The courses that I took were extremely helpful to my career. The customer representatives always answered my email questions very clearly, promptly and politely. I received my results transcripts and letter of completion within 1 week and my ICOES certificate within 2 weeks of ordering them. The CSR had told me that it would take around 20 working days to receive them. I was happy that I received them much earlier. Once you take a course with IOA, you will always be offered discounts for other relevant courses as long as you are interested. Overall, I had a wonderful and excellent experience. Well done, IOA!

The slowest website I have ever used. Often it is just unresponsive and times out more than it loads - you get what you pay for I suppose. The '120 hour' TEFL course I bought could be completed in a day if you put your mind to it - the problem is I doubt I will ever complete it as it is such a shoddy website.

International Open Academy website is very easy to follow. The great part is you can do it in your own time - to be able to work around your own schedule is great. The site was easy to negotiate & the course was great. I learnt a lot. I had spent 10 years working in a school environment as a teacher's aide/assistant so doing this course was a great benefit especially as I will be able to do TEFL teaching on line. I was nervous to do this course as I am 60 years old & haven't done any courses for many years but it was easy & easy to understand the modules. I loved it.
