I am trying this Tens device for leg ache only because two sensible tech literate friends suggested it. The Boots device is packaged for pregnant women but if you dig into the instruction leaflet it ‘admits’ it also works for non-pregnant men. Boots really should look at the instructions which apart from confusing emphasis on pregnancy are not very reader-friendly; the print on the folded sheet flimsy paper is too small.

Today I was trying to buy gift for my boyfriend . I visit at least 3 shops where staff was ignoring me and none was helpful .
I decide to go to Boots in Westfield , which was great decision.
Adel helped me find perfect perfume for my boyfriend , he asked me a lot of questions to find out what exactly he is like and to find the perfect match !
I bought Dior perfume with his amazing advice !
Thank you Adel for being so professional and helpful .

Just been to Boots in Wigston to buy cosmetics. The tops of the cabinets are disgusting, caked with dust. I showed the manager who said he'd point it out to the contract cleaners! Er, sorry? Do you not keep a check on what is happening? Filth in a pharmacy, yuk!

Made a special visit to the large Boots in Birmingham City Centre because Boots where I live do not stock some of the items I wanted to buy. I bought some hair colour and I also wanted to buy some dental stain remover which I knew was half price. When I found this particular item on the shelf it was showing the full price so I thought it was not on offer anymore. When I got home I looked online and it was still showing as half price so the incorrect price must have been showing in the Birmingham High Street store. Very disappointing as I don't think they stock it in our Boots and it is too far to go back to the Birmingham store.

Don't use boots in staggart green Hainault if you want to treated with respect.3rd time of using them and I can honestly say the WHOLE staff are rude arrogant and unhelpful. Thought it might be a one off but no . The treatment I have received on all 3 occasions was disgusting. I am disabled and am appalled by ALL of their attitudes. From now on I will be using Lloyds much more friendly and helpful.

Since boots acquisition by the Americans their standards have dropped exponentially. They no longer order meds, charge £5 for delivery and are very slow at dispensing due to staffing levels. All around pretty a pretty shoddily run company. So sad as they used to be brilliant.

I recently bought several jars of No 7 night cream in the Boots store in Piccadilly London. Emma served me and she was fantastic. She was friendly courteous and efficient; and made excellent suggestions for how I could get maximum value for my purchases.

Ordered online and given the delivery options. It specified a date it would be delivered by so I ordered and waited in all day on that date but no sign. Contacted boots were told me that this is only estimate and that it can take longer. Had a text message and an email both confirming the date the items would arrive by but it didnt. Terrible customer service experience and would not reccommend.

Boots must have the worst website ever. When you put something in your cart, you cannot remove it. I added a product to my cart, changed my mind and added an alternative instead. I tried to remove the first product to no avail. I have tried removing cookies. I have tried rebooting my compyter but the product will not delete. This never happens on any other website. Really bad Boots.

Went to a Boots chemist to get a prescription fulfilled, had a temperature & bit of a fever so wanted to be in & out as soon as possible but it was a bit busy so appreciated I might have to wait a while, so waited & watched - them look for peoples prescriptions that they couldn't find, people leaving because they had waited too long, people coming to pick up prescriptions that weren't ready. After waiting a ridiculous amount of time I noticed people who had come in after I was getting their prescriptions before me, so went to the counter to ask why it was taking so long to be told the chemist who was needed to fulfil my prescription wasn't currently available, but she had just mentioned to a colleague I'd been waiting such a long time!!!! Thanks, if there was no one available at that time to complete the prescription & you know I've been waiting for ages, why not say something!!! Had to get a refund & go elsewhere. Utter joke of a chemist, Quay Road, Bridlington

Terrible pharmacy! Even doesn't deserve 1 star... Their staff are unprofessional, incompetent, don't know what they are doing. I don't believe they are pharmacists at all. I went to Tesco Pharmacy, they solved my problem in 1 minute, because they were actual pharmacist. Avoid at all costs.

Boots in bangor town centre must be the worst pharmacy to use or it's just when they see my name. They dont keep a stock of anti allergy meds prescribed by GP and need to be ordered in which can take up to 2 days. Really useful if you end up in shock and need them. Also, they used to reorder and collect repeat prescriptions. Thankfully they have stopped this practice. In between collecting mine from GP and going to pharmacy, a distance less than half a mile, they lost the prescription then denied they even collected it. The surgery stated it had been collected and I would have faith in the GP. Will never use this branch again. Poor customer service.

