Pretty clothes but avoid online purchases unless you like receiving your items with 3 weeks of delay and be ignored when trying to contact the customer service by email or phone. Their customer service is indeed deplorable. I bought an item for an event at the beginning of September and it was only shipped today. In the meantime all six (!) of my emails and phone messages (because of course no one picks up the phone in Paris) were ignored. For their prices I would expect a stellar customer and after sale service but it is indeed most likely the worst I have encountered.

Love their clothes but I too have been shocked by the online customer service. I have returned 2 items that did not get refunded. I had to call and email multiple times to get the refund. I’m pretty sure this is fraud/ illegal. This should never happen and especially not with a reputable brand like Iro. I recommend only shopping in person/ at department stores.

Worst customer service.
My package got lost during delivery; it was signed by my apartment front desk but it was missing; probably someone might have mistakenly taken it or something. I started a claim through the UPS and tried to call Iro customer service three times. No answer.
I had to email them and ask for a refund or replacement. 48 hours later, they sent me back saying that they can't issue anything until UPS investigation is complete and EVEN IF THE UPS IS DONE INVESTIGATION, Iroparis is not going to make a refund or replacement unless it is verified that my package is not delivered to my apartment. How arrogant they are! It is totally different from Amazon or Shopbop; they always make a refund or replacement. So frustrating. Of course it is not Iro's fault but it is not my fault either. I tried my best to figure out where this package is located and Iro should at least acknowledge their customer's effort and do something. I have been loyal to Iro but would never buy clothing from this place. There are better places for better clothing and much better customer service.

i order and item on 8th July and a month had passed not yet shipped. Many emails, contact forms I had filled and yet not even one response. and the contact number is to a machine that is full... i want a refund and never heard of them

My first time purchasing on iroparis.com was a nightmare. First, they forgot to ship my order out and then I had to message their community manager - Marlene. Later on, my shipment encountered an issue and no one from IRO wanted to help me resolve the problem with their logistics provider UPS. I had to go through thick and thin on my own to get my order delivered to me.
Worse still, an item on my wishlist was removed from the website just one day ago and when I contacted their customer service staff - Flore, she was really irresponsible, unhelpful and takes her own sweet time to reply "No" to all your requests.
They do not detax products that are shipped outside of France so you get to pay 20% VAT even if you're not a resident of Europe. Worse still, you will incur a surprise local tax which will cause further issues upon delivery.
The staff who work for IRO's ecommerce website have zero interest in helping their company make any sales.
Having few staff who are all useless is perfect, especially if you planning an international expansion for your company!

Honestly I don’t know how they are still in business! Their quality is bad and the prices are way too high to justify this crap!!! My skirt came away at the seam after wearing once. ( the fit is not the reason as I am average size, a 38, and the skirt has an elasticized waist). The flats after one wear are now squeaking, loudly!

Worst ever online shopping experince. Someone should close their business asap! I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift and still havent received it 20 days later. The money has been charged to my credit card and their customer service is non existent. I have the last 8 days reached out by phone and e-mail without any luck. It honestly feels like a joke and I can't understand how a business can be run like that. I would rather wear the same clothes for the rest of my life than buy from this company again.

Rudest and most disinterested customer service I have ever encountered. Narrow hours they are actually open to take calls or respond to emails, and better yet they don't answer for days on end when they're supposed to be in office! Supposed to answer emails within 24 hours, and it's been 5 days since I sent mine with absolutely no response. A massive joke considering the steep pricing. From a "high end" brand, I respect far better treatment of customers.

Worst online service ever. They received my return the 5 July and I didn’t even got a confirmation of that they have received it ( I checked with ups) and didn’t refund me. I made another order witch was supposed to be shipped the 10 July, they too the payment and I only know they didn’t even send the item, because I checked with ups. I phoned and email them, they don’t answer and there’s an error on their phone, so u can’t get through. I’m so so so pist, they owe me now over 7000 dk ( more than 900 euros!) and I can’t get through to them.

Had some difficulties with a refund on return , because of Italian warehouse errors and missing client support staff. Finally everything finished nicely and Iro even offered me a free product as an excuse. But their management should get aware that there are issues in the processes that should run smoothly. But thanks to the person who managed my issue via their messaging on Facebook!
