First time ordered and was kept up to date with my delivery. All arrived in good time, beautiful quality and return labels inside if required. But my new bag and wool pull over is staying and not going anyway can't wait to wear bright colour in winter instead of the dull colours out there at present in the shops.

I broke my leg in one of the shop in Krakow, Poland. I tripped over metal bars sticking out of the floor. Generally the sellers were nice. I got up and walked to the exit. At first I thought the leg was broken. It occurred outside the shop. I had surgery and another one is waiting for me. I cannot walk. It is not known whether I will recover by the end of the year. I wrote email to the headquarters in Poland about two weeks ago. Unfortunately they didn’t contact me. I bought nice shoes in this store. I wish I could wear them. Unfortunately it is not possible.

Horrendous experience. I purchased two shirts online and one had a small cut in the fabric on the edge near the button hole. I knew this would get worse when washed so contacted customer services by phone. They asked me to email photos which I did. After an extraordinary length of time by today's standards they came back to me offering a 10 % discount code for future purchases!! They have said this is it and won't accept the shirt back or give me my money back.I am incredulous and deciding whether to take it further.

Had the worst experience ever, bought a wool sweater that shrunk 2 sizes and became compact although I washed according to the label with wool detergent, my other wool products washed at the same time did not change at all. The staff refuses to accept my complaint since they cannot jusge I have been washingn in the right temperature, ridiculous! Later on I am being blamed and leave the store crying with my shrunken sweater for €70. Would not recommend this joke of a store to anyone, have not met such bad customer service anywhere!!!!!!

One of the worst experiences you could have. If you buy online they are having a weird system that is not allowing you to issue a refund request cos it’s not working. And if you try to go to one of your stores they are not allowing you to refund or even exchange as if it’s a different store. Benetton is awful.

The return process is terrible. Often the package does not contain return label and I have to request return label via email. They did not send it within 24 hours even thought the customer says that. I have to call several times to get the label, which is very inconvenient. Also, the time of return is pretty short than other companies so that it can easily miss the return/refund date.
To make it to a worse, the refund process is extremely slow and it is not convenient to the customers.

Worst company ever! I have no words to describe their 5 star unprofessional customer service plus the fact that their website is misleading! I bought a pair of chino pants UK size 34 according to the description and Ireceived size UK 29. Tried to call them back,never answered! I was more than lucky that I made the purchase through Paypal and got refunded!NEVER EVER buy from Benetton!Totally disatisfied!

I am fan of Benetton for long time. It is a pity that there is no Benetton in my current city. I ordered some sweater and skirt online. After I placed the order and did not get the confirmation email, because of negative reviews here, I became a little bit nervous...Then I called them and also sent my question online. The phone call got through quickly and the lady said she would report the problem and the online question was replied around 1 hour after I submitted. Later I got the confirmation email. And they even dispatched it just the day I placed the order, very fast !!
Now I got the clothes I bought, they were as nice as I expected. Also they put the return label in the package box if returning needed. I found that most of the unhappy reviews related to the return, I have no position to say anything about return. However, from my first online shopping experience, I still regard Benetton a friendly company offering good quality products.
I purchased two more times in discount season, both orders arrived quite fast and the products were nice. Maybe I am one of the lucky customers who does not deal with them about refunding. At least, according to my purchase experience, I would give benetton five stars.

Buyer beware ! Wish I'd read this site before purchasing. Bought 2 pairs of trousers in July. Trousers sent to me were at least 5 sizes too big. Didn't even try them on they were so obviously massive. Returned them the following day. 10 weeks later still waiting for a refund. Numerous e-mails chasing. Actually received one response saying the return had failed quality inspection so there would be no refund. This was rescinded when I accused them of theft. However I'm still waiting. All kinds of excuses not to refund. Do not go near this company.

My return process took about a month from a day I sent a parcel back to money appearing on my bank account. It is much longer to what we are used in the UK with most retailers, so I understand the frustration from other customers, however the Customer service from Benetton was responding quickly and gave me updates on the process. Not brilliant, but okay.

Benetton confirmed they received a faulty jumper that they agreed I could return and that they would refund me 'in a few days'. That was over a month ago and every time I contact them they are still 'evaluating' my case. Very poor customer service. Would not use again.

They ship with UPS, any returns are via DHL.
They do not reïmburse the initial shipping cost of 11€ for a small package.
The girls though are very friendly, but still no refund

I purchased a pair of slim chinos a few weeks ago and they have stretched to one size bigger when wearing them. With numerous contacts with the Benetton customer care team they want to repair them. How you can repair stretched trousers? All i want is refund as I have trousers that I have only worn once and look awful. Don't buy Benetton !!!!!

