The only developer you should ver use on Fiverr! On-time and very accurate. The seller is a well-experienced developer who has a solution for any issues. The skills I would mostly praise him for are the clean code and pixel-perfect accuracy to design. Communication is easy because the seller understands better what you need than you do.
