Very poor communication skills from the answering lady. She was very rude and proceeded to interrupt me and tell me I was wrong. She never answered a question, just told me I was wrong and used the word "NO" like I was a dog. She then used my age against me and told me I was not "of age" to deal with this and I needed to go get my father. I am of age and CAN deal with this. I also asked THREE times to talk to someone else but she refused. I WILL NOT be speaking to her again.

The people that work answering questions are rude and condescending , what happen to at least trying to be cordial? They need to provide training to their employees on how to treat citizens, after waiting for 45 minutes to over an hour on the phone, it’s the least they can do.

The DMV worker was great and very helpful. She even helped me with my veteran's status. The computer system would not accept Chase Bank Debit or U.S. Bank Debit. This needs to be corrected. I had to go and find an ATM machine and return to pay for my license. Other than that, the experience was great.
