Fast customer service... However no quick solutions. Joined nearly 2 weeks and channels I have subscribed for are not working. I am aware of problems all around last week but other services seem to have found a solution. Do not buy unless you see changes in reviews

I purchased a 2 year and so far haven't seen any programs for the last MONTH, have been in contact with customer service but reply is computer generated stating that they are experiencing problems globally!! yet I still cannot view any programs all coming up as Error,

Please don't waste your money. This used to be a great provider. I renewed my subscription for 3 months and since them the service has been terrible. Very few working channels, extreme buffering on high speed connectipn. Customer service just recycles excuses. (It will be back up very soon!, etc.) It appears they are not going to be around for long. Very disappointing.

Dreadful - Channels sometimes work, sometimes don't - comes up with connect failed. Some channels stop intermittently when you are watching. My internet (Fibre) is fine. Waste of money

Anyone who buys from any service more than 1 months subscription are asking for trouble.Just dont do it no matter what the deal may be.I would rather lose 20 dollars rather than over 100 or more if service goes down.A month to month service is always going to be better Quality of service because they know in order to earn your loyalty and stay with their service,they need to prove to you they are stable and reliable.

I have been using their service since March 2019. It used to be reasonable, but lately all I get is connect failed message. I have tried to communicate with their customer service, but no response at all. Waste of money.

I am from Virginia USA.I am so happy with IPTV.SHOP. Too many channels for a small amount of money! Most of the channels are working SuperPerFect ! Specially all American channels are working impressively well. Crystal clear picture with NO buffering at all. Some RUSSIAN channels might be a little frozen.But not always. Indian, Bangladeshi and pakistani channels are pretty good.
IPTV. SHOP has a flawless customer service. They answer promptly and try to solve the problems sincerely.
I recommend IPTV.SHOP. Please don't value bad reviews. It is really a good service. I mean it. I write this because I am very grateful for their service. And I feel I have to do something for them. Thank You IPTV.SHOP

Very disappointed, for the last few days a lot of channels won't work and also the one are working stops all the time. From a scale to 1 to 10 I give -0. Such a shame to them.

It would be unfair to bash IPTV.SHOP I have used their service for more than a year, I have recommended and setup half a dozen people and all have had no issue,(5 stars) until recently which is about 2-3 weeks. I presume that the issues being experienced at the moment are severs are maxed out (to many clients for servers to handle) and most users do not understand that server overhead and bandwidth will eventually require the backbone to be upgraded and this requires vast resources. Probably streamline channels and balancing the load. I say at least hold off renewing or getting new subscriptions until IPTV issues smooth out. They have been good maybe this is just growing pains. Hopefully everyone will be happy soon.

I renewed my service after a few months and 80% of the channels are now missing. Channels that are working are labelled wrong and poor quality. do not buy!!!

Something is seriously wrong with this company, I contacted them as loads of channels was not working.
They told me they are aware and working on a fix.
I then got a message giving me a full refund which I didn't ask for.
I have contacted them twice seen but nothing back so I fully expect them to fold anytime soon.

Very disappointed, 3 weeks promises to have the issue sorted soon, however never worked well, channels mixed up and most of them never up. Possibly it is global problem but in this case seller should avoid distribution until resolve.

Subscription up tomorrow THANKFULLY.
As the English premiership starts it all goes to pot.
With the new season starting it seems there is not enough resources within the service to give all the services stated & paid for.
Sooo many channels not available.
I was offered 60Euros rebate plus a free year and I refused the offer on the basis that I take my previous review down.
Have I had 60 euros worth "God yes".
Have I had a trouble free service "Hell no".
Have I been frustrated "Ohh yes".

Bought 6 month subscription and it is an absolute waste of money. Channels are not the channels they should be, buffering is horrendous , it is pretty much a no go on weekends as it just wont load , it is overall just rubbish. My advice would be dont waste your money it seriously isn't worth it.

Presently I'm having a challenge with IPTV shop, Been using them for roughly 2 years now and was no issues but of recent, most channels are not coming up, which is annoying....though I think it's a general issues which has to be resolved immediately before people will move to another platform. However, when we talk about customer services satisfaction, they are one of the best if not the best. Please kind act fast on this issues of no channels availability.

I believe IPTV Shop is #1 for customer service. After experiencing a few challenges with IPTV setup on my Samsung Smart TV I sent off an email to the team requesting some assistance. I went off to make a coffee and was frankly astonished when I got back to the TV a few minutes later to find that the problem had been resolved and an email sent to me confirming the changes requested. Truly world class!!

Dont work, a lot channels missing, channels take long time to load, most channels stop all the time, i told them it was crap, got refund but they, banned me for future buying IPTV from them :-) so what??
