I have only been to Intermountain a few time but have received good service. My mother used them and she was treated good. Only thing I don't care for is they are not one of the hospitals that will help you with you bill if you can not pay. And my daughter had a bill with them that she was having a hard time paying and they refused a small payment which was all that she could do at that time.

I decided to try. The new convenient way of Medical care a while ago. I was hoping for a good experience. I was able to log on enter some basic information.with that in mind everyones medical history is so diverse as is their technical skills. I found several questions along the way unanswered skipped over then shifted strate to a doctor that did not seem to get the information I entered an had to tell him my basic medical information all over again. The system did not allow for more detailed medical history longer lists of medications were not accepted, as i also found out there was no way to enter secondary insurance information. I followed up twice on the insurance side of things making sure to give them the information about my 2nd insurance. They assured me the would coordinate with my 2nd insurance before I was billed. They did NOT. They just took the 10 dollars out imediatly with out regard to insurance coverage. Now to talk about the medical care . The dr seemed distant, preoccupied as if i were disturbing him, keeping him from things he wanted to do. The issues were not resolved on the video link. He dismissed the consents I had. And even basically told mehe could not totally asses the issues over the link. I would need to see other specialists. In which i have on several times where they had to physically assess the same medical issues. Coming up with not only a different diagnoses but also noticed an added medical issues on the general area's in wuestipn an was anle to prescribe medication to address all issues involved. In summery I was disappointed with the application process the attentiveness of the dr, the way the dr could not properly address the issues or explain how to better use the technology to help him observe the area's in question. Needless to say there was no follow up process or proper handling of billing both insurance. I will not trust this system for a long while. This in the long run cost both me and the insurance more.

I loved my experience with connect care. The physician was very kind, and took the time necessary to answer all my questions and concerns. I received the treatment necessary, and was able to get it from a Hotel room 2,000 miles from home.

I've used connect care twice now, once at 2 am with a horrible sinus infection (got my antibiotics right away!) and once on a weekend. I have to say I prefer these doctor's visits to a regular one. The doctors were focused on me, answered my questions, took time to explain things that a regular doctor wouldn't have, and provided the help I needed immediately. Combine that with the convenience of being able to do this outside of regular business hours (working full time makes that difficult) and not having to drive 30 min to a doctor I trust, and it was just perfect.

Visit was easy for a nasal infection. I liked that I didn't have to leave my home to get a prescription. Much cheaper than a doctors appointment for an HSA Health plan

I have used this service 3-4 times and each time was pleasantly surprised by how easy and helpful it was. It's very convenient to do after hours or when you just are feeling terrible and would prefer not to go somewhere.

We had no wait. Probably because it was super bowl Sunday, but it was nice. Got right in. Receptionist was very nice, and entire staff very friendly.
