This used to be a good site that I enjoyed every day. I got several gift cards over the years and I liked to play their games. But one day my account was disabled for no reason, no explanation was given, and multiple attempts at emails went unanswered. They owe me $30 in gift cards. Now they have the nerve to send me an email to do a survey. At the bottom of the email is this: Thanks for being a valued member of iRazoo.com! I don't think real people work there because I can't get my account enabled no matter how many emails I write. If I could give a zero rating I would! There are better sites out there that I enjoy. Don't waste your time with irazoo.

Irazoo owes me $20 in Amazon gift cards. They do not reply to any support messages. I complained via New York BBB and then the replied that I would be paid by 10/15/20 but told BBB that I would be paid by 10/31/20 but of course I was not paid nor have they communicated back since them.

I became a member of Irazoo in 2012, I earned many gift cards which I received but on December 4th 2019 I redeemed 3000 points for a Walmart $5 gift card and to this day, May 23, 2020, I have not received either the card or a refund.
I have sent them numerous complaints both by their so called Customer Support button and on Facebook but to no avail.
I still had 77 points in my cache at the end of April and now I have received 2 emails from them threatening to remove those points if I do not try to earn points.
It took hours to earn the 3000 points for that gift card and until I receive my redemption I refuse to waste my time on that site.
Be warned, they are not trustworthy.

SCAM and time wasting! After completing surveys, website gives error, leaving without points! Points are impossible to redeem!
AVOID this fraud at all cost!! Email that I have registered is full of spam emails now!

So I inquired why and was told it was a mistake and they will give my points back as "pending" until I verify my account with the post card they will send to me. Well, 6 weeks later and the post card hasn't come nor will they respond to ANY email or facebook message and I inquire every day! They haven't even given me my points back as "pending" like promised 6 WEEKS ago! All I get from them is SILENCE! I just want my $30 in rewards that I earned!! Awful company!!!

I've been a long time active member of iRazoo since 2012. My $10 Amazon giftcard that I exchanged 6000 points for on February 1st was declined on Feb 17th with absolutely no response to my query as to how I had violated the TOS. They do not respond to support requests since the end of 2019 (according to many posts on their FB page) and they sent out a postcard in February requesting to verify mailing address. I submitted the code on the postcard to their website on 2/25 with absolutely no response and my points are still missing with my reward request listed as declined.
I would have previously given a much higher rating, but something shady is going on when so many members are getting such shoddy treatment and no clarification on why they are being accused of fraud and rewards declined.

I have been a long time member of irazoo. Never had an issue. But I’m in the same boat. Declined reward, accused of fraud. Did the post card thing last month. Still nothing. My points are still missing and says reward declined. I sent 3 messages and got no responses. Shame on you irazoo.

I love playing the games on the site & getting gift cards back for doing so was/is great until a few months ago when they started having money issues. I guess they were getting shorted on the payouts from the sites they had deals with & so they no were longer splitting the amount 50/50 with us like they thought they were. Once they figured it out, they lowered the points earned on things we do. Then they delayed giving cards out quickly (use to be within a week, then it was a month or 2 before getting gift cards). Then they started to look for fraudulent accounts so they didn't have to pay out. They paid those they couldn't find anything on & then sent out tons of declines to the rest of us. I'm sure there were some fraudulent account but no way that many, no possible way. They sent out the email requiring you to verify your address with a postcard & the next day came the email stating your account was found to be fraudulent. Some got a reply stating it was an error in the system & would be corrected after doing what the postcard said. Some are just now getting their rewards finally after a 3 month wait & all these hoops they to jump through. I'm still waiting. I will raise my rating to 3 stars IF I get my 2 declined cards but they don't deserve anything higher right now due to the mess that was created. It was a great site for the many years I have been using it til about Oct-Nov of 2019.

Same issues as other people. This used to be a good site but something happened and the Gift cards are not being paid out. I had to wait for the site to send me a post card and I still fo not have my GC. If the site was having issues with fraud or whatever is happening BTS than please just leave a message and let people know.

I have been waiting since December for my payout. I received a post card in the mail that asked me to verify my account and still have not received my payment so I am becoming incredibly impatient and frustrated. I used to like this site but now it's really difficult to get the rewards you've earned. I see posts from angry Irazoo users every day on their Facebook page so I know I am not alone.
Edit - ONE day after this review I was notified that my reward was here. It was dated to ONE day BEFORE I left this review. If that's the case, why wasn't I notified until after this review was posted? I find the timing highly suspicious.

