Very pleased with this storage company. The manager is a great person and the building is climate controlled. Don't have to worry about any items being harmed by harsh weather and we can move things in and out of the unit without getting rained or snowed on. Easy access and very secure facility that is not only well looked after but extremely clean.

Easy process, I was in and out within 10 minutes. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Facility is clean and appears to be very secure.

The Staff at iStorage Howell NJ is excellent. Each person separately provides caring service. The grounds are well kept, and the location is on a major state highway near to a major interstate highway. For me, this facility sets the ideal storage facility bar high.

This storage unit is climate controlled, clean, affordable, monitored and gated. Debee at front desk was very friendly, she explained all options, showed me the unit and discussed contract terms. Overall I'm very satisfied. Only downside is having one elevator per building which increases wait time especially if others are moving at the same time.

The staff made the rental experience second to none. Up front with costs, no hassles. Easy to get started and didn't even have to make a second trip for some of the supplies I needed. Unit was spotless which was a pleasant surprise.

Everything about Istorage is first rate from the courtesy with which they answer the phone to the delivery of your boat or RV. They even inflate your tires before you leave. The employees seem to be happy to work there!
