no customer service very upset you said you cancelled my order when you didnt and sent product anyway and charged my card. Horrible Horrible how can you people even be in businesss

I received the wrong item from my order on the 14th of March, I contacted them through email still no response to this ( I am writing on the 1st of April ). I finally got onto live chat after waiting 45 minutes, I first got told I was lying and I had received the correct item after I sent over 2 order confirmations and an image of what I received, they said their system was wrong and for me to send the incorrect item back. I did this, I got back onto live chat with the postage receipt for them to active the delivery for my correct item free of charge with no admin fee. When I got onto the chat I was told there had been no record of this and the warehouse couldn't do this straight away, I was adviced this could take a few days for the warehouse to sort this and the best option was for them to email me when sorted, I didn't hear back from them for days so I went back onto live chat and they are now refusing to send me the item till the warehouse get it sorted but they don't know when this will be and they would email me, I've had nothing. They are ignoring all my emails. They have taken my money from my account, have the incorrect item back and are refusing the send the correct item. I have shopped with in the style many times and trust them as they work with so many celebrity influences but never again. 0 customer service, no respect. Overall disgusting company. Avoid at all costs, they will rob your money. I have taken this issue up with paypal ( how I paid with my card ),

I ordered a couple of gifts for my sister as a pick me up during her isolation (coronvirus) and In The Style sent the wrong items (to half the value!). After trying to contact them for a week the person on the online chat was completely unhelpful. This company lacks any customer service skills at all. I still haven't received my items. I will discourage anybody from buying from this company

Please DO NOT order from this company. Almost $300 worth of clothing lost in the mail, it’s unclear whether this was the post office’a fault or inthestyle directly. I sent countless emails to inthestyle customer service, literally over 10 with absolutely no response at all which leads me to think it is their fault. I have been ordering clothing online from other retailers for years and never once have I had an experience like this. They are completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Spend your money elsewhere ladies! There are plenty of companies out there who really care about their customers, inthestyle does not. I have never ever felt the need to review a company but I cannot allow what happened to me to happen to anyone else.

If you google search the address they give “ 3422 Okanagan Drive, Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada “ there are TONS of scam clothing sites using it. If you google earth it, it’s a normal house on a street. These items being sold are from CHINA and they’re saying they are in BC Canada to make you feel like you’re using a good site. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Order a Be Kind T-Shirt 19 Feb, received e-mail to say it was despatched 25th Feb, then nothing. Sent 5 e-mails, no reply, visted store to collect 3 times to be told still in transit. Have just received e-mail to say I have been refunded for my return, which I never received, minus £2.50 handling fee!!!! Never using this so called Company again, absolute joke of a business, deserve to be closed down.

Seen a lot of bad reviews about the charity t shirt, I am also experiencing it! Paid £10 for the t shirt and no response, no confirmation email, no replies to my emails or tweets but they've taken the money out of my account. Was trying to be polite as it is for charity but not even a response? Completely unacceptable...

Customer service- non existent. Price- okay. Delivery - wouldn't know as I never seem to get to that stage. Returns and Refunds- at least I got a refund for my order they cancelled. I don't know why it was cancelled due to the customer service problem... Maybe if they didn't send all their stock to every single 'social media influencer' they would have enough stock for their target market aka people who actually want to BUY their products...just a thought...

Ordered charity t-shirt to be collected at local asda never turned up .sent two emails with no reply .So decided to do live chat link they told me my parcel had gone missing and can't trace it can have refund or try to reorder great .just received my tshit what a shocker should have just gave the money for charity forget t-shirt words are broken bits missing some faded just about read .very disappointed

I h B ought a jumper a few months ago and the quality is so poor it’s bobbled so badly. Customer service After numerous emails didn’t reply, so o did a live chat and they said in so many words tough it’s wear and tear! I accept things go bobbly but I have hardly worn it and I expect a £30 jumper to last longer then 2 months !! Terrible service and clothes!

Would give zero if I could. If you ever buy anything from this company, and refund it, make sure you KEEP PROOF OF POSTAGE! They won’t give you a refund unless you can prove they’ve received your parcel! Took a month to get a refund and they have the cheek to charge a handling fee. What a joke.

AVOID***This company should be avoided at all costs! They do NOT respond to returns or emails!!!!!! I paid for a £50 dress from here, which was poor quality material and extremely large sizes, also looked in a very used condition! Anyhow I promptly sent the dress back with paid Royal Mail, over a month ago, and still no refund! I’ve emailed them over 20 times to various email address they supply, to which no response at all! THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO REFUND REQUESTS! I order from amazon, pretty little thing, next and Manier de vor, who all respond with in 24hours to emails and no problem with returning any items. As it currrntlu stands, IN THE STYLE have taken my money ‘£50’ and accepted the returned item ‘dress’! I have nothing, I’m at a loss I’d money and item! They email me all the time promoting their clothing, trying to get more money out of me l. However, there cheats, the aft, unprofessional, untrustworthy and a currupt company!!!!! not one single response to my refund!!!

I ordered the Be Kind t-shirt in a size 10-12. The one that arrived was much bigger than that! I’ve emailed twice asking how I can get a refund or exchange for a smaller size and no reply to either email. I just think it’s absolutely shocking that they are conning customers who want to contribute to a worthy cause in response to Caroline Flack’s tragic death.

Ordered two Be Kind t-shirts on 17th Feb and the order still says processing! Emailed customer services three times and still no reply. Not happy with them as money has been taken from my account. I get it is money for charity but this is unacceptable.
