For 10 years I was a happy customer of Club Iwin, and I had built up some credits. Since I had these credits I let my credit card information lapse. I was then informed that I had to spend ALL of them within 120 days, even though I had technically already paid for the credits. I couldn't find 10 games I wanted to buy in those days so my credits were taken away. I kindly asked them to refund my money and they have refused. They said I could get it back if I rejoin. To me this is like having a gift card that expires. (Isn't that illegal?)

I purchased several games and the backup disk, The games are no longer available in their catalog and the "backup disk" doesn't work. When I contacted iwin, to was basically told too bad. It was a complete waste of money purchasing these games and the disk and a complete waste of time trying to contact them.

Game didn't work, absolutely zero customer service, unless you want to pay $10 a month to play you're already paid for game. Like being mislead...

wont fix issues despite saying they are fixed. when you try to contact they just don't answer except to say issue solved. I bought a few hundred dollars worth of games that I can not play because of issue/

When a game has bugs or glitches it is nearly impossible to get any support. They have overworked volunteer moderators to handle the forum. All they do is delete your comments or lock the thread if you start to complain. The "technical support" process does not work and there is no way to comment or find out if other users are having the same issues. These games are not free, and I pay a monthly fee (not for long)

As stated earlier by Astonishingly, this is a horrible site since they have started requiring updates. When an update is available, the consumer has no option but to update. Once the update is complete games are gone and most often when one tries to reinstall, there is a problem that does not allow reinstallation of the game without jumping through hoops (sometimes not at all). I do not understand (if they're not trying to rip consumers off) why you MUST perform the update. It always says the update is to "fix bugs", but there always seems to be new "bugs" when they update. BAD customer service!!!!

An awful games manager. The games you download are full of bugs and customer support is terrible. Every time the games manager updates it removes all your games (and all your progress) and it isn't optional. If you choose not to update, the manager just quits on you.

While the site itself is safe, There have been many cases where malicious advertisements on the free games from the iwin website have given me adware or viruses. NEVER download the "free games" or "unlimited trials" from the website, they are likely to give you viruses.
If you want to get a popcap game, get it through steam.

This used to be a good site, but now I'm not to sure so I went with borderline I don't trust. The main issue is the ads, as they could contain viruses or other things. Then you have the launcher which may have viruses in it. The games you download especially the one that allow you to play for free all the time could contain viruses. Proceed with caution.

Absolutely a great site for gamers, low prices for great games and disks, all around a great site to play and buy games, monthly dues are well worth it

Iwin is a game developer, as well as a game portal. So they make games, and they sell games made by themselves and by other developer. They are the makers of the Jewel Quest series (match3-games), they made Family Feud series, Jojo's Fashion show and many other.
Their game portal site has a lot of activities - with something called Hotel Iwin - what is a "social casual Game Virtual World". You earn "opals" from buying and playing games from their portal, and these opals can be used to get stuff for your hotel room at Hotel Iwin.
And here are also different online games.
Games are quite cheap, depending on your membership status. As a member of either Club Iwin or All Access, you get cheaper games(USD6.99), access to super-low offers (as low as USD 3.49) if you buy games, or unlimited play (renting) plus a monthly bonus game as long as you are a member. As a non-member you pay as low as 9.99 up to 19.99 for CE-games.
Some games are free to download and play, but they come with ads.
They have game forums, with customer reviews and game tips.
One thing I didn't like was the fact that their games come with a mandatory game manager. You cannot play your games without it. Part of the reason may be the "opals" you earn simply by playing your games, this Game Manager records how long you play a game, and award you accordingly. But inherent in this is that Iwin can monitor how long you spend playing a game.
Another factor against them is that my AV (two different ones) really didn't like some of the files in their Game Manager and believed them to be Trojans. I ok-d the suspicous files, but after an update to my AV, they were back to being suspicous again.
Either this company has a lousy practice of talking to AV-programs, or some of their GM-files are actually that invasive, and I suspect that this is partly correct seeing as the GM has the capability of monitoring and reporting your gaming habit.
I do not think this is done with malicious intent, but one need to consider if one wants a game portal to have this information, and what exactly they do with it.

I've being playing games on this site for 18 months, it's very entertaining with its various game kinds. Also I trut it since I didn't suffer any viruses or spyware or adware. But I didn't buy any game, so I can't comment on its vendor reliability.

iWin is definitely NOT safe. Their games may be "air tight", but their adware can bring nasty malware and viruses. This is the reason 60-min trials are safe but not "unlimited trial" ones (aka "free games").
I've used iWin as well as BigFish (subscriber) for a couple of years. Because of nasty malware iWin ads bring through *SOME* games, I got rid of it previously. Recently I reinstalled iWin to see if the problem has been solved. Same. No safety issues with 60-min no-ad trials, but we take a chance with any free games with ads.
The latest ordeal? A bad strain of Trojan. Had to run AVG, SUPERAntiSpyware, and Malwarebytes to completely get rid of it. I'm so done with iWin (again). If anybody wants to use iWin, stick with 60-min trials or paid games to avoid the headache and wasted time getting rid of malware through their ads. iWin ads aren't harmless like Hulu ads. Those can bring very invasive and intrusive viruses to your computer.

Once again, with adblockplus, and NoScript, this site is perfectly safe. I have purchased games from this site, safely, and securely, on numerous occasions.

I haven't had any malware or spy ware or spam come from this site. We do play their free games and they do come with advertising. Watching a 20 second ad every half an hour or so seems to us to be a good exchange for free usage of complete games.
