Easy website to use, good choice of magazines.
Did not like the fact I had to make a direct debit arrangement, for when the subscription ended as this was a gift.

Easy to deal with but if you are sending as a gift do not make the mistake I made and let iSubscribe send an e mail direct to the recipient a week or two before Christmas! It is easy to miss the check box sand kind of takes the surprise away. Also watch out for the direct debit subscriptions which are designed to catch you out if you forget to stop your subscription as this has to be done via the magazine direct not iSubscribe. Currently the magazine Im have contacted has been slow in responding but it is early in January so I shasll give the the benfit that they are just back to workl.

I have not yet received any of the magazines I have subscribed to so feel it's too early to say if I'm happy with the company.

As a non UK new subscriber there was no information about how my USD transaction would be handled. All prices were in pounds, nor was there any specific reassurance that US subscriptions were okay. Though this seemed to be the case. I understand forex rates vary but something specific to non UK subscribers about this process would have been reassuring.
As it was it appears okay and processed fine. Just a marketing tip.

I renewed a gift subscription and am happy both with the arrangements and the ease at which I was able to arrange the subscription.

In the past I have used a rival company, who tried to get me to renew my subscription at a "special" price which was actually more than the standard price.
