I'm very happy with the chair and footstool I ordered. Very good quality leather and robustly made. A great reproduction. The service was also very good. The chair arrived on time and I was emailed to update me about shipping and delivery. Great price too!

Ordered a chair in August 2014, it had 16 week delivery time as it was custom cloth. Chair didn't arrive, had to send many emails threatening to do a credit card chargeback, eventually got an apology and told I would get a refund. Refund never arrived, can't get hold of the person I spoke to, no answer to phone or email. These people should be shut down by Trading Standards.... shame as they have some nice furniture.

I ordered chairs from this company in january and paid right away. I have not had any delivery and have not been able to reach through e-mail or phone. emails have an autoreply referring to another company and phone goes to voicemail.
The website has been closed down.
I have had to contact my bank and ask them to help me refund the money from this company that seems to be conning me and many others. I hope to get my money back.
PS. the company behind is KMA Republic so avoid them.

2/10 2014: I ordered a chair. Exspected delivery 1.jan. 2015.
6/10 2014: The money was withdrawn on my account (2074,50 DKK.)
5/1 2015: I send a reminder/question about the missing information and delivery.
8/1 2015: Respons that "They are busy answering mails"
30/1 2015: I send a reminder to get my order
30/1 2015: I got an "auto-respons" formular
2/2 2015: I got a mail, that the item was shipped and I had to wait op to 21 days.
24/2 2015: I send a reminder
Still no respons. It is now 17/3 2015 and I am goind to contact my bank to get my money back.

No matter how tempting it might be to buy at this site. Do not do it. I ordered in November and have not seen any items yet. This is a fraught site and do you doubt please try try to call them and you will find out since you are not able to reach them in any way.
Be also aware that the company can hire people to give them good rewards on Trustpilot which could explain the good reviews you may see.

I ordered a couple of chairs but 2 of them are still not delivered. The deliverydate was in october, but everytime I asked, the gave me another date. The website seems to be down now...
Ordered also 2 lightbulbs and 1 came broken because bad wrapping. I sendt pictures but didn't get a new one.

They are not yet delivered. They claim to have had a space problem.
They never call back. The voice mail is full - wonder why?!!!
I will file a complaint of fraud .

Website is down and telephone number goes to voicemail that is FULL and will not accept voice mail.

I placed my order on 30 august!! All products would be in the inventory. 1 of 3 products came within a reasonable time. Then came two products with the wrong color, they were sent back. Then came two correct products, but one of them was stained. So I canceled the purchase and send the products back. All the time I had a good dialogue with the customer service. I have blivt promised my money back, and expeccted them last mounth, but now it has been a very long time and they have now stopped responding to emails and phone calls. I am very disappointed and can not understand how they can treat customers like this.

Last summer (2014) we ordered 4 flowerpots at Interior Addict.
In November 2014 we received 1.
After contacting Interior, they wrote that the remaining 3 lamps would arrive in UK end January 2015.
6 February we asked for a status. 16 February they answered that the lamps could not be delivered until early May and they asked us we we still wanted the lamps. If we still wanted them, they would give us a compensation.
24 February we wrote to Interior that we would like to hold on to our order and that we looked forward to the compensation - and that we would like to have a good offer on a Papa Bear chair.
This mail could - for some reason - not get through to interior, so instead we send it from another email-adress.
Yesterday 26 March we wrote from our "new mail-adress" "Hello Interior. What can we do to make you respond. We can see that you react when customers give you a poor rating at trust pilot. Shall we do that to make you respond?
Now Interior has alco blocked this mail-adress. This is totally unacceptable!
I think we have been VERY patient, but we have lost our faith in this company.
If we could give Interior minus in rating, we would do that.

I have had the accident to place an order to Interior Addict, which I believed to be a serious company.
By error I was charged 3 times for an order for a table. The order was placed December 2014 and since start January 2015 I have tried to contact Interior Addict by e-mail and telephone. By 14th January I was informed that I would be refunded. However nothing has happened yet and it is impossible to get any answers to my inquiries to the company.
I will certainly warn anyone to trade with Interior Addict.

