One of the worst customer support experiences I've had in a long time. Very difficult to get hold of anyone via email. No phone number and their live chat is never live... In my experience over 2 separate occasions, support enquiries were dealt with painfully slowly over a number of days for issues that could have been resolved within 5-10 minutes had they been on live chat or had a customer service phone line.

Too bad ZERO stars is not an option. They use offshore developers that have ZERO clue about how business works in the real world. For six months I have been trying to get them to fix ONE issue. That one issue makes my most profitable products fail to transmit to the supplier. Their management does not care, not really sure how they are still in business. Looking for a new provider now....

I opened an account with inventory source April of 2019. They charge a monthly subscription fee of $50.00. I chose a supplier to do Dropshipping with my ebay store. ( Frangence.net) I Uploaded 450 products to sell in my Ebay store BCM Global. After i paid the fee I started realized the photos that they provided did not match the product, or the description of the product. I called them immediately to see how they would remedy the situation. They said they would look into it and get back tome in a week to 2 weeks. In the meantime I have had orders placed in my Ebay store and can promised what my customers ordered because what they are expecting to get is not what I advertised for. I had to cancel several orders and therefore will loose my Top seller rating with EBAY which is my whole business, I want my $50 refunded and the money I paid to ebay for each listing $44.09. The only way I can get ahold of anyone is to schedule a phone call for the next day. There is no direct line. and since timing is crucial I am loosing business and my store is suspended.

Inventory Source was not at all helpful in setting me my account initially. I figured it out, but ended up syncing a bunch of products to my Shopify store that I didn’t want to carry.
My payment processor noticed immediately and cancelled my account because they won’t cover health and body products. This caused my fees to go up so significantly that I had to shut down the business. Be VERY careful If you choose to deal With these people.
Do not trust the positive reviews: the Company is sending out emails requesting their customers submit positive reviews on this site in exchange for money:

InventorySource has been great for our business. Email support is great when you need it. They always available to assist and could schedule a support call with one of their team members to assist with any questions. I have not found a better company than IS that can assist with Dropshipping.

I discovered inventory source a few months ago for my online and other market place. They are great and always respond effectively to my emails and issues in a timely manner. They are actually excellent in communicating and I never had a problem that they were not able to sort out for me.

We have used Inventory Source for several years. They provide a steady inventory stream service for us with updates twice a day. Start up was not complicated and customer service has been attentive. All in all Inventory Source is a good value and an asset to our business.

I have been using Inventory Source for almost a year now and couldn't be happier. Started out with one supplier integration and now have 3 integrations that update multiple times per day. Of course getting it set up and using it along the way questions came up. I would just shoot an email to them and had answers or at least a response telling me they were working on it within a couple hours at most. At one point I had to add a WAF to my site and that caused some issues with the feed (no fault of Inventory Source at all) due to blocking their IP. They quickly helped me to diagnose that and get it fixed so everything worked again.
I love the catalog feature so that products can be added quickly to our site. In the past it was a manual process that would take around 5 to 10 minutes per product....sometimes ever longer for products with multiple images. Now with Inventory Source we just choose the items we want and the images, description and pricing is automatically added to your site, then stock is synced multiple times per day. This frees us up so much more of our time so that we are able to focus on other areas of growth.
Highly recommend Inventory Source if you need a third party integration to sync products and inventory to your website.

Still looking for a better method to manage and follow up on individual order issues in a timely matter. IS needs a disputes center or something of that nature.

Inventory Source is now trying to buy good reviews.
We want to be transparent as possible with our customers. It has come to our attention that live chat support is lacking tremendously and that we have failed to fulfill on our promise of reliable live chat support and good communication.

Since signing up with Inventory Source I've had nothing but great customer service and they always answered my questions. I don't know who these individuals are that are complaining, maybe they are those who are not very internet savvy and get frustrated with the process but there will always be those around. All I can say is that I've had a great experience with instructions on how to do certain things and explained to me in a very professional manner.

I have had a chance to deal with inventory source team for some time before I move to a different e-commerce platform. my experience with them was excellent. there were able to provide me all the answers and help I needed in a short time and they were available to listen to me all the time. If I get another opportunity to deal with them again for sure I will go for it without any hesitation. Also, I highly recommend them to the others.

I have been using Inventory Source for 3 years now for my website Asylum Zone and I have nothing but good things to say. The software works great with Shopify, customer service has always been responsive and my business is now a success in part because of Inventory Source.

Another vote for zero stars. I wish I had done more research before going live with them. They respond pretty quickly when they want you to purchase something, but when they screw up crickets. 4 times in the last week my supplier was out of a product, but they did not remove it from my sales channel. Really pathetic.

Recently some one stated inventory source is buying reviews. However that is not true they are simple doing what every other company in the entire world does reimburse with some sort of credit for your time.
I myself will let customers get a refund and keep an item to make sure I keep my good reviews!
Inventorysource is an excellent product that I am looking forward to reintegrating with.
Their customer service and training videos have been very clear in helping me assertain the knowledge I need to grow my business and use their product.
I often ask complicated and annoyingly long stressful questions and I found the staff answered them all in a timely manner and with a very human response as opposed to picking answers copying and pasting.
I would suggest they add phone support as their competitors have maybe they have already.
Currently inventorysource in my mind is the standard for the product they offer
