I received an email on the day flowers were due for someone's birthday overseas. I had ordered them nearly a month before.
Interflora informed me on the DAY of delivery they had just realised they did not have any affiliates in the area of delivery.
They had three and a half weeks to inform me of any affiliate problems after gladly taking my money.
Regardless of the refund, what a pathetic thing to do on the day of delivery.
I now can't arrange flowers on time for this person's birthday.

Very poor service , still waiting for e mail to let me know the flowers have arrived.
Ordered on Friday for delivery to Tasmania on Saturday . Phone call 13.30 on Saturday to say flowers had not been delivered , asked if Monday was ok . Not really, as wanted flowers delivered before funeral. But ok , that will have to do. Told I will be informed when delivered. Monday am , no e mail / phone / text and it's now early evening in Tasmania. Phone up and told don't know if flowers have been delivered. But someone will get back to you , now 36 hours still waiting.
Was told I can have delivery charge credited , but expected a much better service and will never use again .

Received a flower basket arrangement which looked great for 24 hours...then started to wilt despite the oasis still being thoroughly wet. I'm a plant hobbyist, so not ignorant of plant care. I've decanted the surviving flowers into two glasses this morning (all stems are a mere 3 -5 inches or so so can't fit in vases) and given food to try and revive them. It's also disappointing to find the majority of this arrangement is filler..tonnes of foliage.
I'm upset that the person who gifted these probably paid a lot of money for flowers that don't even last as long as supermarket bunches. Save your money...buy from your local florist or even supermarket, pick up some cheap oasis foam and do your own arrangement or use an independent florist in the area your recipient lives.

I received a potted rose as a present . I supplied Interflora with
4 photos indicating the poor quality of the plant , the most obvious
being the browning of f!ower heads /buds. The so cal!ed Quality Assurance response was that that they were unable to see any issues with the plant but would send a replacement . Unbelievably the replacement was of even poorer quality . I again supplied photos including one showing the replacement had half the number of flower heads ,did not contain the original ivy and was in a plastic pot rather than the original tulip shaped ceramic pot .
Again Interflora did not acknowledge these issues , in their words they apologized for not meeting my 'expectations, implying my expectations are too high . 'I am now being sent a voucher ,which ,because I live in a very rural area will require a 75
round trip to spend - the value of the voucher in petrol cost.
My sister in law would be so very upset if her kind gesture had caused
this fallout for myself .

I arranged for a floral bouquet to be sent for my parents golden anniversary. I specified that I wanted roses included and wanted something appropriate for the occasion. When the flower arrangement arrived my parents home my friend took a picture and sent it to me. It was a measly tiny bouquet with 8 roses in a glass. I was embarrassed and appalled. I spent 56 pounds for this floral bouquet for such a memorable and special occasion! I could have got a better one from Waitrose or Tesco ! I can’t believe you Interflora! You are expensive yet don’t deliver on what was meant to be such an important occasion. Shame on you

delivered flowers were very small and not at all what was on the picture. the flowers looked like someone just put them together. for a high price of €55 it was the worse quality I have ever recieved. will definetly not buy from them again. plus after submitting a complaint, they claimed that from their side everything was ok, even though a picture is worth more than words. so bad quality and bad customer service.

Please don't promise deliveries picked from your website around the world for the next day - they just cannot be done everywhere! Luckily the florist in Finland got my phone number and called me. They were really professional and we managed to find perfect flowers for my friend in the same day - but not the ones you sold me on your website. Their customer service was spectacular, nothing to do with interflora.
This same problem happened with my previous order to Slovakia. The delivery got there one day late from the anniversary of my parents. Also there the quality of the flowers was perfect but the delivery time you promised just didn't work.
So full points to the local florists, all the negatives just for interflora.

I ordered product which had to be yellow (Sunray) and include roses and freesias etc.
We received totally green bouquet. No roses and no freesias.

I ordered flowers to arrive the day before Valentine's Day.
You couldn't deliver them - ok, this can happen.
You couldn't leave a card for her because there is nowhere to leave a card - ok, this can happen.
... you didn't let me know that you couldn't deliver them - I had to chase you. Come on... this is not good...
Ultimately the recipient had to go to your store to collect, the day AFTER Valentine's Day.
The good part: the flowers were very fresh and lasted for ages, she was delighted with them, thank you. But really your communication was awful...
