I thought I was on the IRS website. Got charged $275 for an expedited process when it could've been free. I called and asked for a refund and they refused. Am disputing the charge with my credit card company and reporting them to the Texas State Attorney General. Do not use this website. Go to the IRS website if you need an EIN number.

I filled my first business EIN for free but this time when filing for my second business I felt like something wasn't right. I check my account and the name was something different and I couldn't find any record of the previous transaction with the IRS, and Now I can't believe I did not pay attention. Totally got scammed. It appeared to be the IRS website but it was not. It is free to go to IRS.gov and get your EIN# within minutes for free yourself. Recieved a call from my bank's fraud prevention division informing me that after they took the first $247.00 they attempted to take it 4 more times but the bank locked the account before they were able to. Now they have my full name, physical address, cell phone number, date of birth, AND OH GREAT my SSN as well. I just don't know how they are able to get away with it but they do.

A total scam. I applied and they charged my card for $245. I cancelled within minutes and they accepted the cancellation and promised a refund but never issued it. I have been unable to contact them since aand have blocked my access to their webpage.

LIVE AND LEARN! This is a total BS site. I fell for it as I was trying, with a heavy heart, to set up my mothers estate account. I called to cancel after my bank informed me that I did not have to pay($245) for an EIN (and I did all the work!). The customer service rep basically said "tuff luck". Have to admit, I know these type people are out there that prey on the elderly and uninformed. I should have known better than to fall into this trap.

12 days later and no tax id certificate. I have left messages three times a day for four days with all my information as the recording said and no calls returned. I even emailed them twice to find out the status with all my information and no response back. On the 13th day I receive an email stating the my application went through the process and I will receive it by via-mail 7-10 days! I have a business to run and they have not been responsible at all.

Bad Business Practices
They made their website look like IRS.gov and scammed me out of $247. This is insane business practices and they shouldn't be allowed to do business at all. In fact, only licensed legal advisors should be allowed to this for other people.

This site is a complete scam. The IRS doesn't charge you to create an EIN.
The positive reviews are all part of the scam.

This is not the IRS website. This company has created a website that is modeled after the IRS website. Their intention is to trick people into thinking that they are on the IRS website. An EIN number is free from the IRS and it is a quick and easy process. I'm writing this review on behalf of my dad who believed that he was on the IRS website and believed that he was paying a filing fee to the IRS. They intentionally created this web site to trick people and into thinking that they are paying a filing fee to the IRS.

Not retuning my phone call after payment
Its listed IRS forms in order to get a Tax Id number. it lead you to pages to complete. It ask for my name SS# and credit card and they have my address. Thought it was a secured site until the end after you submit it tell you this is a third party. I called the bank and report to my 3 credit report. Called all day from 9;00am til now 3:50pm no answer and E-mail them also.