Visited Boots Chester 20.9.19 at 14.55. Bought several items, one of which I needed advice. No assistants on tills and attempted to find an assistant. Unlucky, as usual, so went to the Pharmacy and found two assistants. I waited for a good 7 minutes, but was completely ignored even though they both knew I was waiting and they weren’t busy as I was the only customer. I proceeded to the adjacent till on which an assistant had appeared. In effect I’d waited about 15 minutes to make a purchase. Boots need to up their game - a disgrace. Will shop at a more efficient store in future

Just had make up applied at Bare Minerals Boots at the Gyle Edinburgh. I cannot compliment Kirsty and Anissa highly enough for their professionalism and friendly customer service such a delight to deal with. I could not have asked for more attention had I paid for this service and it has certainly made me wish to buy more products as they were not the least pushy but extremely helpful. Thank you again girls I WILL RETURN 😆

Boots of the NO STARS .This Evil Company that in the midst of a National Crisis target the Poor , The Old , The Disabled by introducing a £55 per annum Delivery Charge for essential Prescriptions . As from September 30th All deliveries merit a £5 surcharge . They are the same as the Wicked BBC , they profit from the weak and vulnerable . Please Report this Company to your MP as I have done . The Conservatives have done their best to promote Boots , all to no avail. If you are Able , Young and Healthy Boycott Boots ( They charge far more than the Supermarkets and online for everyday Cosmetics ) - Do your Duty as a Brit - Put them out of Business . As for the old and Disabled - we need to find a different way of Humane Deliveries . The Conservatives - another Nail in the Coffin of the so called Choices you offered us . VIVA BREXIT PARTY - May Boots the Chemist go to the Wall ( just like Woolworths/ British Home Stores/ House of Fraser to name just a few ) . Matt Hancock - so called Minister for Health !! you should be bloody ashamed of this Company .

Three weeks ago my 97 year old mother received a letter informing her that her weekly delivery of medication would be chargeable w.e.f. 30 September 2019. The options to pay were visit your local Boots store (what at 97 year old) or use the on line payment system which was only going to be introduced on 23 September. Today it is the 30 September and the on line system is still not working even though the charging has been introduced today. In contacting Mum’s local branch they are unable to accept payment over the phone however, I have been given a telephone number to call where I can pay over the phone but this is continually busy!! What a shambles that Boots didn’t ensure that they have working payment mechanisms in place before introducing charging.
I have spent a lot of time attempting to pay but still have not managed to do it. How do elderly people manage when they don’t have someone continually trying to pay for delivery of their essential medication? A company like Boots should have had this sorted! Disgraceful.

Please Please Please Boots stop supplying these paper thin bags for 10p to your customers. They are more like craft bags.....
I complained in store and was told that the bags were tested to 4.5kgs ! No way where they tested to such an extent.
I bought a few products and the bottom of the bag split while I was on an escalator and all my items fell down the escalator. This is a real hazard.
Called customer care to advise them of the issue and they said the issue will be logged. They really do not care.
Boots please do not profiteer from the bags. Just provide a bag that will do its job.

Well done Boots Ealing Broadway !!! I was in your hair retention program for over 3 years and everything was going well. However the prescribing pharmacist then went on maternity leave and no replacement was found. I went in a number of times to try and resolve this issue but no one seemed to care. The product is expensive, over 80 pounds for 3 months. I had no help at Boots so took matters into my own hands and went to the Internet. I now get the same amount for 6 months product.
Your loss Boots, your loss !!!
You would think that a pharmacy would know how long a human pregnancy is and start making arrangements for a replacement.

Boots have started to make charges for its paper bags. I find that a disgrace that a big company like boots did not make themselves aware of the government policy on usage of plastic and not paper bags.
Paying 5p means we shuld be able to reuse the bags and replace if they rip or loose its colours etc. By the time bring the paper bag home the handles had already come off so of anything it goes into my recycling.
I suggest for head office to revise its policies and revisit the gov’s website

I was served by Punam on the No.7 counter at the Boots Slough Retail Park. I wanted to find a new foundation and she was brilliant - I have never been so pleased with the result she was spot on with the shade honey, took time to apply it even though it was very busy. So cheerful and clearly loves her job, thank you I can’t wait to wear it! Julia :-)
