are complaining of the cold. Offered me a copy of the email from head office which when I asked for refused to give me. Then had a waitress have a go to the extent we got up and left, won’t be back and advise people avoid like the plaque. Really had a laugh today though two weeks after the issue, after complaining to the head office had a very rude email back stating the manageress has requested I don’t return. Guess that’s how they stop complaints. Not that it would matter as my friends and I have all stopped going there now

Visited your Fleet Hants branch today, have to say very dissapointed with the cleanliness of this place. Also the very young staff were more interested in flirting with the young customers, really could do with a more mature set of staff instead off all young staff,if sny trouble was to break out not sure what these young girls would do ? Girls walking around in very short skirts ,cuddling their friends and not really paying any atention to the dirty tables and floors.

Having a choice of 2 weatherspoons in Wrexham I came along this morning for a light breakfast and coffee, the place is spotlessly clean, the app perfect the service outstanding, the breakfast piping hot and beautifully presented, the gentleman who served me I think he's the manager is so effecient, polite, and a really nice bloke, this is my local now, properly run and everything 10 out of 10 shame Lloyd's the other weatherspoons can't get it right, but this one is amazing

Well I recently got a puppy and went to sit outside wetherspoons in peebles only to be told they have a no dog policy. SERIOUSLY!!! Given that you can even take dogs inside some pubs nowadays this is ridiculous. The reason behind it all dogs are unpredictable is u reasonable. I have sat in wetherspoons many times watching children run around while hot food is being served, throw food on the floor and scream their heads of for no reason . Drunk people are also very unpredictable!!! . I can only assume the board of directors are dog haters. Not to allow dogs outside is just unacceptable to me. I used to be a frequent customer but will never go back even without my dog

Dirty and sticky tables are very common with wetherspoons, every time I visit, they collected glasses but never bothered to clean them. Are they shortsighted? Complained several times but now there's no point complaining cos they don't listen to us. It's a tramps paradise esp Cherry Tree in Huddersfield.... Sorry!

I have just had a meal with my family at Weatherspoons Teignmouth a place I have ate at many times but today I can say I'm thoroughly disappointed with my meal of mixed grill. It failed to have lamb in it and the steak served in its place was pure gristle. I complained to the server who apart from a verbal apology only said he would report it to the kitchen. No other compensation was offered.
In my opinion poor customer service
