I purchased an item about a month ago. I asked for it to be dropped off at the local collect point. I couldn't pick it up due to family reasons. The product was returned and was told i should expect a refund with 14 working days. 14 working days has passed and then told it would be a further 3 working days after chasing it up. 3 more working days pass and still no refund. I have chased this up again. This is not a good service to use. I will avoid using this company from now on.

Excellent company have been with them many years allways excellent service with delivery and returns.
Plenty of choice and excellent value good quality home and personal
If I need anything I allways ckeck Isme first and 9 times out of ten they can fullfill what I need without have to shop around.

This company is an absolute joke. I can not believe how appaling their customer service is. I have made over 15 calls to try and sort a return. The pushchair is faulty and can not be folded. Which i explained in detail everytime. They arranged 5 times to collect it and eveytime it wasnt taken. Every person I have spoken to have lied to me or mucked it up in some shape or form. They finally managed to pick the pushchair up and I am now awaiting what they are doing about it. No one seems to care I have no pushchair now. Called for an update and got patronised by some idiot who thought i needed to be taught how to count. I am fuming to say the least and once this is sorted I will be terminating my account never again to use this company or any of thier sister companys. Absolutley terrible.

Had a horrendous experience with a faulty Kindle. Picked up by them early August and was told up to 2 weeks to assess. After 2 weeks they had refunded me but back onto my Isme account and that's where the trouble starts.
First phone call resulted in being passed from department to department and finally told I had to have a cheque and it would take up to 10 working days to arrive. Sure enough after 2 weeks no cheque. Another phone call (which we are paying for using the 0844 numbers) where I was informed I shouldn't have been told I needed a cheque and they would refund it onto my card but it would take 5 working days.
5 days later, they've only refunded 2/3rds. Another expensive phone call and promised to refund the rest within 5 days....yep you guessed it, no refund.
I emailed and got no response. Rang up and got through to call centre who kept me on hold for 10 mins and then told me the reason it hadn't gone through was because I hadn't paid on my card. Really? I had a bank statement in front of me proving I did. They then told me they would send a cheque within 10 working days. Well to be honest I lost my temper at this point and was told to ring their Excellence (ha!) call centre the next day.
Rang at 8am and got through to a geezer who had a very poor grip of the English language (innit) and said he didn't know why it hadn't gone through as they had "pressed the button" and it must be my bank. Oh....my...god. He's pressed it again and said within 10 working days I would get my refund. I asked why the Isme call centre had blatantly lied about the payment not being on my card and he couldn't answer. When I informed them I would never shop with them again he said that was up to me.
Let's see if I get my money back.

I have placed an order for 3 item, Isme charges for item on dispatch, after 2 items being dispatched to me and charged correctly, rather than charging for the 3rd item only £11 they have charged me £51 a total for the full order, overcharging me £40 on top of that they promised me via email a £15 offer your next order which they refused to issue saying ‘I was provided with incorrect information’ even though I was sent an email.
The service is ridiculous having spent time trying to resolve this issue and explaining myself over and over again I get nowhere
The service needs to improve, mainly on communication regarding procedure as every single person I spoke to provided me with different information and nothing can be done to resolve this during the call , I have to wait several working days to get MY money back!
I will never order from them again I will be sure everyone knows what service they offer.
Please be aware before placing your order, if something goes wrong or you are overcharged you will spend at least 30minutes on the phone and your issue will not be resolved!

I recommend customers to stay away from this company!!!
This year I had purchased a laptop for uni and a few other accessories for university, hoping to pay it off with my university loan in one years time interest free.
However, I am now stuck in a position where the company makes me pay a minimum of 5 pound every month. Let me highlight that i had chosen to pay later to avoid needing to remember to pay every month.
When I called the company they claim that the charges are for delivery and insurance, and the sales advisor states if you pay now you will not have anything to pay next month. YET, the next month when i log in, it shows that i have to pay. THE PAYMENTS ARE SO CONFUSING.
I believe the company are tricking the customers with all these hidden charges and unexplained arrears, otherwise all i would have to pay would be the initial amount agreed upon when the plaintiffs accepted my offer to buy.
The company is not complying to the UK's consumer rights. I had cancelled a suitcase, in which case the company took a good moth to credit back. Moreover, I had not received a very valuable item, and the company are not doing anything to investigate the items whereabouts or credit the amount back into my balance.
In addition, the sales advisors over the phone have no idea what they are talking about, and usually repeat the same thing, making the customer feel as though they have entered a maze with no way out.
I advise consumers to stay away and only use if you are willing to take the risk of being treated like a fool.

Bit disappointed as the outfit was not susitable. The belt kept dropping off the dress. But I still had to pay for postage. It was not clear that I could have had the only Item I needed sent free of charge for me to collect. May not use them again. Sorry.

