We'd install used parts and charge random prices. He'd claim Apple quality and it'd be the lowest end screen he could find. No joke! That iPhone 6 screen for $80 was $12 and wasn't even labeled premium, AAA, B, or OEM on the site. He'd always buy the lowest price garbage which is why we always had to redo repairs. We'd advertise 39.95 and the owner would have us push on the screen on slow days and say the LCD was gone because of the discoloration (when us push on an LCD it will always discolor) and charge random amounts more. Sometimes an advertised 39.95 repair would end up over 100.
If staff broke parts we'd have it taken out of our paycheck even if it wasn't our fault. Broken iPhone 7? home button fail after repair? It might not have been our fault if the ribbon was pulled on by the glass it's glued to and we'd have to pay for a whole new phone with our own debit cards or it'd be taken out of our next check. One kid paid $950 after the owner didn't teach him how to repair the device and made him do it anyway. Then when the home button failed he had the kid buy a new 7 plus FROM APPLE and hand it to the customer.
WORST F**KING COMPANY EVER. I'll never let them touch a device I own. Oh and he loves to say "Do you finger your a** a lot" to people who can't speak perfect English and when they ask "what?" he says "Do you figure I ask a lot?" this company should have been shutdown long ago. The owner is the worst person I've ever met. Still owes me $1043.50 for parts that were taken out of my wage and unpaid wages. the original breakdown was 1093.50 for parts and 2k in unpaid wages but I managed to get $2050.
