This storage unit is climate controlled, clean, affordable, monitored and gated. Debee at front desk was very friendly, she explained all options, showed me the unit and discussed contract terms. Overall I'm very satisfied. Only downside is having one elevator per building which increases wait time especially if others are moving at the same time.

The staff made the rental experience second to none. Up front with costs, no hassles. Easy to get started and didn't even have to make a second trip for some of the supplies I needed. Unit was spotless which was a pleasant surprise.

Everything about Istorage is first rate from the courtesy with which they answer the phone to the delivery of your boat or RV. They even inflate your tires before you leave. The employees seem to be happy to work there!

I have 4 units now and can have upwards of 10. Being in the auction business I need constant storage of items. I need constant access and piece of mind of my items. I've used I storage for about a year now and I'll tell you I've been nothing but happy. Mary the manager and her co worker have done nothing but make it easy for me to be in and out. Never had a problem that wasn't my own fault. In fact they help me keep track of my units and making sure they are all paid up to date. I personally wouldn't leave I storage even if I found a cheaper storage facility. If These gals can deal with my insane father they can deal with you!!!!!

We just got our storage unit and it is exactly what we were looking for. The staff really listened to our needs and directed us to a nice, clean, dry, first floor unit with climate control. We also like that we can purchase boxes, packing tape, a lock and other supplies that we need. The location is perfect for us.
