The worst customer service and products! I purchased a faulty telescope for a child's birthday and they will not accept the faulty product. It was past the 30 days, but that was due to me purchasing in advance to ensure that it arrived in time due to the delivery delays!

f**k this company. total bait-and-switch scammers. i paid for a 2017 iMac, got sent a 2014 model - as if i wouldn't notice? they offered to refund me and sent a shipping label. when they received the return they tried to tell me that it wouldn't turn on and they wouldn't refund my money (i tested it before sending it back, worked fine). i went ape$#*! on them and contacted my credit card company. was finally issued a refund after threatening legal action...

This is my first and last experience with this company. Since it was through Walmart I thought it would be reputable. I purchased Panasonic cordless phones and since they would be replacing Panasonic cordless phones I thought there would be no problem. They didn't work properly and I was told by the customer service person at iSave that it was my responsibility to have know that and at first refused even a return and refund. When I told them i have spoken with a Panasonic rep they told me I could return the phones at my expense. Never, ever, ever again will I purchase anything from them.

Walmart uses this 3rd party vendor. Ordered a replacement battery they sent me 3. None of them work. Bait and switch, no one answers when I call and I cannot return the item to Walmart. Not surprised that a crappy place like Walmart uses this ripoff scam vendor. iSave is synonymous with theft. Tell anyone who will listen do not order from them

I made an order for a product worth over $1500 and my card got declined. To my knowledge of a card transaction, at that moment the order was void unless I ask them to recharge or they ask me if they could recharge the card. I decided to use another card and purchase the merchandise a little later so I emailed and asked them not to recharge my card. However, a few days later behind my back they made 3 attempts and one went through. They shipped out the merchandise and sent me a tracking number. That's when I got to know they made a charge again on my card. I called them and asked about the unauthorized charge(It put me in a financial trouble) A rep said if a card gets declined they would make another charge (without the knowledge of the card holder) because Walmart, Amazon.com and everybody do it too and in their case if the second one gets declined again then they would call the customer. (I have never heard about that...it is like saying everyone walks across a red light so you can do it too....) Well they charged not one more time only but 3 more times...looking like they were going to charge my card till it went through... He talked to me like I am totally wrong and had to understand and accept their way of charging credit cards. He said If I want to return the merchandise, I have to pay for the entire shipping and a 15% restocking fee. At the end the rep said the conversation is recorded and they will use it if I make a dispute against them. OK.Now I must get back my money back from this company and contacted my card issuer to file a dispute. The rep at my card company said I was right; I had to give isave.com another authorization before they could charge my card again. Yeah I did not place an order for the charge they made.
After a while, a lady from isave.com called me to go over the issue. She asked me to refuse the shipment to UPS, looking like she was admitting the fact they made unauthorized charges on my card, and once they get back the merchandise they would issue a refund. I expected a full refund of course.
I did refuse the shipment and after a LONG while they received the merchandise, they REFUNDED THE MONEY BUT NOT IN FULL. THESE GUYS TOOK AWAY THE RESTOCKING AND SHIPPING FEE FROM THEIR UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE. I AM GOING TO GO AFTER THEM TO GET BACK THE DIFFERENCE.

ITEM NEVER ARRIVED. KEPT TELLING ME THEY WOULD CALL BACK, NEVER DID. GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER, BUT IT DIDN'T WORK. HAD TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD.

I AM EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED AND HAVING A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
I bought Surveillance cameras through Walmart,com (which than contracts out to isave. I never received my order.
I was told a supervisor would call me back with in 24 hours, that was 10 days ago. I have even called the last 4 days in a row leaving a message for a call back and still nothing.
My problem is that I never received the product. You would think okay will easy fix, put a claim in with Fedex and it will be covered.
WRONG, ISave did not require a signature when delivering the product so it is not covered under Fedex. And Walmart is telling me basically, "Too Bad"!
Why would Isave not require a signature on a something that cost $580.00???? That is not chump change, I work very hard for my money and would never leave something that expensive on the curb.
Obviously if the client is ordering surveillance cameras in the first place, there is a reason! Why would ISave not have common sense to require a signature to make sure the product is received?
I just need to talk to someone about resolving the problem, Their customer care says they can no help me and their supervisors will not call me back!!!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!

I ordered a Samsung galaxy tablet for Christmas to give to my baby boy. I didn't receive the tablet by the given date so ok after checking an email stating that the package was delivered, I went to go check my mailbox bc I knew for a fact that no delivery person had knocked on my door. I checked the mailbox and and guess what There was no package either. I emailed them and they told me that FedEx delivered the package. So I was telling them that there was no package left in my mailbox. Ok long story very short, I'm still going through the process of getting the tablet. I received an email last week stating that the package was found and that I should receive it by the end of the week (which I didn't) so I emailed the sorry SOBs today and they tell me to call FedEx to find out when they're going to deliver it and FedEx is telling me that the only document that they have is the claim that was filed. Ok now I'm furious bc I feel like I'm getting the run around. So I emailed them back.... only for them to tell me that I should wait on FedEx with the unit. THESE PEOPLE ARE LYING ASS CONS. But if I have to take their lying ass to court, I will do so bc I paid almost $200 on that tablet to just not even have it in my possession damn near a whole month later. Walmart should drop them bc there has been too many complaints about them. That's just sad!!!

Bought a Christmas gift for my husband who was overseas in military right before Christmas. Didn't get to see him until 1/27. Guess what. If your out of there 30 day return window you can kiss your money goodbye since they will do NOTHING to help you return a perfectly good unused item. I was even asked "What took tou so long to return the item?"!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? This was just rude and uncalled for. Thanks for looking out for our service members isave, because CLEARLY you don't care.

Horrible company! Placed order through Walmart. iSave was third party vendor. Called 2 days after order. "Jack" said order had shipped but couldn't contact the "warehouse" to get tracking number. He said they had my email and would email me with info. I contacted Walmart when I did not receive the tracking number. Had 3-way conversation. iSave told Walmart same story. After a week, they admitted they did not have the item in stock. I canceled the order and received a refund. "Jack" said item was defective. REALLY, a battery? Just one lie after another. Don't do business with these people. Too many good vendors to have to deal with their horrible treatment of customers!

My company orders many fax machines. We tried this one recently and I am currently on the phone with this company. I shipped them back their machine and received my refund. The shipment caused $37.57 that they said they would refund me. I still have not received the shipment refund. I called yesterday and they said the supervisor was too busy I would have to call back. Well today I stayed on hold for over an hour for the supervisor and they eventually hung up. I am now on the line with them, again on hold for over 30mins to speak to the supervisor.
This company is the absolute worst.
Btw two of the machines we have ordered, DIDN'T EVEN WORK!

I ordered an electric shaver, they shipped me a cheaper model and insisted that it was same thing. The said I would get a full refund, but after returning the item they claim they can't find it in their warehouse so they don't have to pay me. TOTAL SCAM!
