I am happy for the delivery but I would have liked more roses. :) My cousin was really happy with the flowers so even if the pic was not really close to what I thought I ordered, I understand that some time it is impossible to make the flowers "almost" the same, I was happy and I will use Interflora again, thanks.

Delivery was some hours late as i paid extra money for a particular period of time, otherwise delivery was good...satisfied and trusted...thnx to all team for make the day special..👍

I ordered 3 roses for €39 to be delivered in central Rome
1 rose was hanging already the next day after deliver,
the other 2 roses started hanging after the 3rd day!
They talk about quality, but there is none.
They offered me a €10 voucher (to be deemed within 255 days)
These roses were meant to be an anniversary surprise, but the real surprise came the next day, and also then from Maria (Customer Care, Interflora Italia S.p.A.) who accused me of not being able to water those roses correctly (that is absurd) and she also blamed that there was no receptionist present. At that address, there is NEVER a receptionist, so I am not sure what she talked about, but probably neither does she.
All in all, I will NEVER use their service again, and therefore don't need the voucher.
and all I can suggest, to everyone, just stay away from this overpriced delivery service that does not care about quality.

I think the flowers were awful. Such or quality when I could have bought better in Lidl for 10€ I was robbed by interflora a complete discrace and the flowers never arrived on time.

they ripped me off....ordere the bouqueet red passion for s. valentine day, they delivered flowers at 8:00 pm, only because we called to ask about our order status, and they delivered something completely different................mi hanno truffato. ordinato il bouquet Red Passion, per San Valentino. hanno fatto la consegna alle 20:00 solo perche' abbiamo chiamoato, e hanno consegnato tutt' altra cosa.

They ordered and paid for the delivery of the bouquet to the mother’s birthday. The courier delivered a completely different bouquet. The customer did not give consent to the other bouquet.My mother has an allergy to tulips. The holiday and the surprise was spoiled. They refuse to replace the bouquet. The issue of the conflict is not closed.I am very displeased with the service. I was simply deceived and, instead of a bouquet of roses, a more budget bouquet was delivered with tulips.I do not advise using the services of this organization.