I ordered two lamps from interior addict the 28th. of November 2014. That I never received or heard anything about!
Im trying to contact them but that's seems to not be possible anymore and I can't even visit their website to track my order since it 1. either does not exists or 2. Is blocked... :-(
I do not recommend any to order from this site...
I can recommend Dominidesign instead, ordered a chair from them that i got right away! :-)
I will now ask my Bank to get the money back from my order at Interior Addict! :-(

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Numerous customers, including myself, are facing the same process/issues:
1. Payment is requested and completed pre-delivery
2. No mail confirmation of the order is sent out
3. No follow-up on delivery progress is made
4. Virtually impossible to reach or interact with customer service (phone or mail does not matter)
5. If you're lucky to get hold of customer reps, they always carry a variety of excuses as to why the product is delayed.
6. Claiming money back does not help - Do not expect refunds to arrive
7. Products will not arrive
8. You have been fooled
9. Now you've been warned.
For swedish customers, I suggest you make a complaint with konsumenteuropa. There should be similar organisations in your local country.
Make an official claim for delivery or refund. Follow the complaint guide on konsumenteuropa's site and you'll find available formats in english and swedish.
If your money does not arrive without delay (give it one week), contact your credit card company and file a complaint. In most cases you are covered and refunds will be granted via them. Good luck.

I ordered a coffee table at the beginning of the year, with an estimate of 6 weeks delivery, since the six weeks has now passed I have tried to call a number of times and no one answers and no answer phone. I have wrote to them via the link on the site.... still no response.
There is defiantly a lack of customer service lacking from this company, I now feel I may never even get my table (already paid for) and I have resorted to this site to see if I even get a response. I have to say I like the website, I liked the staff in the store and I like the designs, however the real thing that matters is customer service and this is non existence

I read some of these trust pilot reviews before ordering so I knew that a lot of people had experienced problems with IA. However I am a fairly laid back person and was, at the time, in no particular rush for the item and tried to protect myself by ordering on 2nd January an item that was described as being "in stock" and ready for dispatch on 9th January. I had hoped that I would therefore avoid the very long delays which other customers had complained of. HOW WRONG WAS I? I have contacted IA multiple times by e-mail always in polite terms but only ever had one reply which told me nothing specific about my order. Voicemail messages are never returned and today the voicemail box is full and there is no option to leave a message. This is just an unbelievably wrong way to conduct a business. I have never experienced such an appalling customer service experience and the extent to which IA does not care about its customers is utterly bewildering. I have written this review so that others can proceed with caution - my view is that it doesn't matter how patient and reasonable you are, this company will break you.

Ordered, paid and was fooled like so many others here. I turned to my bank and filed s complaint. Received full compensation today. For those of you in a similar situation as myself I strongly suggest that you run the same process.

I posted a review a couple of days ago about not being able to get in touch with Interior Addict. My husband went to the showroom to find out what is going on and he came back with a very positive response - definitely worth a visit if you are in the London area. I am happy to report that I've had ample communication from them over the last three days. I ended up ranting on social media and I immediately got a reply from them asking for more information. Later that night, I received an email from the Managing Director and the next day I received a call from Customer Service. They have explained to me that they've been struggling with recruitment, which I understand, and they agree that it is not acceptable to not communicate with their customers. It really sounded like they are working very hard to rectify this issue and I hope other clients have been as lucky as I have to get someone from IA to call them back. I really hope the positive communication will continue and that we'll have no further issues until our order arrives later in the year.

I bought a few items " in stock" in january that were supposed to be delivered 1 week later. I had seen the bad reviews on delivery so before buying , i want to the store and the indian lady manager told me not to worry. That they had had delays due to heavy christmas sales but that it was now back to normal. She looked honest. Funny isnt it?
Of course , like everyone else, they took my money and my order never arrived.
I went to the store today. The lady started telling me that my order had arrived in the warehouse and she would ask them to call me to schedule a delivery...
I didnt trust her and asked if i could take some items from the store instead. she agreed. I didnt get what i ordered and what i got is a bit damaged as it is showroom pieces but at least i got something. While i was there , 4 other people came to cpmplain and left with promises to be called back...
The two employees ladies were however very nice and doing what they can given the situation they are in.
I asked them if they were closing. They told me no. Just renovating. Not sure i believe them given all the previous lies.
My advice if you can is to go to the store and take what you can but hurry as there is not much left

Ordered a lamp in November 2014 and paid up front. We are way past delivery date, no lamp has been delivered and I can't get in contact with IA. I just want the lamp that I have paid for.
