I am still waiting for first delivery of Pilates magazine - OVER 3 MONTHS since I paid for a 12 month subscription as a secret Santa gift in Dec 2018. How embarrassing to find my friend on 18 March 2019 has not received one magazine yet. I will never use this site again

Late in replying to my emails. Issue delivery is 2 months after subscription submitted. Still waiting for that delivery! I won't be subscribing through these people again. Very expensive for issues when looking at other deals!

Easy to deal with but if you are sending as a gift do not make the mistake I made and let iSubscribe send an e mail direct to the recipient a week or two before Christmas! It is easy to miss the check box sand kind of takes the surprise away. Also watch out for the direct debit subscriptions which are designed to catch you out if you forget to stop your subscription as this has to be done via the magazine direct not iSubscribe. Currently the magazine Im have contacted has been slow in responding but it is early in January so I shasll give the the benfit that they are just back to workl.

I cancelled my subscription within the 48 hours (as, I can get the magazine cheaper at my local club) however I subscribe were brilliant, understanding and very prompt at giving me a full refund! Would not hesitate to use them again for a different magazi e if required ?

I subscribed to Condé Nast as a Christmas present for my partner. It included a gift text, email as confirmation of the pending subscription. I arranged this for a Christmas Day delivery which unfortunately didnt happen ... shame on you ‘isubscribe’
