Had many issues with internet service and billing I have to be literally going line by line when I get my bill to make sure the amount is correct. I was being charged for late fee when I received my first bill. I had to call them twice on it. They tried to justify it but I spoke to the manager and it was taken care of. I was also told initially that the land line phone goes with the internet. I really only needed the internet but I couldn't get it without the phone or maybe that was the promotion. Ok don't even use the phone. Now I'm having issues and it's because of the land line my internet is acting up so I called them to have it removed and finally they agreed to remove it. Don't take anything that is forced on you. Always ask to speak to manager or the supervisor on duty.

Things started out good, and got better - got a real person with no hold time and no boring music on hold. The rep who answered my call, Megan, was personable, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. She answered all my questions, and answered some that I wasn't smart enough to ask. I came away from the call feeling absolutely confident of Frontier's ability to deliver the services they advertise and of their commitment to doing it.

initial sign up is easy when they take your order...
HOWEVER, they had problems on their end verifying me and had to follow up. On follow up, it became a mess. the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing as they passed me through the system to just identify me (credit check).
I had to go thru about 5 different reps to finally get my order in... and even then, the original installation date scheduled was NOT kept nor updated. I was left to think the order would execute as scheduled (per email), but found out that was not the case when I called to follow up on them JUST IN CASE... and sure enough.. the installation is scheduled 3 days after the original installation date.
when asked why installation date was delayed, they did not have an answer and could not change anything.

Your representative, Pamela, was incredible. She was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and courteous. She understood the services Frontier had to offer and made upgrading service easy and effortless for the consumer. I give her ten stars. If only she was president. Oh well you cannot have everything.

Very bad experience with the company. After I had ordered the internet services and was scheduled to have somebody come in and install the interned, nobody showed up within scheduled time from 3-5, called customer service they assured me somebody is coming that day and they have time until 8 pm. After so many hours of waiting, taking time off from work, nobody arrived, nobody even bothered to call and informed the installation crew is coming. That night I spent 2 hours trying to call them during which they were transfering from one place to another and disconnected me twice and didn't even bother to call back. Finally after talking to somebody, it took them 30 min to find the order # and another hour to try to figure out what happened. They informed me there was something wrong with the order not being processed property so the installation crew wasn't planning on coming at all. She told me to call next morning to see if I can get the delivery before Christmas because after all I've been through she couldn't expedite it before Christmas, not mentioning this whole mess was not even my fault. Called next morning, got disconnected again and again nobody called back. Finally I was able to chat with customer service, the guy told me the person I was talking to night before, didn't fix the problem, it still was in their system as not resolved, he said he put a request to expedite for Saturday and that somebody will call me back the same day but as I expected that was a lie too, nobody bothered to call at all. So 1.5 week later, I still don't have an internet and don't even know when they're planning on coming in. I've never had such a bad and disrespectful experience with any company. Every person I was talking to tells something different and assures the problem is solved. There is no follow up from their side and they promise things that won't happen. Very disrespectful to clients who are paying for services and are promise services by certain dates.

I got an awesome package that was explained very well to me. This was my first time ordering from any company seeing as I'm in my first apartment. The installation guy came earlier than expected and was extremely nice. He explained what he was doing and was fast and efficient. My first bill had an error on it but I called and it was immediately fixed and the rerepresentative was more than happy to explain what the different charges on my bill meant. Overalk a great experience thus far.
