I easily reserved a storage unit online. Unfortunately, the central call system wrongly reserved one at another site within the same town, but that site did not have a unit available.
Rob asked me to give him an hour and he cleaned up a unit and made it available for me even though I showed no reservations at his site.
I thought he went out of his way to give me good service and with a pleasant personality.

when I first went to find the storage I was greeted by Ron who was very helpful got me hooked up with a Storage real quick he provided good customer service. The only problem I had was I didn't get my first bill because they had the incorrect email address. I did write the correct address done. So my first reminder notice never reached me. So because of this I was charged a late charge.. The only reason why I didn't pay the Bill that was due on the 1st of the month was because I didn't know what special I had gotten into I thought maybe I had the first months free. I just felt that since they entered the wrong email address the late charge should have been waived.

The girl who I dealt with was really nice- answered all questions, gave suggestions, and then showed me what a few of the different units looked like so I could compare.
The unit itself is clean, as is the whole place.

your roads need serious fixing , why do I have to park on a hill to use my unit , I can't reach door handle to pull door down, slide lock is difficult to move back and forth, I do not have heat or electricity in my unit , I am on fixed income monthly, so why do you keep raising rent fees? and charging so much for late fees? you are taking advantage of customers because they need your services!!

I have been storing my RV at your facility in Naples, FL for the past three years, even before Istorage took over this facility. You had nice elevated pull thru spots with adequate width. You could open you door and put out your slides, no problem. You have since made all of us move our RV's so you could build another building and reassigned us to new spots. I was actually proactive and chose one of the better available spots, however none of them are wide enough. If I pull my RV up too far my neighbor can't even open his door, let alone put out his slides and neither can I. Very disappointing. And you are still charging us the same price for this very poor storage space. You need to eliminate every other space and make the remaining spaces wider. Once again, I am very unhappy and feel your prices are ridiculous for this mini storage space.

I was out of town and missed my payment date because of my credit card being compromised and bank stopped my card. By the time I figured out the card had a issue the payment was only a few days late and they charged me $75.00 for both storage unit I had. I have been a customer for 11 years and have multiple storage units. No other storage facility charges this much for late fee's. They refuse to work with me at all with the late fee's. I was very disappointed with their customer service during this situation. I don't recommend istorage to others.

I made a payment after office hours (early due to holiday) on July 4th. This payment was not accepted and I was charged a late fee due to company policy of there being no one to accept it. Why have the drop box fir payment after hours if is not acceptable to pay that way and have it accepted?

The iStorage facility in east Naples is by far the best in the city of Naples, FL. Their prices are very affordable for all units, unlike all others facilities that charge sometimes double their amounts. The on board staff are very friendly. In addition, and this is the most important, I feel my items stored are safe - there are lots of remote cameras, everything is fenced in, alarm systems, etc.. So I feel all my stuff is being stored in a safe environment. I highly recommend their service.

Prices have increased over 30% since the new company took over. I had to take off work and spent half a day there because someone smashed the door to my unit and received nothing but a belligerent phone call from the manager who can't be reached without going to through the front office staff.
Overall, I find that the place is not worth half what they charge. My next free weekend, I'm out.