I would of given 5 stars a few months ago. I use to really like Irazoo. Spent a lot of time playing a favorite game. Now they are playing a game with me. Redeemed for $5 Amazon gift card, yeah $5. We aren't talking a site I was making hundreds of dollars from each month. It took a LOT of time to earn a measly $5 and yet suddenly, after being a member a long time, I had to prove I exist. They sent the post card, I entered the code. Message they are going to process the payment & now it shows declined. Find another site that won't scam you.

Hi,
I joined this site back in 2012. At first, I had no problems. Easy to navigate the website and fast cash outs.
I ordered two gift cards on Dec 31st and have yet to receive them! I verified my account by entering the code I got in the mail and STILL NO GIFT CARDS. I haven't bothered earning points on this site since then, and I recommend NOT JOINING this site if you want to earn gift cards.

0 stars would be appropriate. After being a member for about 8 years , they now leaving you waiting for over 2 months when you cash out for a $5 gift card and then decline your card, steal your points and label you as a fraud. Dont waste your time. I still have yet to recieve a postcard to verify my ID , not that i expect one. I say move on to sites that will actually pay you and give these CROOKS a PASS!!!!

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. I have been waiting on a $10 card since Dec 25th. At the beginning of Feb I still had faith in them. So I ordered a $5 card. So now I have a total of $15 that I am waiting for. They asked me to do a Account Validation, so I did. They gave me two choices, by text message or post card. I choose text message. Well the code they sent DID NOT WORK. I tried over and over and over. Nothing changed, except they declined my $10 card and did not give me back my points. So there went 6000 points and hours of my hard work. So if you are thinking about using their site, BEWARE!!!!!

I've been a user of iRazoo for years. However, the last several months have been a miserable experience. I put in time and effort on their site in return for gift cards I use for a little side income. But I have been waiting almost two months for my rewards.
After contacting them multiple times about this with no response, I was apparently selected from random to "validate my account," the same one I've used for years with no prior issues. As I was waiting for my validation postcard to come in the mail, my long-pending reward was declined (cancelled by "mistake" iRazoo claimed in a mass e-mail to users), and my points were never refunded to my account).
After I entered the validation code from the postcard, it's been several days and they have not sent my reward. Again, I've attempted to contact them multiple times with no response.
Do not waste your time with this site. They deliberately avoid answering simple questions, and do not compensate you for your time. If they want your business, they need to get their act together first.

I used to love Irazoo but as of Dec. 30 2019 I am still waiting for a Barnes & Noble gift card. I was sent a post card to verify my address/account on Feb. 21 which I did immediately and I am still waiting it actually says it declined. so I wasted my time and electricity to do this sit e and no more.

As with many others here, I too was denied a payment for false reasons. Numerous people who have been faithful members of the site for years, were sent some kind of email validation. The pattern now is quite obvious. Once that validation was done the denial came right afterwards with unfounded excuses, such as being a bot, or defrauding the site in some way. Everyone got the same exact email. It's wrong to deny people, what they earned based on false accusations, just because you can't pay. Which is obvious given, the volume of people who received the same email, validated, then were denied afterwards. Then they proceed daily with the site like they did nothing wrong. Seems I recall they had issues a couple of years back.

iRazoo used to be okay. Not a fast earner for me, but reliable in issuing rewards. In mid-November they sent members an email saying they had been losing money and there would be a delay in receiving awards. I redeemed for $20 on 12/10/19. I was not paid and did not receive a response to the support ticket I submitted 1/28/20 asking when I might be paid.
On February 14th iRazoo sent out emails to those who were waiting for rewards, myself included, asking for account validation. I validated and later received a canned response saying my reward request was denied. In looking at iRazoo's Facebook page, I see that the many members waiting for payment got the same email denying their requests.
The $20 I earned with iRazoo is lost. My time was wasted. Avoid iRazoo. You won't get paid.

I cashed out on December 17,2019 and I have not yet received anything . I have write them twice but they have not responded to my emails. This is the first time that I have ever had trouble with them. They stop sending me weekly emails with bonus points also. There are many other survey companies that i never have trouble with and they pay on time.
