Perfectly fine if you NEVER want to inactivate your account.
Tried to inactivate my account and after a 40 minute live chat with someone asking why and trying to get me to stay, i was told the only way I could do this was over the phone and they would have to call me. I have never been called.
My account is now successfully inactive, but money is still been withdrawn from my account. Since I don't have an online account I can't chat to anyone. And since they don't feel like it's necessary to set up an official Direct Debit, I have no way of actually stopping them taking money from my account.
Since it's also an American company, and their only CS number is an American number, unless i want to spend £100's on a phone call, I also can't actually contact them over the phone.
Please do not use this service - it may be cheaper if you actually want to ever book somewhere, but prices are not actually that much cheaper (maybe 5% cheaper) it would be much cheaper to save up the subscription fee of $9.99 or £7.72, and put this towards any accommodation that is booked.
