Wouldn’t return email/phone calls about damage till I made four phone calls. Then I was promised they would credit me $175 for the shipping damage and still haven’t at 7 days out. He apologized about the poor customer service and promised he would have the credit done in less three hours. I have given them every chance to make it right. This is the first bad review I have given anyone. I think I have been more than patient.

You can never know how great cool air feels when you have lost your a/c. All of this plus I installed it myself with no outside help. I had to purchase some additional tools. You can never know how good it feels to install the electrical, flip the breaker and then see and hear as the compressor kicks on. My MrCool is soo quiet, I had to look out of the window to confirm its operation. Thank you!

Very pleased again. This time, actually called the customer service number to make sure I was ordering the correct part (heating element)for my recently installed Air Handler Unit I had purchased a few months earlier. Was greeted and handled very well by your staff - placed the order and received it a few days later. Could not be more pleased.

I ordered a split unit air conditioner and received the outside unit a week later but still haven't received the other half of the order a week later. I have been without air now for a month after placing the order. I also was supposed to receive a free thermostat with the order, a $50 value, but was told that it wasn't ever part of the sale even though the website picture showed it to be. After speaking to my rep she checked with sales and they said they never ran that promo and requested a picture of the website. Had I known I would not have to go through this much red tape i wouldnt have ordered from this company's website. The unit I did receive is sitting in my backyard waiting to be installed, I can't wait for the other unit to arrive!

Who knows what it is like, haven't received it yet. It arrived in Salt Lake 8/16. On the 17th or 18th I received to outside unit and cable guard. The inside unit was still in Salt Lake and today (5 days later) they have shipped it back to Hodgkins, Illinois. However, UPS says it will be delivered next Wednesday the 25th. With my luck they probably ran over it. I don't think UPS has their crap together. If I ever receive it so it can be installed, send another review then.

Our a/c broke down. We went without air, in south Florida, for almost a month. Temperatures were in the high 90's. And there was a hurricane headed in our direction. But we didn't get the hurricane and we did get our a/c unit. It got installed and now we are in a/c heaven. Plus it is very quiet. My husband and I couldn't be happier. Thank you. The Corbitt's

It takes me a lot longer because I try to be very care full about drilling holes in my wall and brick read over and over and watch a lot of you tube video still need to get electric to run 220. What I don't like is the wall support were very level I checked about 3 or more times looked great after setting the condenser on the front dropped about 1/2 inch down the 2 arm supports do not fit flush up to the back brace and can move a lot even thou they are tight and the washers the condenser are two small and can pull down into the slots had to put bigger ones on but only time will tell how good this is. Relined all bolts on on bracket arm again today leveled the ac and still the front of bracket would drop some making it not 100% level.The heat pump looks well made but only time will tell how good it is.

I've been buying heat pump units from Ingraham's for close to 7 years now and I recommend them often. I would not do either if they were not the best supplier I have found.

I've ordered a number of units over a 2 year period, Everyone should feel comfortable that Ingram's business model is costumer service based, best price offered, sales service. I've gotten good advice, quality products, any follow up or problem had only to with their shipping company to the West. When hiccups have occurred, Ingram's sales Dept, CS and others pitch in to advocate and correct ASAP... Not everything is in their control, so some understanding may be necessary at times.... Otherwise a5 start outfit.

Ingram’s air is such a great company. When you need service the last thing you want is an interrogation but someone who knows less than you. This won’t happen with Ingram’s. They are knowledgeable, caring and very prompt with a solution.
I wish all companies worked like they do.

Bought two Goodmann 2 stage variable speed compressor and air handlers. Had damage during shipment. Units were replaced and credit offered for inconvenience. I have to say that Judy in the damage department deserves great accolades. She handled the damage claim and responded with the replacement items and credit. She has an incredible customer service way to make you feel like you are being taken care of. Always followed up and ensured that customer service was foremost. I will buy from Ingrams again in the future and recommend them to my friends. Customer service is hands down the best. Thank you Judy for all your hard work, great example of a great employee that cares about the company! Awesome service!

I placed my order for a DIY MrCool minisplit on August 29th. It just showed up today, September 26th. I feel like I an the first customer they ever had, or the last customer they ever want. I did get $50 off the price for my patience and the unit was financed through Bread. Buying it was easy, getting it, not so much.

I ordered it, it arrived. One change would be to use companies that can deliver using smaller trucks than a 40' trailer. Most places do not have loading docks.
