Their bikinis are cute, stylish but everything else about this company is pretty unprofessional and disappointing. The sizes they offer are extremely smaller than normal.. I am a size S in all clothing, I ordered a small on their site based off of their size guide and it was like a double 00 when I put it on. As a result, I returned it and asked for a bigger size. Instead, they gave me an email with a discount code. This is where it got frustrating. Not only did I have to continuously reach out to them to remind them of my order (my order refund went on for one month..), but the discount code they gave me wasn't even the same amount as how much I paid the bikini for. It was less, and it did not cover shipping. You would think it would just take off the total of the whole bill considering my 2nd purchase was cheaper than the first. Much like the experience of the reviewer before me.. I went through the same exact thing as her. As I sent a complaint regarding this, instead of communicating with me on a personal level, they sent back the bikini that I returned IN WHICH WAS TOO SMALL FOR ME IN THE BEGINNING. This was their "apology" to me. What am I suppose to do with a bikini that I purposely returned because I couldn't fit it???? Makes no sense...
Lastly, I dislike how they never show how the back of the bikinis look like for both top and bottom on their sites. I bought their Amber set in white and it was so disappointing. The style itself is great, but the top barely covered my breasts and the back of the bottom awkwardly looked like a thin diaper piece.

This shop has potential to be great! I found them through Instagram and thought the bikinis were stunning. However, it's really targeted towards a specific group. They definitely need to be more inclusive though. I've gotten a couple of their bikinis and I found them to be of great quality.
The only problem is that... their service is lacking. They're always out of bikinis in multiple sizes, hardly updates their page, does not restock. I returned an item but never received follow-up in regards to it, and I had to reach out to them to get a refund. Their refund policy is store credit only, excluding taxes. Ok... but what does your company do with the taxes that I paid money for? Is it a restocking fee? I paid for my return shipping! They do respond quickly though... after you e-mail them.
They typically offer discounts, but it is really annoying that I cannot combine a discount code and a store credit code. I'm getting refunded xx amount, but I can't use a discount code on it to get savings? For example: I found coupon for a bikini, but I have a $78.99 store credit. However, I can only use one or the other and not both.
Also, you cannot use store credit on shipping. I think that's a bit absurd. I have a bikini that was $69.99 + taxes amounted it to be $75.00. Free shipping is over $75.00. Taxes were not applied to the product after using store credit, which makes sense... but I could not use my store credit to be applied to shipping, and I would have to pay for it.
So I would end up with $9.00... that I could use towards shipping, but I can't. I would have to use it on another bikini, but I can't use it in conjunction with a discount code. This made me not want to buy a swimsuit from them at all, but I have to because I have store credit.
I know that they're new to the bikini game, but as a strictly online shop, they need to do better as a company.
