Sent my phone on 9 Nov 17. Received messages that they needed more time. After more than 2 weeks, was informed that i need to pay $160 first before they are willing to change the motherboard to power up the phone. Had to make another trip to make payment. Till now, they are unable to acertain when they can start working on my phone. Their business seems overwhelmed. Probably going to take 1 month. Previous experience is better and that's why i had gone back to them. NOT recommended.

Worst repair shop /lab in Singapore! Avoid as if it was the Black Death!
I paid 250 SGD to repair my Samsung S7 broken screen. They fixed it by providing a defected screen. 2 days later I noticed a crack on the screen. As I was forced to work with the phone I brought it to their lab during the weekend (merely 7 days after they allegedly fixed my screen). they had my phone in their lab for "inspection" for 2 weeks, only to decline my request for a new screen, saying that it was my fault the screen got broken again, and offered only a lousy screen protector as a sign of their "good will". During the time I had the phone after the repair and before I submitted it again for inspection, I did not drop the phone, nor did I bump into other objects. It was kept in a safe place. The honest truth is that they provided a defected screen, did a horrible job installing it, and then refused to stand behind their warranty.
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
