The most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get a letter of named driver experience since February 2020 it is now April 2020. I did initially dispute the €20 charge for the privilege, but they sure are making it as difficult as possible for me now despite my agreement to pay the charge. The call-back service is an all time low in customer service. This company is a disgrace. In my experience their customer service processes are designed to avoid and antagonise customers. It would be interesting to ask the opinion of the Insurance Directorate and Ombudsman on these appalling customer service processes.

Paid in full weeks ago. Still not insured due to a simple admin error. I have sent forms in URGENTLY via a paid courier Service and still no word back to say that all is in order now. So as far as I am aware I am actually driving around (with kids in car) without insurance atm. I have requested 2 phone calls (which they ask for €10 for) No one has contacted me. It is causing me a lot of anxiety and stress. DO NOT INSURE WITH THESE GUYS..TOTAL HOAX TO GET YOUR MONEY OUT OF YOU. NO PHONE NUMBER AND NO WAY OF COMMUNICATING WITH THEM.

Beware of this company. Received my motor insurance renewal and went to renew online. I amended my personal details as I had been made redundant in May of this year which basically means I am on the road less as I no longer do the daily commute. My premium immediately increased by €30. Did a live chat seeking an explanation and after numerous failed attempts the only explanation offered was that as soon as I made any changes the premium was likely to change. Needless to say I will not renew this policy. Also making contact with this company is a nightmare. At least three live chats disconnected whilst I was entering details of my query.

I have home insurance with ItsForWomen. Their customer services is a disaster. I've been trying to add a valuable item to my policy for a week and STILL haven't been able to DESPITE spending insane amounts of time writing messages over their "imessage" service and requesting call backs. They called once when I was in work and I missed the call so now I'm supposed to keep requesting call backs until I happen to get a call at a time when I can take it and I'm meant to have all the info to hand all the time in case they call? Trying to get info from the imessage people is like blood out of a stone. Crazy numbers of messages and requests from them for more personal, identifying info only to finally be told this can only be sorted by phone. Awful service. Would not recommend. I hate to think what it would be like if I had a claim.

I have had nothing but problems with this company, there is a lot to be said for being able to speak with a human!! I have uploaded requested documents but am now locked out of my account. Contact us through the on line portal well once something is in process you cannot contact anyone not even request a call back! I have paid for my insurance got a notice to cancel my policy. You cannot check what you have uploaded. One document accepted the others are pending..... I want to know am I insured its kind of important...….please please do not use this company if you have a choice...…..next year I am not going back to them.

If I could give NO stars that would be too much. I wish I had read these reviews before I parted with money, energy and a whole lot of time & patience. They are absolutely useless. My only saving grace was I had no accident that I had to try claim through them. They may be the cheapest but for a reason. Please don't insure your car or anything else with them. I'd hate to think of anyone else going through the whole experience. There is zero customer service, I was asked to get 2 new drivers license issues xmas week (neither are near out of date) as they couldn't read them, even though my last insurer kindly forwarded on the ones they had which were perfect. Honestly I think they are just scammers.

Absolutely awful company to deal with. No customer service. Repeatedly ask for documents already provided. Repeatedly threaten to cancel policy. Cheapest insurance quote that I got but should have paid the extra money for an honest company. My advice do not get your insurance here. You are paying for a service where you should feel confident that the company will look after you in the event of an accident. I am only with them three weeks, still sending them everything that they require, still getting threats of cancellation and this is only to set up my insurance. I have no confidence in these people if I do have an accident.

It has really been the worst experience I have had.Fact 1, there is no LIVE person to answer questions when you need them. Fact 2 - you have an online portal but the turnaround time for response is 48rs, so... Fact 3, they are cheap, but so is Ryanair, so what you pay for is what you get; no support in queries, no clear process to follow and hence setting up your policy and querying is long. Fact 4, they want to be efficient and give you a portal to upload documents, but then there is neither a status of what happened with those documents, or clear indication of what happens next and neither there is anyone to ask.. Fact5 - they don't want to take inbound calls so there is no number to call, however you can schedule them to call you, and if they do ring, you'd better answer as they won't ring again and close the ticket immediately. Their objective of the ticket is to call....not to speak to you to resolve whatever there is that you wanted to talk about..... So really it is up to you. You get what you pay for.

Horrendous customer service, trying to contact for 5 days now. Don't answer or I message or call back facility. Eventually called me back after several days but missed the call so will no doubt have to wait several more days for a call back.

Absolutely AWFUL customer experience with these people. In particulare Brian Friel, Pamela O'Neill & Colm Dara.
Apparently not only are their staff ignorant, impolite and hang up on people.
They won't escalate my complaint to management as apparently management do not take or return calls. They won't provide a written breakdown of an additional premium they want me to pay.
Finally when through to their complaints team today they HUNG UP.
Avoid at all costs; go pay an additional 100-200 to another company where the service is better.

Stay away from these Cowboys, they delayed in sending me a direct debit mandate and then cancelled the policy even though I sent it back. Stay well away if you want to deal with a reputable company.
