A great lesson, i learnt a huge amount and came away with a decent understanding of the topics covered despite limited prior knowledge.

The exercise was well-made and a great addition to support a lesson. To learn a language you must not only learn grammatical rules and vocabulary but see the language in action: the formation/sentence structure, vocabulary in context, hear pronunciation and intonation. To speak it well, one needs exposure to real-life conversation, as in the video exercise, and exercises with related and repeated content support the absorption of material directly and indirectly.

Edoardo is an excellent professional with a pleasant personality. He has a structured way of teaching and he uses technology (apps and websites) to assist his students with learning. He has patience, ability to distinguish when he needs to be brief or detailed (to my questions) and he knows well how to pass knowledge. I highly recommend him if you are looking to learn this beautiful/interesting language.

Edoardo is an excellent teacher and I always admired the passion that he puts in his job.
He tailors the lesson depending on the student’s level and I have found his teaching method very efficient and fun.
I always suggest to my students to check online his website “Italessons” because it is very useful and easy to explore.

At the beginning I was sceptic about online lessons, however Edoardo managed to change my mind. He keeps the classes at a very high level and uses technologies that basically make you forget about the distance (he is even doing his PHD in technologies used when teaching languages). Very professional! Well deserved!

My intention is to become fluent in Italian in a very short time and Eduardo truly helps me to achieve this. He is not just blindly following a course but really listens to the student on what they feel they struggle with, which removes a lot of frustration. He identified together with me my best learning style and adapted the way he teaches my lessons. His content is never boring and he uses many different ways to teach *audio, video, quiz etc. I am very happy to have signed up with Eduardo and Italessons and intend to stay with him until I am finally able to live and work in Italy.

Edoardo is a talented teacher who has been helping me for one year to become more comfortable in Italian; he's also generous with his time and very patient, two important traits in any teacher. I love his forward-looking approach, he provides excellent personalized setlists of words which help me to improve my Italian by revising what I'm struggling using my phone and it's simply amazing, I can study while commuting and he can see my progress online. I'd recommend him highly.

I took Italian private lessons with Edoardo for almost a year as my partner is from Italy. The lessons really helped me develop my skills of the language, in particular comprehension and basic communication which is exactly what I was after.
Edoardo is very professional and did his best to suggest new ways to make the lessons interactive and interesting (for example, use of video exercises).
I would recommend him if you are looking for an Italian tutor.

Edoardo is a dedicated and professional tutor, who has a wealth of bespoke teaching materials to draw on for his lessons. He is also able to link your lessons to an app-based exercise to help you integrate learning Italian more easily into your every day life (I do it on the commute!). While lessons are structured around a textbook, he tailors his approach to the learner.
I would happily recommend Edoardo.

I have been having lessons with Edoardo now for about 8 months, and feel that I have made good progress in this time. I started lessons with him after trying lessons with two different teachers, one face to face and one on skype. I have had lessons with Edoardo in both ways and I find them both equally challenging and enjoyable.
Are present we have skype lessons and I find that through our combination of using skype and teamviewer Edoardo is able to make varied and engaging lessons, combining different topics e.g. grammar, listening, speaking etc but also a varied way of delivering lessons through exercises, speaking, music, videos, games etc.
If you're looking to learn Italian I would definitely recommend him as he is a true professional, doing this out of a love of teaching which shows in his lessons.