The day i ordered my stuff the next day i got a call saying this is a security check i thought it was a scam . There customer service is so bad you have to explain to every customer srvice assistant your situation it sounds like they are working from home. And my orders were not even delivered they say it is signed but it was not ! and i still have a case going on with them...plz do not buy from here. Worst ever

Product that I ordered was exactly what I was looking for.
However, I paid extra to get next day delivery on the Saturday between 7-12 and then it never came, I was then expecting it to arrive between 12-7 on Monday, however then I got a general text saying my order would be delivered between 8am and 9pm on Monday, and any problems to contact the courier.
Having paid extra for delivery I will be hoping to get some kind of refund as I was hugely inconvenienced and had to take more time off work to be in.

The order was easy to place, with instant confirmation and, delivery within 48 hours. Kept informed at each stage of the transaction. Cannot fault the purchase/delivery arrangements in place.

I ordered 3 items with a voucher code for £20 off a 60 spend....
i used the voucher and spent around £67. I had the parcels delivered to the local garage for collect plus... parcel one collected, a few days later i had the email parcel two was in store... i went to collect they wouldnt give it me because they dont do collect plus no more.. parcel three the delivery was rejected. I called isme... they canceled my order and re orderd to a different store, i then got charged for one item twice, after weeks this was sorted i have been invoived now and they have reveresed the original voucher so i now owe money when the voucher was valid!!! i have been in communication via phone and email and nobody knows or understands this!!!! absolute monkeys!!

the customer service is terrible, they have treated me like i am a piece of dirt. they have laughed at me being disabled. also think its funny that i said i was going to slit my writs due to the stress they have caused me. ive had to have an extra appointment with my psychologist due to the treatment, they taken money from me, so i will pay off my bill then close my account

I really enjoy using Isme. The orders arrive very quickly and I love the convenience of collecting the order from a shop just down the road so I don't miss any deliveries. I've had no problems returning items that aren't quite right but normally find what I need very easily. :)

I orded four door wordrop n it was delivered but some part weare missing, some werar broken. I call in to report n I was promised some one will call me in three day time I wated four day no one call so I call in again and the person who I spoke to was very rule to me and said they can help me so I ended sending them to the recycling bins. The person told me her name but I can't say it know for security reasons. I will be very grateful it can be Solve thanks

Deliveries going wrong are rare but recently had one which came direct from a supplier which had obviously gone astray as the particular supplier only take a few days, even your website quotes a few days but when it went past delivery date I still had to wait a fortnight before you would even investigate it because it was from a supplier surely you should know and act on expected delivery times for that supplier. This was too longwinded and whatever happened to the £10 off if can't deliver seems circumstances are never right for that to kick in. Also when you click on wish lists and sign in why can't it go direct to the wish list why do you then have to click on 'view' surely unnecessary step if you didn't wish to view why would you have clicked on wish list, a small thing but annoying.

My first order was for 2 items - one was out of stock for a few weeks - not really concerned about that as not urgent. Didn't want to pay to deliver 2 items only totalling about £40 so opted for delivery to nearest collection point. I live in a city but nearest collection point small town 8 miles away (16 mile round trip and in fact they had 2 collection points!). When ordering I selected a date for collection so assumed when going on that day the order would be ready to pick up. First went at 10.20am - hadn't arrived. Went shopping for couple of hours and went back just after 12 - parcel had arrived but I wasn't allowed to collect as I didn't have the confirmation code on the email which said it was ready to collect. What's the point of asking for a collection date and sending an e-mail with the collection code on it which you need to pick item up - would never be able to pick up on the selected date. Can't sit at home at the computer waiting for e-mail to come through - would normally have been at work and not had access to my e-mails. Fair enough to e-mail to say had arrived but not to have a code to pick it up. Also as only 1 item had arrived I would again have had to travel a round trip of 16 miles to pick the second item up. Told the collect+ shop to return the item and cancelled order.

Ordered two items and when they arrived there were three items which did not match my order at all!! Someone had obviously not checked the invoice note against what they were packing. When tried to re-order both my items were then out of stock. Not a happy customer!!

I've bought a watch for my wife's birthday, it was £300 and immediately I had the pre - authorization in my account. But next day I've received a call from the call centre to confirm my details, after few questions the person confirmed the transaction. The same day after 3 hours I've received another call to ask more details about my debit card, after some questions she told me that it is not possible to continue the order because my debit card is not from the bank that I was saying. Very annoying situation, I felt like scammed and for sure I won't use ever again this website. After that conversation I've bought the same product in other website with next day delivery and I got it without a problem. Not even a call. I am thinking that isme.com couldn't honour my order due to lack of stock or problems with its provider. But once again, the person who called me was very rude and unprofessional, I even ask her name and she told me Susan, I asked her last name and she told me that is not necessary, I've insisted and she said have a nice day. (???????) Try to improve your customer service because with people like that it will be very struggling for you to run a business. I hope you learn from this humble complain.
