I called the customer service (855-747-3439) to inquire about their 45 day return policy. The associate commented that this was to prevent them from becoming a rental/use and return kind of company - answer to a question I never posed. He provided further details on things that cannot be returned and gave me an example of toothbrush. He must think that either I am a child or have never purchased anything. What's frustrating is that this is a $200 product I was inquiring about. I called the corporate office to provide my feedback, who happened to be listening to the call. They told me that I didn't let the employee explain fully - in other words I need more toothbrush examples.
