This subscription is for a Christmas Gift, with that in mind I found the on-line form unclear in respect of addresses. I feel that the boxes for the buyer & to whom you wish the magazine to actually be delivered to should be more obvious as when I'd nearly completed the form I realised it was going to be delivered to me?!! However I went back & I think I managed to put the delivery address on. It was just confusing. Other than that, until the first magazine has been delivered you're never quite sure it's all gone through ok....Finger's crossed!

As a non UK new subscriber there was no information about how my USD transaction would be handled. All prices were in pounds, nor was there any specific reassurance that US subscriptions were okay. Though this seemed to be the case. I understand forex rates vary but something specific to non UK subscribers about this process would have been reassuring.
As it was it appears okay and processed fine. Just a marketing tip.

I recently purchased this magazine subscription through iSubscribe for a friend as a Christmas gift. The whole on-line experience was excellent - easy to complete and I received prompt acknowledgement of my purchase and an iGift Card to print off to give to my friend. iSubscribe will also email her just prior to Christmas (date chosen by me) to advise her of the gift. The magazines will start to be delivered in the New Year - fingers crossed! If the ordering experience is anything to go by I don't envisage any problems with delivery of the magazines.

Very helpful customer service staff after I had a problem with a duplicated subscription. Contacted me by phone and email to let me know what was happening and my duplicated order was cancelled. Very friendly staff (Raphael).

Your prices are very competative. Your pages of magazines are easy to scroll to find interesting materials. The personal service from all your staff is unfailingly professional, it is as if they care about individual customer satisfaction.
I am a huge fan, that is why i have taken out several subscriptions.

I recently made a purchase on the isubscribe website. The advert clearly stated UK delivery but instead of delivering my magazine, the company sent me a voucher to pick it up myself. When I complained about the misleading advert on the website, they refused to listen and did not provide a refund. Terrible customer service and awful communication. I would NOT recommend dealing with this company.