In December I ordered some kids clothes and I paid the payment via bank transfer with the desired shared method! I didn't get a confirmation for my order, for my bank transfer ... nothing happened ... After one week my payment was rejected without any explanations ... and I was charged 7CHF for it. OK! I ordered those clothes again and I paid with PayPal. After 3 days I got a confirmation and tracking number to purchase my order. According to UPS tracking service my packet was ready for shipping for TWO WEEKS ... simply nothing happened. After calling them two days in a row they returned my money with a simple excuse that they have bug in the system ... That's just a shame for a company like Benetton to have such a poor customer service ... I will never try it again!!!

One word - unacceptable.
I loved a coat from Benetton's winter collection, which happened to be on sale. I checked it in stores, only to find out that the stores in my country had not received it in the color I wanted. And here starts the hell.
I made 3 orders (yes, 3!!!) and none of them got through. The status on all of them was 'Preparing order', which was obviously ridiculous given the fact I had been waiting for 5\6 days for the order to be processed. I wanted to pay for the initial order via wire transfer. On the last stage of ordering I got the message 'Invalid request', but my order existed in my 'Orders' list. Obviously, I did not receive an email, containing Benetton's bank information, so I decided to keep on trying with my orders. I then decided to pay via credit card, and the same thing happened all over again.
Meanwhile this whole process I had written a bunch of e-mails, some of them I sent via their Contact form, and the others - through their email address. I GOT A REPLY ON MY FIRST INQUIRY AFTER A WEEK!
I even called them, and they tried to convince me their system is working just fine, and the problem is in me. I explained to them several times what I had done and they kept on saying everything was fine with them. I was furious, and I asked whether everything would be alright if I made another account so that I could order my coat.
'Of course! Everything will be fine!' - that was the answer I got from the lady, which was not at all helpful.
Well, guess what, nothing was fine, trying to order via another account was a waste of time.
They were so 'nice' and an hour after the phone call, I got another reply to an email that I had sent a long before, AGAIN saying their system was working perfectly and giving some useless tips on how to make an order. You can imagine my anger. I immediately replied to them saying that I covered all their ideas and nothing happened.
Finally, somehow, an order was magically made.
The delivery days the site states are amusing - I got my order for 11 days, with one day delay from the delivery company.
A week after I had made the order, I got a reply to the last 'angry' e-mail I wrote to them.
To conclude with, THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER -
not helpful and not involved.Thankfully, everything is fine with my coat so I don't get to return it, as I would not like to have anything in common with this company anymore.
I WILL NOT PURCHASE AGAIN! NOT IN A LIFETIME! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Just received an order I made nearly 300 w3pounds in 3 separate orders - 3 items are missing and I have 5 items I didn't even order on 4 children's items and one XXL dress!
Will see what happens next. Not very happy! I thought benneton was a reputable company?
I have just spent an hour trying to ring someone about it in the UK! Just shops and they couldn't help !!
It's a shame the 5 extra items I've received are children's wear!. I'm waiting to hear by email from the company now! 😣
Today is the 23rd January! I received 2 of the 3 missing items eventually but one item I paid for has never arrived! After many emails they told me they would refund me and I would have to 're order it!!!! I asked them to just send me what I'd paid for! Not received a refund or another cardigan yet! As for the 5 items I received which I didn't even order they sent me a computer generated explanation of how to return ITEMS!!!! I'm not paying to return ITEMS I didn't even ask for. I keep emailing about this and have only had one reply - telling me how to return the mistaken ITEMS!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I do love the items I have received though 😈

Please do not buy anything online from this company. I returned 2 jumpers month ago and still have no sight of refund on my account. I emailed customers service many times and received no response. I lost money and I am very disappointed.

I really don't get all the negative reviews. I have not had a single problem with Benetton ever! Even though quality has declined over the past years so did the prices so the quality/price is still pretty good. I always get a tracking number and except once that they had informed me in time(before ordering that is) that it would take some extra time due to work load. Seems like most come in here to overreact and overstate their in reality much more mellow shopping experiences in their quest to get revenge against
the "big bad" companies. Have you ever heard the story of the crywolf people?

Just want to tell about my NOT SO BAD experience with Benetton. I waited for 2 refunds (from 2 coats) and after having read about other customers’ bad stories here on Trustpilot, I got really nervous. I had to call 3 or 4 times, but I always talked to kind and helpful persons - and eventually I received the refunds. However, I recommend Benetton to take a look at other companies like Esprit, Zalando or Amazon who manage to make fast and easy deliveries, returns and refunds. You never have to call or wait - everything just works effectively.
And PS. The quality of Benettons’ clothes is always perfect and great value for money!

After ordering a coat from the online shop Benneton in Moscow and receiving my parcel I found out it didn’t fit me. Immediately I sent the purchase back by the post which should have been received by the online store managers in 2 weeks. By the post track the item has been there since 15th of December 2017. I have already called them for several time trying to define the reason of their absolute ignorance. I have only heard that there was some problem with the post office which was the only reason of the delay. It’s already January 2018 and yet I haven’t received my money ( no refund) and still waiting for any news. I have no idea how I can act in this unpleasant situation.
