I´m at the moment in conflict with IP-Only regarding open fibre broadband installation. I placed an order and then after 10 or 11 weeks of not hearing from them I logged onto their website to trace my order. It didn´t exist, only that it was available at my address. I then telephoned their customer service. I waited two hours and twenty minutes for my call to be answered to hear that the girl couldn´t find my order. Then suddenly she discovered it and informed that I should have received confirmation. I told her I received nothing. With that she sent me an e-mail with said order confirmed. In it, it said that I have fourteen days to exercise my "cooling off/regret" option. This I did. Then I got an email telling me I would have to pay 6900:- to extrocate myself from the "contract". I then logged onto Trust Pilot and could hardly believe my eyes. Nothing but people saying "don´t deal with this company"
I´ve informed IP-Only that I will not be paying them.
