We had no problem with site in buying , however did not keep to 48 hour delivery. when i rang up said would give an hours notice for deliver but only gave 10 minutes notice.

The product I purchased was as seen on the site.It was dispatched and delivered when they said it would be,no delays! I would recommend Irish Sports warehouse to anyone!

Exercise bike is robustly constructed, easy to assemble and reasonably priced.

Delighted with the product and service. Definitely recommend them.

We purchased a rowing machine with the delivery promise of 48hours. We ordered it on a Tuesday so were expecting it on a Thursday, but nothing, I phoned and apparantley it didn't leave the warehouse and I was told it would be Monday, which then turned into Tuesday, that makes it a full week in my book. Is this good customer service / promise on the website?

I ordered it. It arrived within a week and it worked as it promised. What more do you need?

MY GOLF CART ARRIVED AS EXPECTED. IT WAS EVEN BETTER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. GREAT VALUE. GREAT SERVICE. AND ITS IRISH.

Product appears to be ok, assembly was a nightmare due to inferior components used , ie bolts and tools supplied, also postioning of bolts.Also I expected a call directly form the company , as stated("If your order was shipped on our 7 - 10 day service then we will contact you over the next few days to let you know exactly when delivery will take place"), telling me of delivery, first i new was the delivery driver was a few minutes away.

I was expecting delivery before Christmas. It arrived yesterday ! Some Christmas present.! I got E-mail & text advising delay but was assured that it was coming on 9th.of Jan.between 9 & 6 . I had a doctor's appointment & phoned to try an find out a more precise time. A very nice girl told me that the "carriers would call me on my mobile before they arrived & if couldn't be delivered that day it would be done next day". No call was made to me & it was delivered to a neighbour half an nour before I returned home ! This was my first time dealing with this company & it may well be my last. It really spoiled the Christmas present .

I purchased a vibroplate for my dad for Christmas. I have to admit i was really worried because of how cheap the machine was.
I have no complaints, my dad loves it and thinks it's brilliant and better than some of the ones he's used in the past.
Not only that but I ordered it Tuesday of Christmas week and was told that they wouldn't be able to get it to me until January as they have a huge amount of Christmas orders.
BUT a Christmas miracle happened and it came on the Friday.
Will definitely buy from this company again and will reccommend it to my friends.

Delivery was quick and the product (massage table) was of a very high standard. I will definitely shop with you again

I placed my order 6 days before xmas. 2 of the products said 48hr delivery and the 3rd product was a 7 day delivery. Having ordered so late I was worried if I would get any of the products before xmas as I know all the couriers are over busy at this time. To my surprise and delight I got all 3 orders within 36 hours. Also I received email phone call from Irish Sports Warehouse plus a call from the courier to confirm delivery and the courier explained due to large quantity of goods they had to deliever they could not get to me in the 48 hours. Thank you to all involved for this fantastic service and all the products I received were of super quality.

Great service, very efficient and easy to use

The exercise bike I bought is from good quality and I am happy with the purchase of the product. My low rating results from the following matters. The Irish page only accept credit cards even calling in and offering bank transfer or laser payment wasn't accept. So I had to get a expensive prepaid card which increased the price of the item by further €10. Where I am coming to my next point, the price once again rip of Ireland. The main company in the UK offers the bike for £169 pounds free delivered which translated at the time into €199.76 and not €249.00 also the Uk side accept Laser payment. The delivery service the Order was placed on Friday the 09.Dec the Order confirmation said 48 Hrs delivery which would be by my books Tuesday the 13. Dec calling on Tuesday if been told it would be Wednesday. Wednesday came and went no delivery Thursday I phoned again we will guaranty deliver today and guess what. No delivery the bike finally arrived and Friday and the driver complained to my partner that we had put the postal address and not the physical address on the delivery document. So in the end happy Christmas to me and would I buy again - not if I would have another option.

I would like to compliment Irish Sports Warehouse on their site for the ease of use and how smoothly the transaction went. I received the email confirmation with all the contact details I needed if I had any queries and the product arrived when it was due. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

I found Irish Sports Warehouse an excellent company to deal with, got comprehensive replies to all questions prior to purchasing the product and the delivery was received within the time frame quoted on the website. The product was exactly as described and a small after sale query in respect of the goods assembly was quickly dealt with.

Quick to respond to queries and delivered goods well in advance of estimate. Great value all round

The product is great, you're told it will be delivered within 48 hours which it wasn't. I was then emailed and told it would arrive last Friday, i had someone waiting to take it in Thurs and Fri and it didn't come until Monday...

One of the porducts I ordered was a massage table for 89 euro inc delivery ~ I will order again from Irish sports Warehouse ~ it is wonderful to see an Irish Company offering such high quality goods at excellent value including delivered to my door ~ well done !

i recived my bike less the charger so i dont know how the bike handles waiting for the plug

The product I bought (massage table) was a good price. Reasonable quality but a fair price for it. However, their delivery claims online of '48 hours' lured me in. I ordered the item on a Saturday morning and it arrived the following Friday at 2:30pm. Too late for what I needed it for. I had phoned the office on Wednesday morning and told the item would be delivered that day up to 5:30pm. Shortly after this an email was sent to tell me the item could NOT be delivered that day (Wednesday) and was going to be delivered the following day (Thursday). I replied that that was ok but I absolutely had to have it by Thursday evening. At 4pm on Thursday, still no sign of my massage table, I emailed Irish Sports Warehouse and got a reply that the table would not be arriving that day. I replied that it was not good enough, that if they had told me Wednesday I could have made alternative arrangements for another massage table. I have not heard another word from them and the table arrived on Friday afternoon. I will not be using them again.
