I 'm very happy with the quality of the weight bars I ordered.But I ordered extra spin lock collars and they dont have any rubber.Yet the ones that came free with one of the bars had rubber.

Ordered this on a site that promises 48 hours delivery. I ordered it on Wednesday but didn't receive it until the following Thursday (8 days). However, it's a very good bbq and easy to put together. Just make sure to store it away in windy conditions as it's quite top heavy and mine blew over in the wind and broke the handle.

my only issue was the first time i went to purchase item i could not purchase the item on my lazer card and as i dion bother with a credit card i had then to borrow a friends credit card to purchase item

I ordered an exercise bike on Sat the 31st March, so I did not count that as being part of the 48 hours delivery, instead from the Monday, I thought I'd receive it on Wed, Thurs at the latest. When I rang on Thurs morning, I was told it would be delivered Fri, but it was'nt. Following Monday was a bank holiday, so did not arrive til Tues 10th April.
That was only the beginning. It says on the blog about the exercise bike, there is some home assembly, should take about 40 mins. Yes, if you are an expert doing it everyday! Took me hours, the instructions are not very clear, and seem to be written by someone who's first language is not English.
The hardest thing to connect was the tension cable, as it did not properly fit where it was supposed to.
When I finally got the bike together the tension is all wrong, even at the lowest level I or my husband can hardly move the pedals, so I am going to have to take it apart again, and get someone else to do it for me.
I bought this particular bike, Powertech Pegasus, because it was cheaper than the one I really wanted. Trying to save money. If I had paid 55 euro more to Elvery's sports, I would have had the one I really wanted, and they would have assembled it for me. Sorry now. Cheaper is not always the best idea.

I got a portable massage table which was nice quality, had a quick delivery and was at a reasonable price. It seemed like it was perfect, but it was the wrong colour.
When I ordered it I selected cream, but I received a black table.

I'm still overall happy with it and the colour is growing on me, but it's still an important detail.

Delivery on time but did not receive a call in advance as promised. This meant driver had to wait at house for us to arrive. Also, the driver was alone and had no hope of lifting the unit (treadmill) which was extremely heavy. Even with help it had to be dragged into the house. Surely there should be a helper?
Initially the treadmill did not work, however it turned out to be a fairly simple matter (loose connection) and the response from ISW was good. Few simple improvements would make this an excellent service.

We had no problem with site in buying , however did not keep to 48 hour delivery. when i rang up said would give an hours notice for deliver but only gave 10 minutes notice.

I would like to compliment Irish Sports Warehouse on their site for the ease of use and how smoothly the transaction went. I received the email confirmation with all the contact details I needed if I had any queries and the product arrived when it was due. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

Ordered equipment through web page, a show room would have been nice to view the product before hand so took a leap of faith.

Anyhow delivery didn't happen on said day I assume this was because of the bank holiday. I received an e mail telling me of this so no big deal.

Equipment turned up,easy enough to set up and seems to be of decent quality.

I would use and recommend them again

I recently bought the Cintura 650 cross trainer,very good value at less than €110. Ordered on Saturday afternoon, didnt arrive until the following Friday but as delivery is free cant complain really. Easy to assemble and instructions easy to follow. Overall very pleased, thanks.

Purchased a PowerTech Vibration Plate.
So far seems to be a good well built machine.
From purchase to delivery took 6 days, which was a day
ahead of when they said.
Happy overall, Would do business with them again.

Very good - the product (a massage table) arrived within the timeframe indicated and was as described. The only gripe - and it's a very minor one as I was on holiday - is that we did not receive a notification of the likely delivery date, which would have got my review to excellent.

I recently bought a massage table from Irish Sports. It arrived with a small hole in the box which I didn't think anything of. When I unpacked it I noticed that both the carry case and leather on the table had also been torn. I was so upset and disappointed!!
I immediately rang the customer service line and spoke with Aidan who advised that I send in photos of the damage and they would contact me to resolve the problem. I sent in the photos and within an hour I had a reply from Shaniqua who told me that she had ordered a new table to be sent to me and she would let me know the date when it was confirmed by the courier.
2 days later Shaniqua called me to let me know my new delivery date and told me that she had arranged a collection of the damaged table for the same date. My new table arrived without any problems and I am very pleased with the quality of it.
I have to say I could not be more pleased with the level of customer service I received from Irish Sports. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family in the future.
